My Personal Characters:
All of my characters can't and will not be used by anyone else in an adult/nude situation unless they have my written permission. Fan art is fine but do not put them in any pornographic or unclothed situation at all without asking and receiving my okay. Thank you.
Language Barriers:
My first language is English and I know no other languages. If you aren't able to speak proper English I may deny your commission simply because of misunderstandings and faults that may occur because of it.
Shouting:
Please refrain from shouting on my page about commissions. I understand it's one way to contact me if I don't respond to notes, but don't shout before noting. I will gladly answer you as soon as humanly possible via notes before resorting to shouting. I guess I could add that this goes for asking for commissions to. I won't respond to 'You still taking commissions?' via shout. You want art, note me please.
Contact:
If someone becomes non responsive (more than a few weeks), they're bumped off my queue, and put back on the bottom the next time they contact me. If someone goes a YEAR without contacting me (after I've tried to contact them), then their commissions are forfeit with no refund.
Editing:
I don't mind the buyer editing their art but I prefer they ask first. (If you did not pay for the art do NOT edit my art I will find you and report you. Thanks.)
Uploading:
Is allowed but only if you commissioned it and give credit. I do not discriminate where it is posted but if posted it must be the small version I gave you, have my original signature on the image, and a link somewhere to my page. Please respect this when posting my art. If you fail to do so I will not force you to take it down but I will no longer work with you in the future if you cannot respect my uploading policies and place you on my ‘black list’.
Private Commissions:
Commissions I cannot show or upload onto the internet. I personally dislike drawing art I cannot share so please respect my decision to charge an extra fee to keep it private. A $5 fee will be charged onto the final quote if you want your work private. If you don't pay the 'no posting fee' then I will have the rights to post it to the internet. I respect your right to privacy, but please respect my right to want to show my art.
Other Payment Options:
I only accept paypal, and paypal only. No cash, money orders, or e-checks (unless granted permission).
Refunds:
I can do refunds if there is 0% progress on your art. If work has been done on your commission you will be partially refunded for the work I have done, so I am compensated for my time. You will get all the progress done on the art, and part of the money back. (Funds returned all depends on how much work has been completed) I do sometimes take longer than other times to do work because of my day to day life, but if you are patient, you will always get your work.
Time Limit:
Unless I am given a specific time frame I will finish commissions when I can. Some smaller things can be done that night and others up to a few weeks, or in some cases longer depending on RL things. Unless you give me a specific time that I am comfortable with I will expect you to not complain to me. I'm always open to questions but please be civil about it.
Hosting:
I am not held responsible for hosting your commission. If you happen to lose it within 6 months of the completion time I will re-send the image. If it is past that point, do not expect me to have the image after that time. If I still have the image past the 6 month period and you want the full-resolution version back I will charge a small holding fee of $2.
Copyright:
My policy stands that if you purchase my art you are entitled to only post (with credit) or print for your personal self. You do not have the right to distribute, re-sell in mass quantities, or use for selling on anything of any kind. If you wish to buy the rights to the art, prepare for a VERY hefty sum($100-???) to be charged on to your quote.
Adoptables:
When I sell an adoptable I allow the editing or creation of a character behind what I sell. Edit it to your hearts content. All I require is you give credit and a link to my page for the art you bought if you upload it. I also allow the re-sale of my adoptables as long as you sell it at the selling price or less, do not profit from my art/design.
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason and the right to terminate a commission in progress. In the latter case the customer's money will be refunded minus the amount required for the work done up to that point and any work completed up to that point will be sent out to the customer.
You have the right to change your idea if I have not started on it. Your character has changed or a relationship problem has happened. Don't be afraid to approach me about changing your idea. You may not change said idea if i have started your commission. (Unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to start over, price may vary on how far I am into the commission.) Also if you change your idea to a more complicated image be prepared to pay extra for additional items not agreed on prior.

All Commissions over $40 includes a rough sketch to be approved by you before cleaning up the line art and/or adding color. Under $40 does not require one. You only get one chance to suggest edits, after that its a +$5-$10 depending on extent of a simple change or a whole re-drawing. (Completely re-drawing something will cost more depending on the extent, if it is MY screw up I will gladly do it for free)
I sometimes work best with artistic freedom but do not give me that option if you feel you will turn around and change your idea. If you do not like a pose or a major change in the image, you do not get a free do-over. Please specify what you want if you know you are picky. If you still want a major change be ready to pay for fees to do so.
The only time edits can be made is in the Sketch, Inks, and Flat Color stage.. Any part after that there cannot be ANY changes. If you really wish to change something after the editing stage you must pay a $10-20 fee. (No exceptions)
