What is it that makes ballgowns so appealing to you personally?

It's a cornucopia of things really. I grew up off of the classic disney cartoons with Belle and what not, poofy gowns help to embellish curves, and I like the implication of every kind of gal from warrior waifu to timid bookkeeper getting a chance to be treated like a princess. Kinda fickle saying it out loud since it's just an outfit, but that's what goes through my mind at least

I managed to get those resolved without having my gall bladder removed. Getting more apples into your diet actually helps in the long run

If you had the change to reboot or redesign any one franchise, which would you pick and what changes (if any) would you propose?

F@#$, that's a hard one.Part of me would like to see how revisiting Jet Force Gemini would be. Could see it working as a 3rd person shooter, but maybe put a little more Ratchet and Clank in there for the modern audience.
A close runner up would be Shadow the Hedgehog, making it play closer to something like Vanquish

Quicksand. Not judging, but what's the deal?

Right, ok, this'll be a bigger one.
So first off, I was a 90's kid, and tv had a LOT more quicksand on TV and in video games. Funny thing was as a kid, it was actually a phobia of mine. I would actually go out of my way to avoid watching anything that had quicksand in it. Then again it was probably because all the stuff I saw had a guy in quicksand, and not a gal. Kinda switched when I was about 14 and tried to 100% SM64 and thought about being able to play as Peach instead.
As for the interest in Quicksand in general, some clarifications; 1. I have no interest in "sinking to your doom," or any super dark stuff like that. 2. I personally have no fascination in going for a sink myself. My interest comes mostly from the cheezy rescuing of a damsel in distress, It's different from situations like, a gal being tied to a chair, or dangling off a cliff. In an esoteric kind of way, the appeal relies more on the peril being a timed "force of nature" rather than something more instantaneous. The idea being that, in the face of an "impending doom" that can't be reasoned with, a person is more likely to show their true colors, as well as being more open to accept help from someone else.
Outside of that, the coating of thick mud, the struggling of a gal trying desperately to get out in a distressed fashion, the way the surface of the mud pushes the boobs up when she gets that deep....well... different strokes for different folks?

What's your favorite genre? I get the impression you're more of a fantasy to modern kinda person.

I'm VERY much more into sci-fi/cyberpunk stuff. Fantasy is... ok, just it's grown stale on me is all. Magic isn't interesting to me until a decent power structure or reason behind it is established

In regards to Character sheets. Is there a size limit to the picture?

Technically no, I just try to work closer to an 8 x 12 format because anything bigger and FA has a fit about the file size

Ugh, personally I"d love for the guy who did the "Astartes" videos to have full reign on his projects cuz everythign else Warhammer feels like it falls flat. Outside of that, I"d love to see something like Unreal to get a Castlevania treatment. Also feels like Don't Starve might translate over pretty nicely given their character shorts

What are your thoughts on the situation with Games Workshop and Activision Blizzard? Not wanting to answer, should you not be comfortable doing so, is understandable. It’s a bit of a loaded question after all.

For GW, I understand the importance of protecting an IP, but it feels far too extreme, and feels like it's backfired their endeavors for Warhammer+. I jsut hate companies' obsessions with making everything a season pass or subscription service just to score a more consistent income. It feels like it's undercutting the true value of quality in the long run.
As for Blizzard, as much as Overwatch was absolutely my cup of tea, the merger with Activision wasn't worth it. Even long before the allegations and lawsuits, I felt what made Blizzard special, and the novelty of a high quality game, just died with Activision at the helm.

Trust me, there'll be equivalents for that stuff when I get around to it. actually in the middle of writing lore and getting stuff for sales sorted, It'll wear the 40K influences on it's sleeve but it's not gonna be a 1-to-1 parody

Vore, in VERY specific circumstances, can function similar to my interest in the "damsel in distress quicksand" situation. However I don't like the idea of one character swallowing another, as well as the "tummy expansion" that follows. I"d rather focus on things like monsters (IE the Like-Like from Legend of Zelda) and the peril situations that accompany that

Admittedly I"m trying to redevelop my creative process to be more constructive and less impulsive, but if it helps, my visualization focuses more on shapes followed by color. I don't seem to do well with tiny intricate details

Probably ability to read minds, impervious to physical damage, and the ability to have multiple forms like a final boss

It actually wasn't a scene persay in a movie, but an idea from a video game. Oddly jsut happened one night when I was 14 and wanted to 100% SM64, then thought about being able to play as Peach in the Shifting Sands level. Every other scene or game with quicksand I"ve seen always had the guy as the victim, and was a phobia for me as a result. So really it was the idea from a game that did it for me.

Is there anything in art you aim for? Something you wish to get?

I guess I want my art to become iconic and recognizable. Personal muse is Joe Madureia and his style of art. It's just not somehting I can actively pursue right now with FA and commissions, but nothing else I do pays the bills

Why is it you don't do NSFW pictures? Not judging or anything, artists should have the freedom to draw what they want to draw. I'm just curious as to why you personally choose not to, cause your artstyle would be very awesome for it.

It's a number of reasons. But outside of the moral issues such as religion and desensitization to sexual promiscuity, there are two reasons why I don't do nude/nsfw

1. The moment you include nudity and sex, THAT'S ALL THE AUDIENCE THINKS ABOUT. Doesn't matter what else is going on in the pic, and I've seen some people try to have it both ways, but in my experience, the moment dicks and nips are out is the moment you derail any and all other kinds of storytelling
(Case in point, the first season of "Love, Death, and Robots" compared to how the second season turned out. Me and  belise7 often found several of the season 1 stories, and their use of nudity, jarring and arbitrary, yet that's all we could focus on afterwards.)

2. I just don't like the look of a penis, nipple, anus, or vagina. I mean it's called "Bumpin' Uglies" for a reason. They're crude, distracting, there's no visual appeal to them for me, and nothing is more of a turnoff for me when a character reference has separate images of what their dick or pussy looks like. Tying that into the first point, it overrides what this character's personality or occupation is. No one's gonna remember whether Charles is a space engineer, they're gonna remember he's got a triple-pierced glow-in-the-dark green "Johnson."

That's a little difficult admittedly. I'm assuming this would exclude any of  belise7 's characters cuz if not, it's jsut gonna be a list of those. It all varies from visual design, thematic applications, and story elements too. That and it gets more complicated from biases regarding artists I admire or wanna do trades with, and the fact I really don't have a drive to just draw certain characters because I clearly don't even have enough time to draw my own characters!

What piece of clothing do you feel you can improve on?

Personally I like to draw tactical gear, but I"ve been struggling with high fashion for a while now, so probably that. Stuff that's like tuxedos, or the kind of thing you'd see at the Met Gala

It REALLY depends on the context. Me and  belise7 have RP'd a lot of situations with our characters, and whether you go silly or sexy does depend on the chemistry between the characters

Difficult to say. Each era has it's strengths and weaknesses especially to my personal preferences. My preference for gowns is a mismash of all those time periods, with more simplified elements, kinda like adding an application of "disney" after the fact

Which species is the most difficult for you to draw ✍️?

That's kind of difficult to define because there's a myriad of features that can make a character more difficult to draw. Personally I find color palettes and skin/fur markings the most difficult to deal with. A lot of times they introduce unnecessary colors, risk being garish, and are jsut tedious to deal with in general (Another reason why I like ballroom gowns; they cover up the legs and arms so I don't have to do complex patterns like that)
