Seriously, when I started uploading stuff about a year ago, I really didn't expect it to grab anyone's attention...but it's been an amazing surprise that I've apparently been able to make stuff that appeals not just to myself, but to a whole bunch of you guys as well!
So, thank you for watching, and I'm glad you like my stuff! I know I tend to be sort of quiet on here, but I really do appreciate it. And though I really make art primarily for myself, I'm always open to suggestions for what other kinds of stuff people might wanna see from me, so feel free to let me know! I'm always up for a friendly chat and a discussion of ideas ^^

Posted 6 years agoIt’s my first birthday since I started to actually post things here instead of just lurking, so I figured I’d take a second to give a shoutout to all the friendly folks I’ve encountered in this community. I never expected the reception to my stuff to be as warm as it was, and it’s even led to some unexpectedly delightful connections, exchanges, trades, and collaborations!

Y'know that classic cartoon gag where an anthro character gets covered in quick-drying cement, which then hardens arounds them and freezes them like a statue? That's one of my very favorite cartoon tropes! And it doesn't necessarily have to be concrete: it can be ice, sap, wax, chocolate, metal, mud, or even webbing/bandages for a softer, more mummy-like encasement.
This little document here details every instance of this trope I could find, including links, timestamps, and brief descriptions. I thought I'd make it public, just in case there's anyone else out there who's as weirdly fascinated with this kind of thing as I am! If you know of any scenes that you think could be added, please don't hesitate to leave it in the comments or PM me via FA notes or Discord! The more the merrier!
