Would you like a story?
Posted 3 years agoMy god, a journal!
Yep, I've been dead-esque for a while here, really only adding to my faves, but I want to get back into *doing things* so to speak. So, as such, I'd like to offer to do stories for folks!
Now, these are free, and since you get what you pay for, I make no promises of justice or due process. Really, this is a litmus test of whether there's even an interest in them. So, if you're interested, just shoot me a character, themes, basically what you'd like to see. Use notes, comments, whatever you wish.
As a heads up, I won't guarantee any sort of refusal notice, since I'd rather not just pump out generic "thanks but no" messages and I certainly don't want to be running around creating 300+ customized "I appreciate your interest but..." messages. I do appreciate your interest, and if I don't reply to you about writing a story, assume the best. Chances are I don't feel like I could do your character/setting/premise justice. Or maybe I just haven't gotten to yours (not that you should wait with baited breath, after all, I'm *doing* this out of a lack of personal motivation.)
Oh, heads up, fat, stuffing, and preg stuff are personal favorites kink-wise (if my faves aren't indication enough.) Sci-fi and fantasy are favorites in general.
AMENDMENT: No licenced characters, just your own OCs. Knew I was going to forget something on here, sorry about that.
Anyway, TLDR, send ideas, maybe get stories, maybe not.
As wise men once said: "Promise nothing, deliver less."

Would anyone care to see writing on this page?
Posted 5 years agoYou know, for someone who's listed as a writer, I don't really post any writing on here. Honestly, I've really fallen out of practice since I fell off of fanfiction. I'll occasionally do a story here or there as a gift or a trade, but overall it's hard to put in the effort when it doesn't feel like anyone would really care.
So, would anyone care to see writing on this account? If so, what? Short stories, multi-chapter work? Fanfiction or original? Sci-fi, slice-of-life, fantasy, fetish work?
Please leave a comment, I would love to hear from everyone who reads this journal. I want to hear your thoughts, whatever they may be.

Why'd you watch?
Posted 7 years agoI'm curious why the people who watch my account do so. Was it a specific piece of art? A character in general? Or the distant hope that someday, somehow, I might possibly, accidentally, upload a story?
Art Posting!
Posted 9 years agoFinally going through all my old art and posting it with appropriate attributions. This... is going to take a while. Gona start with Tia then I'll see where it goes.
It all worked out.
Posted 12 years agoWhat it says on the tin.
Well I tried,
Posted 12 years ago
Ryunwoofie could use an emergency commission before Monday, so I've bounced the word around. I know not a lot of folks watch my account, but what the hey, worth a shot.A new story
Posted 12 years agoI'm curious, would anyone watching like to see a new story?
Text Adventure
Posted 12 years agoWell, I'm attempting to code a fatty text adventure using the inform 7 engine. After much cursing and wrestling, I have finally managed to establish the majority of the numeric grounding. I think my metabolism system still needs some further work, but the basic structure functions. Now it's just a matter of bouncing numbers around.
I need a goddamn project.
Posted 13 years agoI do, I need something to work on. Some demand for my work. I'm not even going to pretend I care what it is.
I need some goddamn work.

Roleplay
Posted 13 years agoYou know, I got all these new watchers, and I realized I never do anything with them! So, out of curiosity, do any of you guys do fat fur roleplay? I find doing a little roleplay really helps me focus on new ideas for stories, so if you'd be interested in helping, just shoot me a note!
What should I do?
Posted 13 years agoJust curious if anyone is still paying attention to me. I'm normally pretty quiet. Any requests for stories out there? What do you guys want to see?
To all my new watchers
Posted 13 years agoWow, had quite the influx recently, so I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for your watches. Sorry I can't think you all individually, and that it took me this long to do this much, but I've been swamped with other concerns, and have never been that active to begin with.
I'm currently working on some non-FA projects right now, so I'm not sure when I'll be posting anything new on here, but some people have raised the question of comissions, so I'm considering opening at a penny a word. Note me if interested!

