One week until my birthday. (Dec. 12th.)
General | Posted a year agoJust tossing out a reminder.
I also added a character to my wish list, Kerfur from Voices in the Void, so that is now an option.
I only post another journal as some people in the past have asked me after the fact when my birthday is. So, whatevs.

Birthday in a month: December 12th.
General | Posted a year ago***PLEASE DO NOT WISH ME A HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY!***
So as with every year I post a wish list of characters I would like to see drawn. Never specifically expect anything, but it doesn't hurt to post it.
As ever what I am wanting out of any of the listed characters is the usual hyper stuff. Could even be astronomical hyper if desired.
My characters:
Zeiren: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/58570678/
(Can be paired up)
Ophira: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46474160/

Thoughts on AI generated art.
General | Posted a year agoSo first and foremost, for as mediocre as my art can be at times, I am proud to say that I produce it all on my own.
It all starts on paper with pencil, I scan it into my computer, make some edits in Paint.net and then ink and color the whole thing in Paint.net.
I have no desire to create AI generated art myself.
That all said, I personally don't mind AI generated art that much.
A few months back on FA I was browsing the front page when I saw a nice looking monster girl. I click the image and see in the description that it was AI generated. Which credit where credit is due at least the user was honest.
I still saved that image to my computer as I liked the image.
Minutes later I click the front page again to see another post by this same user with yet another monster girl that was nice too. After the third time this happened I kept a tab opened on this user's page and refreshed every few moments. Of the roughly 10 images the user posted 7 of them were great to me.
Obviously this user's page was deleted so unfortunately I was unable to ask them if they had more of these nice looking monster girls.
Another instance of finding nice AI generated art was on DeviantArt. Yes the user there was one of those generating these and selling them as adoptables. Scummy practice yes, but I more so blame the people buying these rather than the user.
That's neither here nor there. I browsed through this user's gallery of AI generated images, and found quite a few images that I enjoyed and saved to my computer.
So where am I going with all this? Well I find it a shame that actual artists aren't creating this kind of stuff. Yes I am a picky SOB, but at the same time obviously I am not impossible to please. If a computer can generate art I enjoy why can't an artist?
For this user on DA they had snakes, dragons, Reshirams, alligators, birds, demons and I loved a ton of them. I'd love to see actual artists produce this kind of stuff because it's visually appealing to me. Not a ton of fetishy stuff, simple pinup styled stuff, busty well drawn girls usually in clothes. I'm certainly not asking for perfection, it's just a bummer that AI generated stuff is creating a higher volume of appealing stuff than actual artists...
But whatever. This isn't a journal to change anyone's mind, just more so me talking about my thoughts on it. After all I DO want to enjoy this silly lewd art of creatures with exaggerated proportions. And unfortunately if I have to find if via people's AI generated content, then, oh well I suppose...

Tiny flie/gnats around kitty litter pan and disposal buck...
General | Posted a year agoWe have two cats, and as such we have a kitty litter pan and a bucket with which we scoop the used kitty little clumps into.
During the summer months we get these small flies or gnats that hang out around the little pan and ESPECIALLY the litter disposal bucket.
We have these things:
https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81uiOPbkLRL._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg
which DO catch some of them, but the volume of these bugs is so great that it seems like these traps just isn't enough.
So the question here is if anyone else has experience with these bugs and if you know of any other better way to take care of them.

