I'VE COME TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT
this does not apply to the people that have already paid for their art, this is for upcoming commissions starting today September 20th 2021
- my business hours are Mon through Thursday 2pm to 5pm EST -
Terms of service [TOS]
Here you’ll find basically the rules when it comes to commissioning Pixie~ I’ll be adding a FAQ as the time passes, but for now this is what I have gathered up so far-
Sales/Services –
-Must be 18+ to order, with a parents permission you can get art but only SFW, absolutely NO NSFW art for people under the age of 18, EVEN with parents permission
-ALL SALES FINAL – I DO NOT Do refunds unless I myself decide not to work with your piece anymore
- I have the right to cancel without further explanation.
- I will NOT be accepting Reference sheets of 3D characters under too much shade (I can accept it if it’s a well modeled ref with good lighting and a color palette), SHADED/PAINTED REFERENCE SHEETS UNLESS markings are clear and a color palette is available. I CAN take previous art as reference as long as it’s a piece that does not have any shading on it.
- I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
- If client gets a discounted commission and client keeps asking for changes after changes I will start charging extra for modifications. if client wants a high quality piece of art they shall pay full price.
-asking for modifications after sketch will result in up charging.
- once client approves the art is fine there will be no more modifying/changing after approval. If client needs to modify/change art additional payment must be made. Artist is not responsible for approving when an error was made.
-If client wishes to keep commission anonymous, client MUST talk this out with the artist BEFORE payment is even sent, if not artist will assume commission can be public and will post WIPs and art publicly
- pixie is not available for any nsfw commission, do not ask me to use my own fursona in a nsfw commission because I will refuse, this includes fetishes like vore, hypnotization,etc-
- I will not be drawing any characters that may have a strong child like appearances. This is strictly due to baby pokemon evolutions being a thing, but in general I will not be drawing such.
Ref sheet commissions –
-For a ref sheet commission I normally ask for any previous concept art of the character, a doodle, a sketch, anything. i am aware the point of a ref sheet commission is to either create a character or update an existing character, but even if I still need a reference (any picture) to make a reference.
-If you do not have absolutely any picture,doodle,screencap,etc of a character and I have to make a ref sheet with a description, I will be charging a little more than the base price of my ref sheet commission prices.
- changes on the ref sheets are unlimited, NOTE that this is the only type of commission that you can keep asking for changes/modifications without getting charged extra.
Adoptables
-Adoptables will only be sold once.
-If client commissions/buys an adoptable with a fursuit the fursuit has no return. All details of the suit will be listed therefore all sales are final.
Payment –
-Payment methods are 
Paypal or Ath Movil
-All payment must be made within 24-48 hours of claiming a slot. The only exception is if you’re a frequently returning client I will give you the chance of holding a slot no more than a week.THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, ALL EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS MUST REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.
- NO payment plans UNLESS the commission is $400+, unless negotiated otherwise.
ETA (Estimated Turnaround Time)
-My ETA greatly varies on the piece you get, when you get it and how often i work with it. i usually TRY to get some art out in no less than 2 weeks, but as of right now im trying to work with an old queue while also making money. If you have art you need to get by x date you WILL need to pay a rush fee.
-rush fees are %50 of total commission price and must have at least 3 days before delivery date.
-if commission is not approved within 48-72 hours of sending a WIP i will continue or postpone the commission for later
-Tips!- if you tip the artist you may get your commission upgraded!
example: if you buy a $60 flat color, and you tip $20 you may get that piece slightly shaded instead :D.
- unsolicited received payments will be considered as donations (unless it's a mistake of course,if it was a mistake money will be sent back, though please try to notify it within 48 hrs)
W.I.P (Work in Progress)
- All W.I.P will be sent via private message the same way the artist is being contacted.
- I will send WIP during the base phase ( very very rough sketch), cleanup sketch phase, lineart phase, color phase and sometimes i send a W.I.P in the middle of shading, i normally do not do this, but if you would like for me to please request it beforehand.
-Once approved there will be no more free modifying on said piece, so if the sketch phase is approved and you want to change something while im in the lineart phase you will need to send additional payment.
- Commissioner may request W.I.P no more than TWO TIMES A WEEK. If commissioner asks for a W.I.P everyday, consistently, I will cancel the commission without a refund! There is a reason why I haven’t worked on your art, if you keep nagging me asking for WIP everyday knowing I haven’t worked on your art I will cancel the commission.
General updates: My updates are generally made in my main telegram art channel,I do not expect the client to go there and see if there’s a WIP of their art, but I do update generally on what im working on, whats going on in my life, etc.
Prices-
Examples are scattered all through my FA gallery.
- W.I.P will only be discussed with involved client(s), 3rd party cannot ask for progress pictures unless permission is given by primary client(s)
Ref sheets: $100-$300 , depends on complexity, if you have examples or not, how many shots, how many modifications and species.
Full body flat: Example here Price is $60+ depending on complexity and species.
Full body shaded: $90 example
Paintings -closed until further notice-: $150+ example
the price of adding a character is the same price as the base price, example a two character piece would be $60+60=120.
Colored sketches: $45+

-NSFW OF FERALS UNLESS ITS A CONSENTING FURSONA

-ETC I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION WITHOUT EXPLANATION
Copyright
- I have the right to use all art for advertising purposes, obviously i wont do this with anonymous pieces unless permission is granted in the future.
- I have the rights to all art, not characters, only art.
-Commissioner can re-upload art where I can see, and credit must be given
-Commissioner can upload art to private sites only if credit is given.
- original PSD/CSP file will not be given unless artist grants permission
- NO ART SHOULD BE MODIFIED UNLESS TALKED TO WITH ARTIST.
- please dont modify my art withoutmy permission
!!!- DO NOT UPLOADED ANY FINISHED ART TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE [A.I] GENERATORS. I do not care if the art is finished and delivered to you the client, usually i don't care what the you the client does with the art, but using it to A.I is a MASSIVE NO!!!!!. -!!!!
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
