Short version, I'm generally uninterested in sex in real life, and for the majority of my life my fantasy life has had me taking either an ambiguously gendered or fem role.
Neither of those things is any big news to people I'm close with, but it's not entirely obvious to those who don't.

I assume this makes little difference to most of the folks who'd want to see my stuff anyway, but it seemed right to make it explicit. The majority of the subjects of my work are an "I wish that were me" situation*.

the pen on this apparently was built on a ribbon cable held in place by friction from the battery. it folded up and crumpled onto the magnet.

so no drawing till a replacement arrives.

Just so you are aware, this is a particularly stupid bill before the US senate about regulating porn in really dumb ways.
If it passes I will likely need to delete my accounts here and just about everywhere else.

I've gotten to my new apartment, and things are slowly getting back to normal. My schedule should become less of a mess over the next 2 weeks or so.

I found a new apartment. I pick up the keys on the 1st, so in theory things should get back to normalish for me some time shortly after that.

My housing situation is pretty rapidly falling apart thanks to some incompetent maintenance by the land lord.
I may be unavailable for a while, because of the need to stay with friends or family until this place gets fixed or I find another place to live.

I had anticipated getting back to a more normal schedule this week. This will not be happening due to stupid things happening at home.

If I am lucky things may get back to normal around mid February, otherwise, probably march.

I need to spend a bunch of vacation days between now and august 7th but they're not all in a row, and I don't have anywhere to go. So here's what I'm going to do, If I'm off and I'm up for drawing, I'm going to draw something from the comments of this journal or the one on weasyl. So if you want in on this, here's what you do:
write a comment containing, theme, character or characters, and a link to a reference for the character.

I will roll a die or use some other form of randomization to choose which one I'm doing.
I will skip any that could not be posted on both sites.
If a suggestion is too unpleasant/impossible I will remove it from the list. There's more than enough stuff in my gallery that you should be able to get an idea of where my limits are.
Do not post a suggestion if you are not ok with it being posted publicly, and being posted without prior approval.

got my computer back

What do pepole listen to or watch? I'm trying to figure out what I can listen to or watch on the devices that I have access to while my computer is still in the shop.

Well I won't be scanning much of anything for a while, my laptop's fan broke and I had to take it in for repairs. Which fortunately are free because it was still under warrantee. Unfortunately they're estimating 2 weeks until I get it back.

So apparently Transformers More than Meets The Eye, is really damn good. and I just read the first two collections this evening.

I picked up War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron on Steam last week.

I really liked War for Cyberton, a little short, but what there was was well implimented. The controls were nice and tight game play was fun. I kind of wish that I had played it co-op because Soundwave and Thundercracker have no function in single player.

Fall of Cybertron was not as much fun for me. There was a lot of control screwiness, and for a lot of the game it felt like vehicle mode was just tacked on and not worth using. The Grimlock and Bruiticus sections were just painful, the controls all just randomly switched around to make it less convenient to do any of the things that you're supposed to be doing. The only section of the game that really felt right was rampaging around with Megatron, they did a really good job of making everything he did seem idiotically destructive.

anyway War for Cybertron is totally worth it for $10 or less.

Fall of Cybertron probably still worth it at the reduced price, but know you'll need to wade through bad stuff to get to the Megatron rampage goodness.