Looking for simple game engine suggestions.
General | Posted a year agoSo as said I am wanting to make a video game.
It will be a top down Legend of Zelda styled game.
I will want an intro cutscene and possibly a sprite animated cutscene after beating the final boss. The latter being only a maybe, but the intro I do want to do the whole still images while having dialogue of the backstory.
The game itself I would VERY much like to have the 5-8 dungeons be able to be tackled in ANY order the player wants to. So 1 through 8 in order, 8 through 1 in reverse order, or a random order.
Ideally I would like it if it were possible to have dungeons become harder for every 2 dungeons you have beaten.
So let's say easy, normal, hard and very hard.
You beat 2 dungeons and the remaining 6 become normal difficulty.
You beat 4 dungeons and the remaining 4 become hard difficulty.
You beat 6 dungeons and the remaining 2 become very hard difficulty.
Now obviously if that is a programing nightmare, or at the very least a tedious one, one thing I would VERY much like is to at least have the bosses themselves have this feature programmed into them. So instead of the bosses just gaining more health or doing more damage, maybe they just become more aggressive and have different attacks.
I will say that no matter what I DO want to have the dungeons beatable in ANY order. I understand linear would be easier, but this is the kind of Zelda like game I want to make. I may not like Breath of the Wild, but I like the idea of a smaller world with dungeons being able to be beaten in any order. A good example of this is the game "Ittle Dew 2."
In fact several aspects of Ittle Dew 2 are what I would like for my game. I don't want 3D graphics as I wish to do sprite based, but the general feel of how the character controls and general flow of the game is similar to what I want.
Now I would prefer if it's a free and simple engine to work with, Game Maker Studio has been mentioned to me a few times, but other opinions would be nice. Also yes I do know that for some of these free game engines you do need to pay them should you publish your game and all that. But right now I am in the design procress.
So if anyone knows of some good engines please toss them at me. I really am serious about wanting to try making a game that I could possibly get on at least Steam, but if it can go all the way to consoles that will be an even great achievement.

Internet issues, need help.
General | Posted a year agoA few weeks back our internet provider offered us a deal to change from our old modem and upgrade to a fiber supported modem. So my parents took the deal as fiber is possible objectively better. Tech comes out, does what he needs to and connects the new modem. He was able to keep the network and password for us so once the modem was up and running all the devices in the house reconnected to the internet with no issues. My father's laptop, my mother's two small tablets, my Nintendo Switch and my desktop PC.
However after a few days I was noticing some issues in regards to the performance of my internet. Pages would take a while to load, it didn't matter if it was Furaffinity, YouTube, Discord, Twitch or a Google search. For watching Twitch streams on the old internet I would have only the occasional buffering but not enough to be a factor. However after getting the new modem and having this issue I would get very frequent buffering no matter the quality I was watching the stream at.
At this point I asked for help in a Discord server and someone mentioned moving the modem possibly. I did this and after a moment the internet in my room was MUCH better. So much so that I was watching a Twitch stream at 720p or 1080p with little to no buffering. So it seemed the problem was solved.
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/0teytqvzigp856ykjg81m/Router-Diagram.png?rlkey=t0ivoubvgxbl0j42o2vsezlss&st=08q8n08f&dl=0
However a few days ago this issue came up again with NO physical change being done to the router position. It has gotten arguably WORSE than it was before we had moved the modem. So the question here is does anyone know what the issue could be?
I will mention that for one my computer is old, 5-7 years I believe, so if that is an issue then okay.
Secondly, I did try a few things on my computer, namely disconnecting and reconnecting to the internet. As well as right clicking and clicking on "troubleshoot problems" and see if that helps.
One other thing worth mentioning is the signal icon on the taskbar shows a constant max signal, and never seems to dip down a bar even during these moments of lag.
Now if I do have to get an ethernet cable that isn't the most desired outcome, but I can do it. IF an ethernet cable is the best or only solution is there any recommendations on brand? As in avoid this brand, this brand is overpriced, this brand I have had no issues with etc..
So if anyone can help me I would appreciate it because this is driving me crazy, especially when I want to watch a Twitch stream and the constant buffering is making the stream unwatchable...

Art posting could slow down.
General | Posted a year agoFor two reasons, one it is Summer and because of a window mounted air conditioner unit I am unable to close my door for privacy, therefore I am unable to draw new content.
Secondly, as stated in a previous journal I do legitimately want to make a video game, and I have been making a full sprite sheet for the main character, so that has been using up some time.
That said I may post some gifs of various animations of said character, as well as some "promo" art of this character as well.
So yeah, just wanted to let you all know that.

