When people are so selfish and tell you you're not allowed to post your OWN ART on your pages, because they're THAT ashamed of the artist, dilsiking them (because of their political leanings of beliefs), or their character in your art related to something they don't want attention to. This was an issue back in the past, when I drew a chub character commission for someone a few times and the asshole wanted me to keep them secret, and it was a pain in the ass because it hurted, so I stop accepting commissions with people like that, gtfo with that selfish shit.
If you don't like artwork of your character being posted, why even have an OC, persona, fursona etc at all? Best i'd do is keep names anonymous, but don't tell me not to post my own work on my pages, that's an asshole attitude, and I rather keep ppl like this away from me or commissioning me. It's in my TOS of that condition afterall. If you get a commission and you're getting it with a friend or so in it, make sure they're not the types to not want art posted of them, nothing pisses me off more than people like that (People who don't want you to share your work at all who commissions you), especially when they ask days after you posted it to remove it off your pages.
I like to show progress in my work and keep it updated for people to see. If that makes sense
