I swear I'm still alive , I've been busy with work as usual, still the only worker at my job. It's been almost a year since I started my job and I'm still enjoying working there, my bosses are still wonderful and nice like the day I met them and started working there. Next week I'll be pretty much running the store with the help of my bosses parents cause they will be going to bring their kids to Disney world. So I'm a bit nervous about working with someone I've never met and pretty much running the place from 9:30 to 6. But oh boy will my check be beautiful.

About a month ago I rescued a cat from the street I live on, he was dirty to the touch with a very goopy eye, I originally just was going to feed him some left over chicken and make friends with him but after my neighbor that lives under me came out to make friends with the cat also mentioned that her boyfriend and her find him out there at all hours of the morning, afternoon and during the night. So after hearing that I decided that I couldn't just leave him outside dirty and hungry , so I decided to bring him inside and try to find his family, but nothing turned up so now he's a happy addition to the family. He's super sweet and talks and loves on you when ever he gets the chance, all you have to do is just look at him and his motor starts up and he instantly starts kneading what ever is closet to him, it's absolutely adorable.

so caught a cold from my boss but then a few days later i broke out in a rash that was burning and painful. went to urgent care and found out i have shingles, so i get to go throught all that pain and antibiotics for a while.

just thought i would update everyone on my work situation and whats going on, kind of a update part two of my last journal i guess ?

anyways today while i was working my boss (one of the owners) told me instead of hiring a extra person they talked it out together ( they are husband and wife) that they would like to keep me full time and only have me as their worker, they really like me working there and would like to help me out.

so since i will be working full time monday to saturday from 10 to 4 or 5 depending on how much traffic we get throught out the day. i will no longer need to relay on art as a income and cause of that once im done with the art i owe i will be closing commissions and YCHs, tho i may do a ych once and a great while when i get the itch to do art. and ill be able to do art for my self and friends when i have the time.

it blows me away that this lovely couple i just started working for a few months ago like me this much that they want me to be the only worker and to help me out like this. theyre great people and i love working for them so it makes me feel really good.

so sunday on my day off ill work super hard to try and finish all YCHs.

i want to thank everyone thats commissioned me or bought a YCH, it means alot to me that you all like my art that much where you were willing to buy. so from the bottom of my heart thank you so very much and i love you all <3

i just wanted to give everyone thats waiting for art from me a little update. as of this week and possibly next week ill be working every day ( not including sunday ) at my job so art will be put on a slight hold until my hours get more regular, i will be able to work on art on sundays.

my only other coworker had to quite working at my job due to transportation related issues and moving two towns away. so for now im working her hours and mine until my bosses pick a person that they both like and hire them once they hire that person ill be working 4 days a week 9:30 to 5 or until we close.

so please bare with me and continue being awesomely patient with me, i appreciate it alot <3

its my birthday, so happy birthday to me ?

my week long working every day is finally over, im back to my usual two days a week and what ever days they may need me for. needless to say i am exhausted, middle of the week we got a double delivery and little 4 foot 11 inch me had to bring every single box in from the blistering heat ( about 86 boxes in total ). it was hard work but so worth that paycheck this pay cycle.

gonna rest up today, run some errands and get some chores done and tomorrow i will be back to drawing and getting that group picture done and out for everyone that bought a slot ( ill also work on any other art that owed )

i would just like to inform everyone that is waiting for art ( including the group picture ) that art will be pretty slow going this week. im working every day this week. ill try my best to get what i can done. all i ask is that everyone still please be so patient, and id like to thank everyone for their patients it means alot to me.

days ill be working are, monday (today) until saturday. sunday i will have the day off and then ill be back to my normal schedule.

im pretty much covering for a very nice coworker thats going on vacation.

just got the call that im hired, i start this friday and will be working fridays and saturdays 10 to 5. im pretty relieved ive been worrying every since after the interview and all night and all this morning, cant wait to start and to beable to provide for my son even more now. im super happy lets all celebrate !

so like the title says i finaly got a job interview after searching for a job with in walking distance, im pretty excited and nervous and happy all at once. cause if i get this job itll help so much. so wish me luck !

my idea well is running dry.

what would you guys suggest as a new YCH, any ideas you guys have id like to hear ( just keep it away from messy or wet diaper stuff i do not and will not draw that kind of stuff )