Free art program that can animate gifs?
General | Posted a year agoSo in regards to the previous journal I DO want to make a game. But using ezgif online to test animations is not convenient so having a program would be helpful.
I have heard about Aseprite, but it's a paid program. Now if it IS a good program for this and well worth the money to buy it I may bite and do it.
Now someone did share a video of how to get Aseprite for free by compiling the source code, but just a few seconds into the video and talking about all the things I'd need to download I kind of noped out of that. I am sure it's safe to download all this stuff but the less things I have to download the better. Call me a ludite I don't care, I just don't like downloading a lot of things. I prefer when I can download ONE program and it works without any further downloads.
So if you know of any good programs to animate sprite like stuff I would appreciate it.
Or if you know how good Aseprite is share some info. I just know the way I am doing things is dging to make things slower than they need to be.

A life goal, making a video game.
General | Posted a year agoSo recently this crept into my mind, I have a desire to make a video game. I'm 37 and I have no other life goals nor real career paths or desires but this is something that I could maybe possibly do as a personal accomplishment.
So what kind of game? Well my favorite genre is Metroidvania, but thinking about that the market is saturated with enough of them, and not only that but VERY good ones.
So what else? Well I like Legend of Zelda, and it's clear that Nintendo is not likely going to create any more 2D top down styled Zelda games so that's it. I have played a few indie LoZ games, but in my opinion most of them are not that great. An exception being Ittle Dew 2, however it's a little more focused on puzzle solving and having less of the typical dungeon items.
What I have in mind is a game that is like Legend of Zelda Link Between Worlds where in you can go to dungeons in any order you wish. Unlike that game however I want it to be more open as Lorule (the Dark World) is very separated. Furthermore I would want dungeon items to be gotten in dungeons proper.
I do also know I want most characters to be insects because why not.
I'm just wondering what particular style I should go with for the characters.
Link to the Past styled sprites.
Secret of Mana/Chrono Trigger styled sprites.
Something entirely different.
I'm not 100% sure.
I know a lot of this is just musing, but I figured I would toss this out there in case someone would have some ideas or maybe would want to help out.

Game recommendation, "Haiku the Robot."
General | Posted a year agoA ways back I had bought and played through this game. Well I recently decided to play through it again and it still holds up to me and it quite fun.
Now I will say one negative about it, that depending on your tastes could turn you off on the game. It borrows a LOT from Hollow Knight. Now when I say this I mean that there are several enemies that mimic HK enemies, there are a few bosses that mimic HK enemies, there is an entire area that mimics and area in HK, many of the movement upgrades are very much like HK upgrades, and the general tone and plot are somewhat similar as well.
For me this wasn't much of an issue as at its core Haiku the Robot is still a fun game. It's combat isn't as quick and snappy as it is in HK, but it's fine. It also has the Dark Souls method of losing some of your money if you die. HOWEVER! There is a bank system in this game where you can store as much money as you want with no consequences, and furthermore you get more than enough money to buy everything in the game.
It's not a very long game, even for 100% you can expect around less than 10 hours, but for what it is it's enjoyable and I recommend.

Blender character modeling tutorials?
General | Posted a year agoNow I have made a model of my character Ophira, but I am sure it's not the best way of doing it, and furthermore I am unsure how to color it and rig it.
So does anyone know of a good tutorial for all of this? Having used Blender I am enjoying the process but I am certain that there has to be a faster and better way about it.
So if anyone can share some tutorials videos that maybe you used or you know to be good it would help me.

General | Posted a year agoI have a Blender related question, not sure if anyone here knows but I will try.
So I have been working on a model of my character Ophira.
The separate parts I have are:
**BOW
SKULL
BODY (which is the head under the skull, arms, torso and legs.
BREASTS
ARMWARMERS
THONG
LEGWARMERS**
The issue I am having is as follows, when I try to move the body, armwarmers, legwarmers, or breasts all of the aforementioned parts move all at once. The bow, skull and thong stay in place.
I notice for the "connected" parts the "origin point" that orange dot is all the same where as for the bow, skull and thong the orange dot is better connected.
How do I make the body, armwarmers, legwarmers, and breasts their own separate parts that can be moved individually?

