TOS ADOPTS 2023 ZORDIC DESIGNS
1. Do not sell Adopt without ensuring they credit me on the media they upload. - or re-upload
2. do not claim you made the linework or designs as your own when you buy them. Always credit properly
3. you can use them for avatars on IMVU, SecondLife and VRCHAT, characters, books whatever/ or resell them for the same price you bought them if you get more art you can add to the price of them!
4. I Zordic can re-claim Adoptables if payment isn't made as planned with the Buyer or a rule is broken when it comes to crediting or use
5. you HAVE to add 1 single piece of art before reselling my adoptables if the Adoptable was over 100usd- this is due to my adopts being gambled around
if you want a Merch License, you will have to pay me a 100USD fee on top of the adoption price if you're going to sell things of them like prints, drawings, clothing, or Fursuit-premade.
You cannot earn money on my work unless you pay the fee.
if you do not follow these terms, I can revoke your adoption without refund and blacklist you if any of these terms aren't met
