[SOLVED] I was blocked without explanation?

I went to fave a bunch of art and was blocked. How about you just note the person and tell them the reason instead of straight up blocking them? That leaves them without explanation and confused.
UPDATE:
They didn't like a bunch of faves popping up. I'd much rather be told what the reason is and do my best to improve/rectify the issue than to be straight up blocked without explanation and left nervous and overthinking what on earth I could've done to get blocked.
Correct way to deal with the situation:
Write a note saying "Hey I don't like when people fave a lot of my art can you please remove them all thanks"
Wrong way to deal with the situation:
Oh look this person really likes my art lets block him so he is left without an explanation

I'm not seeking to criticize Robert, but rather clarify my age to show I'm a legitimate supporter. Previously, I shared personal information to demonstrate authenticity.
Although the block was unfortunate, I've chosen to move on and respect his decision.