Final Fantasy 10
General | Posted a year agoAfter playing through FF7 and FF8 I debated and eventually decided to play through FF10. I skipped FF9 as it never really clicked with me.
Before starting FF10 I decided I wanted to go all the way to beating Nemesis in the Monster Arena. I do not have the international version or the HD version so no Dark Aeons of Penance. So I had a tedious road ahead of me.
Anyway, before I get to the good I want to get some of the things I didn't like about the game out of the way.
The Sphere Grid, it's not THAT bad in a casual run through the game, but needing to go through most of the Sphere Grid is a chore. Even with the Don Tonberry AP grinding trick it's still tedious to interact with the Sphere Grid with how slow every takes to do. The character icons have to move, you have to use a sphere on every available node, and if you run out of spheres you have to grind for them. Just give me a traditional level up system.
The game as a whole is hallways the game, even before FF13 was panned for that very same issue. That said the visuals are at least nice, even for its age. The characters look nice, the graphics look nice, so that's all good.
The way the weapons and armor work are also kind of annoying. But at least the Sphere Grid makes you powerful enough where this isn't a major issue.
Really though those are primary issues I have with the game as most everything else is pretty good. And yes, I am even okay with Tidus as a character. Yes is a big dofus and is self centered in many ways, but like, at least he's a flawed character and is far from perfect. Plus the way he is works for the story that is being told. Said story being what I can now say being my favorite story in all the FF games I have completed.
Even once the big plot twist is revealed near the end of the game when I thought about it I actually liked it. And I will be honest, the ending as Tidus is fading away, I was legit getting teary eyed.
As for the gameplay I enjoyed it beginning to end. Again it's just a hallway game, but the battle system is fun. It's just the Monster Arena Grind that dragged down the experience. Having to catch 10 of every monster was a huge pain...
Not a whole lot else to say about it. It was a fun experience and I just felt like sharing is all.

Getting started. Blender 3.0 vs Blender 4.0?
General | Posted a year agoOkay so I would like to TRY to get into Blender. First through I need to watch the tutorials on YouTube to know what to do with Blender. I will be watching the donut guy for this.
The tutorial I had saved in a notepad to watch is of the 3.0 version of Blender as that is what I downloaded a little ways back. I notice in the description of his tutorial videos that 4.0 exists and he had a tutorial for the 4.0 version.
Now the question I have is the features in 4.0 good enough to ignore starting with 3.0 or will 3.0 be more than enough for me to stay focused on the 3.0 tutorial?
Most of what I would plan on making is models of my characters, and characters I like, and MAYBE some animations with them, so rigging and all that jazz.
So if anyone has some advice I would like to know.

