Because it's 4/20, I've thrown together a little mod for Touhou 13 over the weekend. If you want the mod (it's only of the first stage), I'll gladly give it to you. ;U

So far it contains Snoop Dogg in place of Marisa Kirisame, and edited dialog (again, only Stage 1) for both Yuyuko Saigyouji and Marisa Kirisame. I may make Yuyuko fire weed leaves in place of her normal butterfly-shaped bullets later, I dunno. :P

Apparently, my tablet's trashed- the Mini-USB Type B port opposite of the Express Keys is boggled. I currently don't have the money to get it repaired or to buy a new one (poor high school senior is poor- sorta). While I can probably fix it, I'm debating whether I should even bother because the thing is around 4 years old now. In fact they don't make the Intuos5 Touch S anymore I don't think. I personally have $25 on me, but that ain't enough.

So, until the tablet's fixed or replaced, I probably won't post any digital art; only traditional.

It's no secret- I've blocked dozens of (well... actually over 250...) people.

I'm thinking of giving these people a second chance- but only on a per-individual basis or (for shits and giggles) they can beat me in Hopeless Masquerade. If you're currently blocked by me, you're gonna have to contact one of my friends on FA and have them note me about it.

For a long while, the Pokemon wallpapers I used on my desktop came from a site called PLDH.net. But today, I deleted all of them in one go off of my system. Why? The person who made all of them is kind of... strict. They threaten "lawful action" for a mere repost, even though they themselves are not making a single dime (let alone a penny) on them, i.e. are providing the wallpapers themselves for free.

So today, I'm starting a new project meant to be a set of high-quality replacements (but not clones) for the wallpapers on PLDH that are permissible to "do what you please-" as long as credit is given and they aren't used commercially. Unlike the wallpapers at PLDH, they will be available in multiple sizes, colors, and variations; while still trying to be faithful to the Pokemon they portray. Not to mention they'll actually be truly free- not just gratis.

For those too lazy to look it up, expeditus is the Latin word for "unencumbered." "Encumber" means "to restrict or burden in order to hinder free action," hence why its antonym was used for the project name.

If you'd like to help with the project, please- send me a Note! Doing this alone would be quite tedious and slow. I'll review your gallery and give you a quick interview and the project guidelines.

Also, I'm still working on a picture for a friend of mind... the recent drama got in the way. O.o

It appears an individual who will remain unnamed for the sake of privacy (if you're here, it's probably because of them anyways) thought it was funny to report me to the staff here. I've tracked down the so-called "chain" they're trying to "keep going" somewhat far, which is how I know they did so.

I have absolutely no idea what will happen to my account. I'm going to be fleeing off to Pixiv and Tumblr if anything happens- however, I'm not saying where, as I screwed up again, here on FA, and don't want to try to carry anything over to other sites. You're going to have to play Whack-a-Mole for a while. I make lots of mistakes online; and I'm kinda running out of options on where to go.

And to the "NSFW artists" the aforementioned person is talking about, congratulations. You've only shown me you don't care. I hope you're all happy demolishing another little home I've taken so long to try to build, because I'm sure it's worth tearing bonds of friendship away to do so.

And to my few remaining friends, I give you what may be my final words of gratitude- it was a good journey with you all... to all my friends, I am sorry that suffering a virtual death is all I could do for you and I'm fine with you disregarding me when I'm gone.

FA has been a long and rough ride for me, but as of lately it just...

The 10th of this month marked my 18th birthday. Quite honestly, I'm no different than I was a month ago- yet now, because I hit some "magic" number, FA gives me the full experience.

But I'm not giving the full experience back to FA.

-I WILL NOT post any art I'd be forced to restrict. Anyone who requests such art in a serious manner will be immediately denied and blocked for good. NO EXCEPTIONS. Period.

-Anyone with "adults only" profiles will be blocked as soon as I find out they have one. I have emailed the FA staff in request that anyone with an "adults only" profile is permanently blocked by me, and that I become invisible to them to give them a taste of their own medicine. I am awaiting a response.

-You know I hate the world. It's a horrible place with nearly no respect for human value.

Well, I'm feeling something strange, no clue what it is. Despite it being something strange that don't look good, I assure you there's no need to call the Ghostbusters.

Here is the situation:

For some strange reason, I feel that I need to get along with  Koshimoto, yet I also feel if I did that I'd go against my own beliefs and drive myself absolutely insane...er. It's basically a paradox. It's like saying "I need you to hold my pencil while I draw."

In order for me to somehow escape from the problem yet solve it while doing so (another paradox), I'll be deactivating my FA account for a temporary amount of time (about a month or two, or until I solve the problem) so I can concentrate on how to solve it. Please bare with me here. :B

To solve chronic art block, I believe therapy is the best option- so I'm asking all of you for some ideas on what you think I should draw. ;P

Earlier today I received a "Note" from a moderator, threatening to take action on my account. While I'm not going to disclose of the Note quite yet, I will say it had a few inaccuracies and I will keep a screenshot of the title and full text for disclosure later, for evidence it was real and actually happened.

