Octransfur 2021 Commissions Auction
Update: Bidding has closed! I'll be making a post shortly about winners and the next steps. Thanks to everyone for bidding!
It's almost time for Octransfur again, and I plan on trying to do a similar thing to last year, when I ran an auction for special commissions. Since I couldn't think of a better way to do it this year (or at least, one that wasn't needlessly complicated), I'll be running it pretty much the same as last year's auction.
Anyhow, here it is, my Octransfur 2021 Auction (lightly edited from last year to include some questions asked last time).
The idea here is that you'll be getting a TF based on the the day you pick-- you don't get any direct input on what the transformation will be, but you can let me know if you have any "do-not's" or triggers that I should avoid.
Each slot/day is for one character, to receive a full-body TF. The starting bid for each day is $15, which will be a colored piece in one of my styles. If the bidding for a day goes above $30 then it'll be shaded, and so on when it comes to getting more detailed (within reason).
The minimum increment for bids is $5, and bidding closes on September 29th at 9 PM EST.
I'll take at least the 12 days with the highest bids, which you'll be able to keep track of here (and naturally I'll announce the winners in another journal too).
After bidding closes, I'll send out invoices to everyone who won a slot. Payment is due the day before your slot-- if you can't pay, then the day goes to the next-highest bidder.
Bid by leaving a comment below on the day you'd like to bid on. The prompts: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43579518/
I send invoices/take payment through PayPal invoice, so if you win, I will ask for an email where I can send the invoice. My other usual terms and conditions apply.
In response to a question from last year: You can bid for multiple days if you like, but please try to be considerate of others.
If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch or leave a comment.
Update: I didn't expect to need to explain this, but I guess some of you are new to auctions so that's fair enough. But reply to the previous bid if you're outbidding someone. That way they get notified about it.