Talking about Final Fantasy 7 and 8
General | Posted 2 years agoSo recently I got into an RPG mood after playing through the Super Mario RPG Remake on the Switch. Because of this I decided to play through Final Fantasy 7 just to see how it holds up.
TL:DR it's still good. Good gameplay, decent story, fun characters.
Playing through it again it is interesting how much of an absolute goober Cloud is. Like this character is NOT dark, brooding or edgy in any way, so I am not sure how he came to be viewed that way.
Sephiroth, well, I will be honest he's kind of a dull villain. Yeah he's iconic, but he's just kind of there most of the time.
Going into the game I was going to try and fight Emerald and Ruby Weapons, but I opted out of that once I saw just the shear volume of grinding I would have to do and noped out of that.
But all in all I enjoyed my experience playing through FF7 again. I wouldn't want to play the remake, but playing a version that is more so a hack of the PS1 version would be nice. Trim some fat, make grinding less of a chore and just smooth out some things. Seriously some of the Materia takes SO much AP to level up.
After beating FF7 I debated if I wanted to play FF8. One thing is like with FF7 I wanted to do as much as possible in FF8. The big issue is for as much as I love Triple Triad card game the Queen of Cards sidequest was something I never managed to do thanks to the Random rule. WELL, before playing the game I looked up online that you CAN abolish the Random rule thus making the QoC sidequest a LOT easier. It works even on the PS1 original so for the first time ever I managed to get EVERY card in the game.
So playing through the game I can see why people don't like Squall, he is a bit... much. Even as his character develops he's just okay.
The story as a whole is just okay, like it feels like there are too many things introduced into the story that just come up once and never again, or don't really add much.
For those reading this I will assume you have played the game. But the Lunar Tear bit to explain where monsters come from just felt unnecessary to me.
But the biggest thing that I dislike in this story, and this is something I recall even from the first time I ever played, the fact that every playable character (excluding Rinoa) all just so happen to be from the same orphanage... It always bugged me because of how absurdly coincidental it is. Then the handwave excuse as to why they forgot being tied to using Guardian Forces is just so lame. This is a fantasy world with highly powerful sorceresses, just have one of them cast a memory loss spell on the party, that would be more favorable to me personally than that lame excuse in game.
Now for the gameplay, I still actually like it. I can understand the hate for the Draw and Junction systems, but I still like it and will explain why.
So in most RPG's you of course have grinding, it's essentially part of the genre. But some RPG's have the grinding be either too long, or simply not worth doing. As in the gains are not sufficient enough to be worth the effort at all.
I mentioned Materia in FF7, well the huge time sink to level up some of the Materia is so huge that is makes it not worth the amount of time to grind.
So where is all this going?
Well in FF8 you have an enemy with a spell, you are allowed to draw that spell from that enemy until you have 100 of that spell, which is the max for a character. This endeavor does not take that long, and if you have all 3 characters doing it then all 3 of them will have 100 of that spell in a relatively quick amount of time. So it has the time factor down pat.
As for the gains, well if you Junction that spell to a stat you get INSTANT gains. I was at the point where you could encounter Cerberus. He has the spell Triple so I Drew 100 Triples from him for every character. I Junctioned that spell to Strength and in the very next encounter my attacks went from doing 500-700 damage all the way up to 1,500-1,800 damage! So THAT right there was time well spent.
Plus the whole Junction system plays into something I like doing, making lists. So I made a list of all the best spells for all the stats. I literally have a notepad with all the best spells and what spell would be best to Junction where so as to not waste a spell that would be more useful on another stat. It's gratifying to me to go through this process.
Furthermore in this playthrough I leaned more into better Junctioning and learning better Abilities for the GF's. I learned Abilities like Auto-Haste and Auto-Protect which made Omega Weapon surprisingly easy all things considered.
That leads me into another point in favor to the quick grinding in this game.
To get Auto-Haste I needed to first get 100 of an item called "Lightweights," which may seem like a tall order. Luckily there is an area where you have a 100% chance of encountering the enemy that has this item to steal. Furthermore when you do successfully steal from this enemy, which may take 3 tries, you receive 6 of this item, 8 if you're lucky. So after 17 encounters, 13 if you're lucky, you will get 100 Lightweights. This is much more favorable to some games where you can spend HOURS grinding to get ONE item from an enemy.
So to me this is what FF8 gets right, nothing in this game seems unreasonable to grind for. And furthermore, that process mentioned above CAN be avoided by simply winning the one card that you can refine to get 3 of the items that give you Auto-Haste! So if you don't want to grind, the game gives you the option to avoid said grind!
I chose not to Refine any of the cards and simply used what I could reasonably grind for. Yet with what I had I managed to grind for I was able to defeat Omega Weapon in 2 tries, what I did seemed to be more than enough to defeat the game's superboss.
So in closing I do love both of these games. FF7 has things I like more than FF8, but FF8 has things I like more than FF7. If I were to choose which of these games I like more as a game, which I enjoyed playing more, I dare say I liked FF8 more. Story wise though that honor goes to FF7.
Anyway, just felt like talking about these two games as they were fresh on my mind.
What about Final Fantasy 9? I'll be honest, it never clicked with me.

