I desperately need to draw something, ANYTHING but I’ve been so busy with irl stuff (+ all of my current sketches are just half-baked doodles that aren’t good enough to be posted…)

oh, and I have an unfinished overdue commission (Which was supposed to be finished in JULY).. God, I need to get that done before Sunday. I’m so tired of having to respond to “how’s the commission going?” With the heartbreaking news that I actually wasn’t able to continue on it because I was too lazy to open a drawing program

Does anyone else like… suck at starting conversations online (and offline)? I have multiple friends that I haven’t talked to since like, March-April because I have no idea how I’m supposed to start a conversation ._. With a lot of my online friends, I’ll just wait until they start the conversation (Which is rare..) because I don’t wanna risk embarrassing myself by not getting a reply from them _(._.)_

After a conversation with one of my friends, we both decided that a White-faced scops owl would fit me. I think it’s really cute ^^

I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned this before but I don’t have a fursona. I want one but I don’t have any cool ideas (T＿T)

Buut, one of my friends keeps dumping screenshots of this buff white Mouse dude from an old cartoon called Biker Mice from Mars (I think that’s the name..?) in a server and it’s kinda giving me an idea. Would a mouse fursona be interesting? Would it fit me? Please helppp ;v;

yesterday I was able to get my phone fixed.it turns out that the price was lowered because my dad haggled- I mean.. negotiated with the store owner (by lying about me being a poor college student) . He also got rid of my “debt” since he was able to lower the price from $120 to $50 which means that I’m not in emergency commissions mode anymore ^^;

So…

A few days ago, I ended up dropping my phone on the ground. As a result, there's now a HUGE white line obscuring the center of my screen. The problem with this is that nearly EVERYTHING I do (including art) is done on this phone.

Luckily. . .

I was able to find a place that does phone repairs and the price for a screen replacement is $120..However, my dad said he’d pay it for me but I’d have to give him most of the money I’ll get from comms (yes, he knows I’m a furry artist) .. And now I’m opening commissions early. Obviously, I can't draw anything yet but it’d be nice to have a few slots reserved so I can immediately get to work once this phone thing is dealt with.

I might not have explained enough so please comment/note if you have any questions ^^;

So uh, I kinda need some help with gauging (?) some prices for comms

I was thinking: $5 for lineart, $10 for flat colors, and $25 for a fully rendered drawing.. How's that?