If you absolutely need a way to contact me just in case the particular moderator gets any brilliant ideas, Note me and I'll give you some options for keeping in touch with me- I may have to take further security measures, as I believe they can get into my Notes and look at my conversations as they were able to get information that the page owners either hid or changed. If I ask you questions that seem simple to you, it is nothing against you- it is a security measure as I don't want the staff here getting information they shouldn't have.

If I am banned shortly, I'm afraid you're going to be out of luck on getting in touch with me as most (if not all) moderators I've spoke with don't like me- so I don't have much of a chance to get my account back if it happens.

As much as I hate FA, I'm not going to leave my friends in the dirt- I know how that feels.

If anyone wants to join in, here are my only rules; which I try to keep fair to both the creators and viewers of the finished piece:

Rule #1: "Why not?" That means, people ARE allowed to share and edit the finished piece NON-COMMERCIALLY- even if they aren't us. Why, you may ask? For starters, I realize that people don't have an account on every corner of the Internet and that "written permission" is a thing of the past (I don't know of anyone who currently hand-writes letters and sends them across the country). After all, we have email. :B But that's not the point. :U I'm trying to say no one needs permission, they just need to 1) give proper credit (a link back is optional but greatly appreciated), and 2) don't sell the piece without asking- except if they're us, we do what we want. :B That's it. I try to keep this fair as possible for everyone; I've seen the miseries of not being fair to everyone.

Rule #2: "Play nice!" In other words, be kind to me and I'll be kind to you. ;P If even one of us is miserable, it'll have a poor impact on the piece. Also, no playing Back Stabbath.

Rule #3: "E Pluribus Unum!" That's "all together one" in Latin, and on every US coin. We're a team, so let's work as one. ;)

ANYWAYS back to the title, I'd like to start doing anthro but I'm studying anatomy currently- so just wait a bit. :P

I've been recently getting a lot of misconceptions thrown out at me, most (if not all) of them are just that- misconceptions. I never get a chance to clear them up for the people who believe them or make them, so I think I'll list them here in a myth-and-reality format. The myths are in quotes, so don't get cocky. :U

"Baaaawwwwww!!! You're against artists getting paid, WAAAHHHHH!!!"

Well actually, you see... NO. I believe artists should be paid for their work, just in a rather unorthodox way. Firstly, I believe art is a service, not a product- when you make artwork, you're usually doing it for one of a few common reasons- and they're usually made either for personal reasons, or because someone paid or hired you to make it- like hiring someone to wash your car. I'll explain this in further detail upon request. Secondly, I believe you must earn your money. That means you aren't guaranteed a sale and that you need to work for it, no matter how much you believe someone is "stealing" your profits (i.e. posting work that you're gaining absolutely no monetary benefit from elsewhere; and "stealing" would imply you're being deprived of something). If someone is posting work you're selling elsewhere for free, THEN I can understand you getting upset. But think of artwork like fruits at a farmer's market- fruits need nurturing to grow, they require effort and time to maintain, along with skill and knowledge to make sure they grow right; like artwork being made. They then go on a stand or display to be sold- like artwork in a gallery. What guarantees all of the fruits will be sold before they go rotten? Nothing. The same goes for art-nothing guarantees you'll get money from absolutely every piece of work you make. You can't just say "Buy my (fruit/artwork) or go to jail or face my wrath!" There is no easy way out. That means closing all of your species will not guarantee that people will buy characters from you. It will not guarantee you fame nor fortune. In fact, doing so actually has many negative side effects. What if no one made characters for MUGEN, considering Elecbyte (its creators) does not have a huge marketing team to get their idea out there? Would we know of it if it was like Fight Club, and talking about it was taboo? You are in their same situation- you don't have a marketing team, you don't have tons of money to hire one, but you DO have the power to make good decisions which can get you both of the latter someday. Good decisions means getting yourself heard, and getting yourself heard means not using force to get maybe a select few to hear about what you're doing. Taking shortcuts screws someone, somewhere over badly and you should take into consideration you could be that someone someday.

No, I'm different. Because something is different does not meant that it is evil. "Evil" is the intent of harm towards another- I don't INTEND any harm or anger; I invoke them unconsciously. People are often angry at me because I don't agree with them.

I appreciate edits as long as I get credit, becuase it may help a beginner work in their favorite image editing program or compatibility between devices, programs, and operating systems. I appreciate use as long as I get credit, as I actually reallize that not everyone is a graphic artist and accept that fact (unlike a few Copyright Nazis I could menton). I will not do trades with people who don't do the same (*cough!* Slendernyan! *cough!*) or don't want that for the images they recieve from me.

-I don't accept currency of any sorts for my work, I only do it for the sake of fun.