Quiet
Posted 14 years agoYeah, I've been pretty apallingly silent as of late, been busy with a ton of stuff, and honestly felt like no one was really egar for new work, so I've been slacking off. Not sure if I'll be adding new stories soon, as I'm trying to focus on more serious work, and as such am inclined to keep it to myself. Still, you never know.
A rant on physics, and "science" fiction
Posted 14 years agoAnyway, so, I'm a fan of science fiction. More importantly, I'm a fan of hardcore science fiction: I.E. No force fields, no FTL, no mystery energy weapons, no random teleportation. Basically, I like it so long as you don't have to "invent" new forms of physics to make it work.
Now, one big debate has been over fighters in science fiction. Specifically, space fighters. Now, there are several complaints about this: First, drones would be more durable, cheaper, and disposable (Which is a big deal when you need fuel to speed up AND slow down), and they wouldn't have to worry as much about their pilots being crushed by G forces.
Of course, using drones assumes that you haven't just gone with hundreds of missles instead, but I digress.
Now, most of the arguments in space combat revolve around the cube squared law, IE volume of an object increases as the cube of it's side length, and surface area as the square (Well , 6 times the square assuming a cube, but this becomes negligible pretty quickly). Basically, 20 square feet of plastic wrap can hold more than twice as much as 10 square feet. This of course means you get more fuel for less hull to contain it, and thus better mass to fuel ratios, and a faster overall ship. In theory.
HOWEVER, this neglects the role of surface area in movement. IE thrusters are a function of the cross section of a spacecraft, with bigger thrusters being able to expell more fuel at any given moment (assuming equal speed of exhaust). Hence, a smaller ship is able to accellerate faster (though this will be limited by human durability, but still.)
Anyway, this faster accelleration means that between two ships travelling the same speed, the smaller one will, for a limited window of time, be able to outrun the bigger one, and as such will have complete manuverability advantage over the larger one. IE, it can move while the big ship essentially stands still.
Now, this gives an advantage to fighters assuming they get in close. But why would you need fighters at all? The biggest argument is that fighters go where big ships can't, and that they can go over the horizon to see where other ships can't. Now, most people argue that in space, excepting a nebula, there is no *horizon*, and that fighters could be seen lightyears off and thus be useless. However, what people neglect is that there is a movement horizon. In space, you can see things much sooner than you can reach them, and thus anything other than lasers will basically miss until you get to spitting distance. (Unless you want to spend a few planets worth of fuel on missiles) So, fighters could be moved ahead of the main ship, and be used to attack within range, while the large ship is still hanging back out of fire range. (To be continued.)

The whole concept of journals...
Posted 14 years agoIt's kind of odd in a way, journals. Just these, freeform records of whatever occours to us. Art we've seen, problems we're having, fun events on the up-and-coming... all journals.
Even wierder, they're so asymmetric. They often share such trivial bits of our lives that it hardly seems worth the effort. I mean, in my life today, and just today, I'd say that my musings on the nature of the journal are one of the least important things to happen to me today, and yet here I write about them. Admittedly there is some topical relevance, but that hardly reduces the point.
Why do we write these little messages in bottles?

1 brain, deep fried, with a side of exhaustion
Posted 15 years agoHeya everyone, just wanted to give an update to all those folks out there nice enough to watch me. Yes, any evidence of updates has been completely absenst lately, and what can I say? College is tough. Still, I've begun work on my magnum opus, and don't see why I can't put my first draft of chapter 1 up when I get it done, seeing as I now have a benchmark for how long it should be.
I cannot tell you how badly I needed a benchmark for this. That said, this week is... ugh. But I might finish/post it this weekend. Also, I just got a wave of completed comissions in, so I'll be posting those with links to the talented individuals responsible, so keep an eye out for that!

No such thing as bad publicity!
Posted 15 years agoWell, hmm, I know not a lot of people read these, but i feel obliged, regardless, to comment on how far behind I have fallen. Yeah, above the grey has sort of stalled, or rather, did stall, as I refuse to awknowledge this as a current state of affairs.
Progress continues. Slowly for a bit, but I'm playing with the clutch right now, and seeing what I can do.
Anyway, I know about 5 people will see this as it currently is, so of those of you who do look at it, I have a quick favor to ask.
Spread the word, I'm a highly competent, if lazy writer, and just need visibility to attract a fan base. I am happy to consider gift stories, free of trading, for the time being, as sort of a self promotion approach.
So get out there, tell those people you think might be interested. In the meantime, I'll be working away.
Cesium, signing off.

Above the Grey
Posted 15 years agoNow, I may have mentioned this before, but I'm attempting to write a novel. A good novel, and a furry novel, with good being defined as "Published by a known publishing house, and appearing in general bookstores."
IE something not restricted just to the fandom.
This story will be called Into the Grey.
Now, why am I telling you this? Because it has something to do with my new submission plan. In order to prepare for Into the Grey, and to get in the habit of writing more, I'm going to be writing a number of short stories under the heading of "Above the Grey"
These will be short bits elucidating the world of Into the Grey, both for myself and for others. The stories are intended to be canon, but given the WIP nature of the project, some stories may ultimately be rendered invalid, or at least have some details altered to fit with the final story.
That said, I'll probably release a final list of which stories are going to make the final cut, when I make said cut. Just as a sort of closure thing.
Anyway, I hope to post one story a day these next few weeks, moving to one a week from then on. At no point do I intend to post less than a story a week. While this may affect quality from time to time, I feel that this is for the best, as at least mistakes can be learned from.
Also, they will be very short to begin with, but that's just because I'm impatient in my writing. Another thing I hope to fix with this project.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy. Comments are welcome, and encouraged, though please make criticism constructive.
Also, I would like to point out that questions and requests are welcome! If there is something in these stories that confuses or interests you, say so! Same goes if you'd like to see more of something.
That said, I hope you enjoy the first installment of "Above the Grey", and all the rest to come afterward.

Okay, seriously now.
Posted 15 years agoWell, I'm finally getting back into writing. Yes, yes, long long longlonglong time coming, I know. Still, better late than never, and as always I can only hope that my future submissions will be better still, if not quite *as* fetishy. So I'll just use this chance to apologize to the fanbase right now.
Finally Posting something
Posted 15 years agoHah! Posted my first story. Prior to now it's just been to look at art, but now I can actually contribute! Take a look, tell me what you think!
