Covid confirmed
4 years ago
I just tested positive for covid
I seem to be doing relatively well. The first day I couldn't get out of bed and had a fever for 12 hours. But after it broke I could eat and walk again.
I mostly have a sore throat and feel a little tired now. I'm vaccinated so the hope is the rest of my recovery will be relatively mild :>
Honestly the fever felt almost exactly like my response to the second vaccine (it hit me pretty hard)
I couldn't imagine two weeks of feeling like that, so I'm glad I got vaccinated x-x this would all be so much worse.

FA+

Take care of yourself and rest and treat yourself ;w;
Hopefully, getting sick like this will be just like having a third shot and you'll have improved immunity afterwards.
any of my vaccinated friends that have showed symptoms have had what feels like a cold that's over in a week. hoping for the same
We took a rest stop off the highway on the way to deer park and there was an unmasked man coughing and blasting his particles all over the place. didn't even cover his mouth, just coughed right on everyone. That's my best guess from where I got it at the moment
Luckily for mine the very miserable part only lasted 12 hours. But the rest hasn't exactly been fun either x-x
