PS 7 problem
Posted 15 years agoJust recently when I use Photoshop 7
Image > Adjustment > Hue/Saturation the Hue / Saturation box would load but it won't appear anywhere on my screen .
I uninstalled /reinstalled PS7 on a different drives and even uninstalled newer versions of Photoshop but the problem still exist .
System Restore won't work too .
The Hue / Saturation box opens fine on other version of Photoshop both it won't just show up on PS7 .
I also have other computers that has PS7 with no problems .
I'm close to reformatting / reinstalling windows just to fix this problem . But this takes hours .
Does anyone have a better solution to fix this ?

cintiq pen chew toy .

I wake up in the morning to find out in horror that two of my dogs , Herr Schnauzer and Mr Chip-chip )was chewing on my wacom pens .
The bamboo pen I managed to save but it was too late for the other pen I used for the cintiq . They seem to be fond of it's rubber grip . Now it's full of bite marks and no rubber . I went to work first and had the afternoon off . Travelled for 2 hours to the Wacom office and bought a new pen for 70 USD . Then I went to the mall and bought me some new games , Red Dead Redemption and Fallout 3 for the PS3 since it was on 50% sale . Had some cheese pizza at Sbarro's then drove home again for an hour and half . Currently installing / updating games on my two PS3s while I update my journal here in FA .
When I was about to exit the mall , there was this cute girl perhaps in her early twenties came up to me and asked my name . I told her my real name she smiled and walked away . Weird , since I haven't gotten her name . XD
Anyway I'll to fix my other cintiq pen that was chewed on and probly post pics of my handy work tomorrow . XD

Posted 15 years ago After a months of rage quitin BFBC2 multiplayer I decided to give it another try only to find no servers are showing on my list , turns out there is this really huge update since last time and can't download the patch since the EA servers keep timing out on me for the past 3 days now , how annoying . XD
Anyway thank you for your suggestions for my last journal about keyboards . I just gotten myself a Razer Lycosa and a Naga instead , the things looks badass , it's shiny and ricey as well useful . Now I'm off to get those $45 mouse pads .. lol XD

Posted 15 years agoWould it be silly to spend $ 200 USD for a keyboard ( logitech g19 ) ? I've been wanting to get it since last year . It has this really cool gimmicky things like an colored LCD screen , backlit keys etc . Any other g19 users think it's worth it ?

Posted 15 years agoBFBC2 , Multiplayer looks fun but god , this game is frustratingly hard for me . I don't usually suck on FPS , but this game makes me rage quit all the time ! XD
This never happens to me on MW2 . Btw new maps are coming ! Sucks that the ps3 and pc version would be delayed .. XD

Just recently finished Bioshock 2 , awesome game ! Love it more than the first . Looks like crap on the PS3 but looks awesome on my glorious new i7 rig + HD5870+ 8 gigs DDR3 ! ( better than BBMBBF's ) XD
Currently playing Metro 2033 in highest settings 60 fps in 1920 x 1080p (lol) ,
It has giant dog-rats and gargoyles , reds and Nazis ,I'm not sure what's going on with the story , but it's almost as scary as F.E.A.R . I'm at the part where my first friend just got shot and now I'm with some new guy and theres ghosts all over . And these ghost fucks you up when you get near them . I got killed by a ghost after I try to come near it and shoot it ! The settings are very hostile , you wear a gasmask , replace it's filters and try your best not get it broken while you try shoot at a pack giant mutant dog-rats and a gargoyle trying to kill you with your limited ammo and shit rifle .

Posted 15 years agoI was going for 3 monitor eyefinity setup but turns out that I needed to use the display port to enable 3rd monitor display .
lol living in a 3rd word country , DP to DVI adapter is going to be hard to find . XD
Anyone with a ATI card that supports eyefinity was able to use a 3 monitor setup using DVI-DVI-HDMI ?

Yeah those laws are here to protect us from prison rape . These kinds of pics are supposed to be underground material and taboo anyway , not main stream . That's what makes them special , kind of like Tijuana bibles .
It's not really some thing to be upset about it . Sure , the site won't allow you to post them in a few days but that doesn't mean you have to stop drawing them and leave the site all together .You can still draw them and show it to your close friends mailing list or post them somewhere anonymously .
We should learn to respect each other here . But in order to that , we should atleast act a little more civilized . And if you decide to leave this place , just leave . Stop making a big fuss about it to gain symphaty . It's time to act mature people , It's no longer cool to act like draw-whores and being random all the time !

Posted 15 years agoOk now I got the HD 5870 I was expecting it to run all of my games on it's highest settings .. which it does , except for some games that requires Physx . Although Dirt 2 and MW2 looks great , Mirror's Edge and Batman AA suffers a bit on it's frame rates when Physx is enabled .
any tips on how to fix this ?
specs are
CPU : 8400 not OCed
6gb DDR2 800
HD5870
Vista 64 ultimate
Funny how my old 9800 gt 1gb runs all my games on high as well ..
anyway what should be the proper resolution should I be browsing / gaming on a 32in HDTV . I'm currently using 1080p in 60 hz , but I feel that I'm doing it wrong .. XD

I have a HEC R500 500 watt psu .
The HEC Raptor R500 specs are:
+3.3V = 22A; + 5V = 15A; Combined: 130W
+12V1 = 19A; +12V2 = 19A; Combined: 384W
-12V = 0.3A; +5Vsb = 2.0A;
Total Output Power: 500W
Would it be enough to run the HD 5870 ?

Posted 15 years agoYup , finally got me Logitech z-5500 ,
Sound is pretty clear and solid and the bass is deep . Currenly listening music to it via digital coax and I'm really enjoying it .
The control center gets pretty warm fast t , and the package was very heavy , I had two of my employees carry it for me .. and it's a bit pricey too , but I got a 50$ off for it .. XD
thank you for your suggestions ! :) Gone are days of enjoying mediocrity from 30 watts of pc speakers .
