First of all, I'd like to apologize for my extended absence/hiatus. I've been working through some things, getting back on my feet, all that fun stuff. I won't go into details mainly because I want to keep my personal and business life seperate, but I am happy to announce that I am going to be doing art full time again!


This means that I will be open for commissions once I re-upload my old gallery here, draft new prices, create a working ToS, and make a spreadsheet for a queue.

Prices should go up this weekend - keep an eye out! It'll be first come first serve. Prices will start low for the first few months, and then I will be raising them if demand calls for it. There will be an influx of old art being posted to this account to generate page views and attention. If any of you know friends who are looking to have art done, or even if you can spare the time, please let people know about this page! I would greatly appreciate it!

Next week starting Monday slots will be opening up for freebie sketches. I am not sure if these will be colored or just greyscale shaded - I'm leaning towards the former, however. I will be starting small with three slots, and once again these will be first come first serve. They will be open again once the first three have been completed.


On another note, I am going to be at TFF this weekend! If any of my watchers are going in the Dallas area, feel free to come say hi! I'll have a name tag that says 'Avery' and a vaporeon plushie.

I am finally back, for good this time. Commissions will be opening in about a week, and I'll be posting more frequently as well. I hope everyone has been well!

so, due to an unfortunate series of events, my laptop is pretty certainty fried. My roommates cat knocked a glass of water onto the side of the laptop, and the keyboard. Water got into the charging port while the charger was plugged in, and viola, fried laptop! it wont turn on, im soaking it in rice right now to try to soak out the excess water, the light on the side still shines when i plug the charger in so im not sure the extent of the damage, but ive heard from several friends that it's probably ruined.

I'm going to be on hiatus until i can scrounge enough money up for a new one, but until then, you wont see much from me!

SO It's come to my notice that my bank account has been overdrafted -85.00, because a purchase I made a few weeks ago just went through! The funny thing is, I had the money for it in my paypal account, yet it still charged to my bank? I'm transferring what was in my paypal account (30.00) but I'm still going to need to make about 50, maybe more if I get hit with a second fee on Monday, since it's the beginning of the new week and all! I'm not asking for pity, but I am open for $10 sketch commissions!

1) Clear and concise visual references must be provided by the Client. Written descriptions are frowned upon, but can be worked with if absolutely necessary. The Client will understand that, if having provided a written description, the Artist will take creative liberty when undergoing the commission.


2) If the Client decides to pay half upfront and half upon completion, the finished piece will not be released until the last of half of the payment is made. If the Client decides to pay after the completion of the commission, the commission will not be released until payment is made.


3) The Client will be shown thumbnails and loose sketches for any commission at or above $30 USD and the Artist will refine these before starting the commission. Thumbnails will be redrawn up to three times, and any subsequent requests for redraws will come at a fee of $3 USD per thumbnail.

4) Critique and questions for Commissions over $40 USD are welcomed. Critique for commissions under $40 USD will be tolerated for up to three times, and each subsequent edit made after that will be $5 USD, as the time spent editing will be detrimental towards both profit and a timely completion.

5) The Artist reserves the right to reject critique if he feels it necessary and if said critique is felt to be detrimental towards the piece as a whole based upon artistic and stylistic preference. The Artist will accept redlines and critique pertaining to anatomy, proportions, and character details, if it will improve the overall piece.


6) If the Client decides to cancel their commission at the sketch/rough stage for any commission over $40 USD, they will be refunded half of the initial cost.


7.) There will be no refunds issued if the Client decides to cancel the commission after the sketch/rough stage.


8.) The Artist retains the right to refuse a commission based upon personal preference and the behavior of the Client.


9.) The Artist will maintain a rapport with the Client via e-mail and private notes and will answer any question asked.


10.) The client has the right to request that their commission be kept private.The Client may ask the Artist for permission to post a commission in their own private gallery, although the Artist maintains the right to refuse.


15) The Artist retains all rights to commissioned artwork, but understands that the characters and content therein are the intellectual and creative property of the Client, provided that it is original content. The Artist makes no claim of ownership where fanart is concerned, save the commissioned piece itself.

16) The Client does not have ANY permission to resell, reprint, or otherwise make a profit off of commissioned artwork.


18) The Client is not allowed to alter the artwork itself without permission. If the Client wishes to alter the commissioned artwork, they must make a request. The Artist retains the right to refuse.


19) The Client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before commissioning the Artist. Failure to understand and abide by these terms will result in a null contract, and refunds will not be made.
