Why.

❤️╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮❤️ If someone tells you its going to take a certain amount of time for something to be completed, and you agree…why would you turn around and ask for it to be done faster and then complain that your not comfortable with waiting.
Its only been two weeks.
And its just fucking insulting to everyone else whose been patiently waiting.

This is so stressful and I'm so sorry you are going through this..
I've only had really impatient people come from my Instagram commissions, It's almost pushing me to the point where I don't want to take commissions from there anymore. But I also try not to put too many apples in one basket just in case FA ever falls apart or anything *~*
But honestly, sorry you gotta deal with that. It's very rude of them. I would personally Black List them from future comms if they're making that big of a fuss over it.
But there will be some that just are too eager sdflskdf
I'm sorry you've been so stressed with everything, I hope that the rest of your commissioners understand and will give you a break qvq take care of yourself over anything else !
This is why I try to be open about my wait times and make it clear that something could be done a lot quicker than expected, or take a lot longer. I try to give myself the extra breathing room just in case I am in one of those moments.
Luckily almost all of my commissioners are extremely patient and kind with me, I rarely have this type of run-in, so I feel kind of scummy complaining when it does happen. but its just very stressful when you have things you're waiting to purchase and then all of a sudden you have to make a refund because of some impatient person who knew what the turn-around time was going to be..
But im happy tht most of ur commissioners are very patient, those are the kinds that we want to come back ahahaha
and I hope more do as well!
I’m sorry you have to deal with that hun! You’re art is way too beautiful to rush!
I re-stated my TOS and then told them I'll be refunding because I really don't want to work with someone that's that impatient.
I really try to be understanding from a commissioners perspective, they see art from someone they really like and they're super excited to see the results; but I feel like they don't realize how much their impatience stresses out the artist and leaves a bad impression of them, so much so that they wouldn't want to work with them anymore.
and thank you! that really means a lot to me ;w; I try to be grateful that literally 99.9% of my customers are actually super patient and kind with me, I wish it'd make up for whenever this does happen, but it hits a certain kind of irritation every single time that I just can't shake off, @^@