Thanking all new watchers.
General | Posted 2 years agoSo as of late I have gotten super lazy about thanking for watches here on FA.
I do appreciate all of them, it's not a matter of insincerity, it's just time kind of passes and it feels weird thanking for a watch some months after the person watched.
So I think from hence forth I will just stop thanking and just leave a general thanking message in my profile.
But yeah, 204 watchers sitting in my messages. >_>
So in closing, thank you all the people whom have watched me and enjoy my work.

Talking about my art.
General | Posted 2 years agoSo it seems like I post this journal every few months or at yearly, but it sure feel like I am in one heck of an art block/slump.
I have no shortage of things I want to draw, but when I sit down to draw I may scribble up a few things on scrap paper to sketch out ideas, but not much is actually drawn after 1-2 hours.
This is partially why I like doing art-trades as it's a means of pushing me to get motivated, and it does work.
What I think is the issue is several things.
1: I could just draw my OC's but I don't want my gallery to just be that. I DO like drawing existing characters, like Sybil from Pseudoregalia for example. But it's not too often when I see something that I just HAVE to draw. The joys of being particular.
2: This is something I bring up a lot, but I know my weakness is poses. I have this issue where I may find a pose I like, but I get this stupid idea in my mind that if I draw up this pose it's used up and I cannot draw it again for a while. I KNOW that's not how this works but it's just how my brain works it seems... So because of this I default to certain poses and know that I run the risk of my gallery being samey.
3: Related to the previous is that I try to have a pose suit the character.
I'm sure those who are reading all this may have a sense of deja vu and yes, I have talked about all of this before. Like those times before this may just be a current slump like the previous ones. It's just this one feels especially bad, I DO want to keep drawing stuff, but the motivation to draw just isn't there right now...
Anyway, just felt like venting a little. >_>
And no, don't view this as "oh man start of the year and this happens," it's just another day. Regardless of whether it's at the start of the year, middle or end it's just an event that is happening on a day.

Looking for art-trades involving my bat OC Baphrim.
General | Posted 2 years agoSo after redesigning Baphrim I have come to like him a lot more. So obviously I am wanting more art with him, so I am wondering if anyone would be interested in drawing him in an art trade:
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54038284/
https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54038312/
I'm obviously looking for the usual hyper themed stuff, cock, balls, butt, to any sizes from his base size to astronomical.
If anyone is interesting comment here and if I am interested I will toss you a note.

Looking for hyper male ideas.
General | Posted 2 years agoOkay so to explain. I have a list of male characters I would possibly like to draw, but I would like some help on what to do with them.
Basically like poses, sizes, etc..
Birdo (Super Mario)
Kamek dressed as Peach (Super Mario)
Vivian (Paper Mario
Kass (Zelda Breath of the Wild)
Bastion (Overwatch)
Gwyndolin (Dark Souls)
Burrowing Snagret (Pikmin)
Monsieur Scarlet (Bug Fables)
Orbulon (Warioware)
Ultimate Chimera (Mother 3)
Twerkey (Miitopia)
Female characters I can swap to male:
Ebika (Business Fish anime)
Parasol Beauty (Kingdom hearts 3)
Liddell (Pop'n Music)
Sectonia (Kirby Triple Deluxe)
Kazooie (Banjo Kazooie)
Marina (Animal Crossing)
Gigi and Merri (Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga)
Wetgal (Shantae and the Seven Sirens)
Midna (Zelda Twilight Princess)
Now if you have any other male characters (NOT YOUR OC'S) you'd like to recommend please do so. I'm just wanting to try and see if I can get some ideas here as I always mull over what to do pose wise and often times just default. Also if you have any ideas with my male OC's that'd be neat to hear as well.

