I don't know it depends, if it was a British diaper it wouldn't touch anything but tea.

If you have read my story The Demons Gamble, there is a living diaper critter that has never eaten or drank anything that didnt come from a diaper. So the guys are wanting to treat him to coffee. I decided to sit on the fence and just have them give him a diaper soaked with each type haha! I think Ill make him find the Cream and Sugar option the best. At least until he eventually tries coffee with hazlenut coffee creamer :p
