At this time my tail commissions are temporarily closing. I simply don't have the time to take on commissions for them. I will here and there probably do some simple smaller ones (do not expect a quick turn out rate) and sell them once in a while.

To those whose commissions I've had to cancel, I offer my deepest apologies and thank you for being so patient with me. You have been true blessings among the commissioner community ^.^ Hopefully in the future I can retry your commissions :) Thanks again for choosing me to do your tails ♡♡

Well, I just found a new job, and my last check from my old job is more than I expected So I have money to pay my bills. ^.^ So I'm really happy about that, and even happier about not being forced to live out of my car.

However I am going to leave my commissions open. The extra cash will still be welcomed of course. At the end of next month my mate and I will be moving into a less expensive place to live about 15-20 min up the road, so saving up will be important. Hence why commissions are still welcomed and helpful.

Now that my job issue is resolved I will finally be able to focus on my tails again too. My 9-tail commission is long over due. So I need to buckled down and finish that by the end of the month. I WILL have that damn thing finished for the commissioner for AC! That being said, if you wants some arts, lemme know. Till then imma work my ass off with tails.

Gonna have some free time tonight so I'll be working on my tail commissions. I hope to finish soon so my commissioners dont have to wait anymore >.<

Things are still hectic and stressful as hell, but im tryin to make time to work on my tails and occasionally do small, fast art commissions as best as possible. Im doin the best I can right now. Im tryin to keep my fingers crossed for good news and for the chaos in my life to settle down so I can refocus on my art and tail commissions.

Its a sad sad day and a shame when you realise an artist whos work you admire is found to be tracing and selling the plagerizations for profit.

Guys....tracing for practice is ok though itd be MUCH better if you learn to draw without tracing...but never never claim the traced works as your own. Give credit to the original artist if you share the art ALWAYS, and never sell the plagerized art as your own. Its illegal! Be honest...and if you trace for practice...so be it. But at least be honest...

To say thank you a lil better im going to take a break today from commissions and run a little art raffle kind of thing for a free piece of art ^.^.

What youll win: 1 full body traditional drawing. You get the choice of colored or not. Colored will get an inked outline. Colorless will be a clean pencil sketch.

Random side note I am still taking art commissions in between tail work times. My turn around is a little slower that usual (couple day turn around atm) since im pretty focused on these tails, but I am still doing art for those who are interested. ^.^

Ok everyone, my TOS for both my tail commissions and art commissions are both finally up. Be sure if you are looking to commission me for either one you read the TOS that comes with it. Both sets can be found either linked at the top of each journal, or at the top of my profile page for easy access.

That being said, on to other business.

I am still doing tail commissions, but as of the moment I am completely full on commissions and therefore am not taking any more. You can however still make inquiries, and if you want one when i open, i can place you on a waiting list and notify you once im open again.

I am however still open for art commissions, so feel free to ask about those. These will be done when im not working on my tails, so it may not always be a quick turn around (usually a couple hours, but might be a day or 2 instead), which isnt an issue if you are patient ^.^

The following TOS is is subject to change at any time with or without warning. Please be sure to read all terms of service before approaching me for art of any kind.

By requesting or commissioning any kind of art from me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of my TOS

--GENERAL--

1. Unless I clearly state that I am open for free requests or trades, Do NOT ask me for free art.

2. All design requirements are to be discussed 100% before I start working. Once I begin working on your piece, you can not add additional items to your design. Be 100% sure you request everything your fursona/OC is supposed to have in the drawing to avoid any issues.

__ 2a. Client will lose all rights to any scrapped or canceled art and may not use it.

3. Do not ask for art from me and then complain about my style, or that you were unaware of my TOS. Doing so will result in you getting blacklisted and banned from receiving art from me ever again.

4. I reserve my right to decline drawing any type of art, at any time, for any reason.

5. My heath and personal life (work and relationships) come first. Your art may be dropped at any time until such a time that I can come back to it.

5. I do not accept loose cash/personal checks for art ever.

6. I will not remove my art from my gallery for any reason. Once it is drawn, I hold the right to upload it at any time.

7. All art unless stated otherwise is copyrighted to me by law, therefore you may not use/alter/copy/ect my art at any time with out permission first. Proof of permission must be presented if I ask for it or you must remove the piece.

8. Client holds all rights to their specific character in any piece I do for them. Characters are copyrighted by law to the client. Only they have permission to use the art and character.

9. Clients may upload their arts from me as long as due credit is given to me each time.

10. NO-ONE is allowed to remove my signature/watermark. Doing so will be considered theft and I will pursue legal action against you.

--REQUESTS/TRADES--

1. Free art is drawn at my own pace. Do not ask me repeatedly when it will be done. I will notify you when I start, and when it's complete.

2. What you get is what you get. I do my best to make my art accurate to your specific fursona, but mistakes do happen. I will not alter an image unless the mistake is detrimental to your overall design (EX: I forget to draw on the markings)

3. This is FREE art. Do not complain about what I give you. If I chose to do a head shot pencil sketch for you, and a full body image inked in with full color for the next person, deal with it.

4. As previously stated, all design specifics must be discussed and agreed upon 100% before I begin working on your art. If you suddenly start asking me to change things or add additional things not previously discussed/present on your reference sheet, I will scrap your art and refuse to finish your drawing.

5. I expect a fair trade. If we are trading art and you give me a head shot, you will in turn receive a head shot. If I draw you a fully body image, I expect a full body image in return. Art should be in the same quality you would offer a commissioner paying you money.

--COMMISSIONS--


Completion Time: Art will generally be done in a timely fashion once I start on your piece. You will be notified when I start your art, contacted multiple times during its progression, and again when competed.

Prices: Prices are non-negotiable. What is listed is what the payment requirement will be unless stated otherwise by myself.

Payment: payment is through PayPal only. In certain circumstances, I may consider accepting a money gram/order. Snail mail is never accepted.
-- Commissions >$10: I will do a preliminary sketch of your piece with a water mark over it. If it is satisfactory, payment will then be due, and once received I will finish your piece and send you the finished unmarked version.
-- Commissions <$10: 1/2 of the payment will be due up front prior to starting. Once the preliminary sketch is complete and deemed satisfactory, the remaining payment will be then due. Once received your piece will be finished and the unmarked finished version will be sent to you.
-- Client can pay up front in full if they so choose and feel comfortable doing so, but it is not required. Payment in full however is necessary prior to receiving said art.

Alterations/Edits: As previously stated all aspects of your art are to be discussed prior to me starting your piece. If any detail is forgotten in your initial description/request that is not already on your ref sheet, you may not ask for it once I tell you I'm starting on your piece.
-- However if I make a mistake, forget something that was requested during the discussion phase, or forgot a detail that was on your reference sheet, you are allowed up to three alteration requests for me to correct any issues to the sketch.
-- I always clarify the colors prior to coloring, but if I still accidentally color something incorrectly, I will do a redraw/recolor once. Any issues after that you may take the art as is, or you may cancel your commission.

Refunds:
-- I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time, for any reason. A full refund of any money paid will be issued upon cancellation.
-- If after the three allowed alterations requests to your art you are still dissatisfied/wish to cancel your commission, a full refund of any money paid will be issued to you. You will lose all right to the art and I may then choose to scrap the art or edit it into a new character for later uploading.
-- If no work has been started and you wish to cancel your commission for any reason, a full refund of any money paid will be given.
-- If I have already started your piece and you cancel for any reason not pertaining to the above listed about alterations, only a partial refund will be given to compensate my time. Amount is dependent on what your commission is.