It is my birthday.
General | Posted 2 years agoAs of 6:55 AM I am now officially 37.
Just another year to me. Not really anything special planned for today.
My parents got me a new pair of Dearfoams brand slippers for Winter as my current pair the soles are cracking and splitting. New pair have a thicker sturdier sole so they should last for many Winters.
I do have one of these I will bake later today:
https://www.duncanhines.com/sites/g.....okie-21312.png
That'll be my "cake" for today. Not the whole thing because heck no, but certainly 1/4 of it.
Guess that's all I have to say. I may not respond to all the birthday wishes, so this is just a journal to post to say this.

Looking for more etsy items like the following.
General | Posted 2 years agoSo recently in a server someone was showing of some items they had and showed where they bought them:
Some adult content
https://www.etsy.com/shop/DopaCo?ref=shop-header-name&listing_id=1400554425&from_page=listing
Looking through all of the items they are nice but mostly characters/Pokemon I don't have much interest in.
Now I don't really need oppai mouse pads as those are meh to me, but acrylic standees are tempting, and MAYBE some dakimakuras are they are just big prints.
So does anyone know of any sellers that make similar items seen in the above link? I am just curious as I wouldn't mind some stuff like that as making Perler bead sprites of everything has its limits. =P

Birthday in one month.
General | Posted 2 years agoAnd so December 12th draws near again, that day being my birthday.
***PLEASE DO NOT WISH ME A HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY!***
So as with every year I post a wish list of characters I would like to see drawn. Never specifically expect anything, but it doesn't hurt to post it.
As ever what I am wanting out of any of the listed characters is the usual hyper stuff. Could even be astronomical hyper if desired.
My characters:
(Can be paired up)
Ophira: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46474160/
Elairin: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48731490/

Characters from cartoons or video games. They are in the order of who I would prefer most, characters up top the most desired, characters near bottom less so, but still would be nice.

Two anime figures I purchased.
General | Posted 2 years agoJust felt like sharing since I posted a journal asking about sites that sold anime figures.
One of said sites was this one:
https://solarisjapan.com/
There was something about the site that just clicked with me and it felt like a good site to use for ordering these figures I wanted. I ordered them on the 14th, so a Saturday, and after the 2-3 business days I hadn't received a shipment confirmation, but then I noticed the delay notification on top of their website. That was a slight bummer, but on the 20th I did receive the shipment confirmation. So despite there being a delay it was only 2 extra days. So then it was to just wait 3-7 business days for the order(s) to arrive. To my surprise yesterday they arrived! So in grand total 10 days from the placement of the order and receiving it! So I am VERY happy with how that order went.
And as for the figures in question, they are LOVELY!~

I in no way regret my purchase, especially since I can't find many figures of this scale that interest me. The Playboy bunny outfit is nice, but seriously Japan it gets kind of old when almost all the 1/4 scale figures wear that. =P
But anyway, just felt like sharing, and to also say that for a first time purchase I like Solaris Japan and will likely use them again for a few figures.

Looking for sites that sell anime figures.
General | Posted 2 years agoSo I have a selection of anime figures I have acquired over the course of, maybe 20 or so years. A lot of which have large breasts because, you know, look at my art.
I know of a few sites:
https://store.crunchyroll.com/
https://www.hlj.com/
https://www.usagundamstore.com/
I have ordered from Crunchyroll and had no issues with them, I have heard of HobbyLink Japan for quite some time, and the final a friend says they use for Gundam models.
Now right now I have a desire to purchase a 1/4 scale busty anime girl figure/statue. I have had my eyes on this one, and even with this higher priced shipping and handling seems to come out as the cheapest option when buying brand new.
https://www.hlj.com/1-4-scale-azur-.....igure-myo15013
So I am wondering a few things. Does anyone have any sites that they know of that sells anime figures of that nature? Or does anyone know where I can get the figure linked above for a better price?
