Just something I need to get off my chest about my job. It's tough and stressful, but that's not what i'm complaining about. Working as a teller in a bank, I have to get money from the person holding the reserve cash (or get it from the drawer myself if I am on reserve duty that day). There are plenty of times where we run out of $100 bills and if we want to get more from the vault, we have to enter the code on the lock and wait 15 minutes before we can open it. By the end of the night, we're all getting ready to close up and bringing the excess cash to the vault to lock up. Now here is where the fun part comes in.

Usually around an hour to thirty minutes before closing, we will get one customer who wants to make a large withdrawal (anywhere from $2000 to $5000 or even higher) and it MUST be in 100s. If we don't have enough, they bitch and they usually say this favorite line: "You're a bank! How can you be out of money!?"

I'll tell you how we can be out of money; we're a small branch. We're not a large commercial bank. We can't just take money out from the vault all day long or the people working the next day would be fucked. Customers usually want big bills when taking out money and we do what we can to accommodate them. By the end of the night, unless we have excess cash, we are NOT going to be giving out large bills for huge withdrawals. If you needed the money in 100s that badly, you should call ahead of time so we can set it aside for you. Or at the very least, come earlier when we can still get the cash.

People like that really piss me off. Banks don't have infinite money and they don't give them all away like candy. It also takes time to order more cash and getting the shipment in. People take out money all the time, so that money is gonna dry up in our branch.

So Sunday night, it hit me. I was fine, then my stomach started feeling queasy, I felt REALLY queasy, and then BAM, ran for the toilet and puked my brains out while peeing shit out of my ass. All night I was in the bathroom until the sun rose, so I gotten no sleep and I needed to call out of work cause of it. Thankfully, I felt better by then and today I feel tons better, ready to go back to work tomorrow. I got sick of eating plain toast during this time, so I ate some special K by itself as an alternative.

For as long as I can remember, i never been a talkative person. I always kept thoughts to myself and I feel like listening to my inner voice made me more comfortable than just expressing them. That doesn't mean I can't or don't want to talk openly, but it just means that I prefer to not speak unless I have to. Over the years, I seen people always needing to say something, even if it's nothing important. You see this a lot on FA, Twitter, Facebook, hell, any form of social media. It can be stuff like "my dog rolled over the snow!" or "Boobies", but 99% of the time, I just ignore such posts because it's garbage information that doesn't grab my interest. Think of it like a crowded McDonald's where everyone is talking at once and unless you focus on a specific person, everything is just pure noise that you don't care for.


Of course, my family knows I am very quiet and rarely talk to them about anything in general. Thankfully, they don't harass me to try and "open up" and I am grateful for that. Nothing is worse than someone that constantly pesters you for small talk when you have nothing to say. I generally don't have much to say and anything that I would want to talk about would be things no one would understand or have an interest in. For me, if I have something I want to say or something I think is important for me to talk about, then I will speak up about it. That is why I usually (or at least lately) don't post a lot of journals on here. I just don't have anything to talk about and I rather not be spamming everyone's inbox with journal entries like "*peeks into the room*" that I tend to see here. Heck, my quietness is probably why I don't really add people from here to talk to; I simply don't talk a lot.

Just a thought for the day.

I only found this out fairly recently, but Twitter is taking any PNG images you post and making them into JPGs for the sake of faster uploading. If any artist is using Twitter to share art with their followers or commissioners, you're better off using dropbox or something else in order to preserve the quality of the images.

Know how some people go by the saying "everyone's racist"? I say "everything is offensive", because no matter what you do, someone is always offended by it. I caught up with a furry I hadn't seen in a good 5 years or so. We catch up and talk and other shit. So he shows me a pic he did of a really fat Dragonite. I said "hehe it's so fat that it ate the scales". When he tried to correct me, I was playing around saying "i like my idea better x3". You'd think a "x3" would show I wasn't being serious, but he seemed to take great offense to it and said "this is why I don't share my pics anymore".


Holy fuck nuggets. And here I thought I was the sensitive one! It always feels like every other furry that I talk to or wants to talk to me always has some weird ass problem where anything that doesn't jive with them makes them go into super defensive mode. This isn't PC, or safe spaces, or anything; this is fucking stupid and I thought I moved passed people acting weird with their weird issues from 2005.

Christmas is coming and...well, I'm kinda old now so I'm a bit over it. That and I don't really get gifts, so I buy myself things as a treat to myself. Well at work the other day, my boss and assistant managers actually got me a gift! It was just a scented candle and a lotto scratch off ticket (which I didn't win of course lol), but it was still a nice surprise for me and I really needed it cause the air in my room has gotten stale and since it's winter here, I can't keep my windows open. Today I gotten another gift! This time from the people working on the desk and they gotten me a Dukin Donuts gift card.

...ready? OK here we go! I wake up this morning and my mom asks me if I been into my stepdad's room lately. I said no. She said that stepdad had his quarters go missing and he accused both her and myself of going into his room. Riiiight, like we need to steal a bunch of coin from you, you fat fuck. So now he locked the door to his room like the good paranoid fuck that he is. And don't think this is the first time he accused us of stealing! Ages back when my brother was still living with us, stepdad of a fuck nugget accused him of stealing his money. And a few years back, ass hole accused me of stealing his winter gloves when he couldn't find them.


That's all he is good for. The moment something goes missing, rather than go "Hmm...where the hell did I put it?", he'll just blame one of us for stealing. I complained about him many times before so I won't post that crap again, but to accuse ME or my MOM of stealing? Right, I fucking have a job, why would I need to steal money from a Trump supporter? He can go choke on a steak and die for all I care. He is dead to me and worthless as a family member. And to think I had gotten him gift cards for coffee. NOPE! Mom can make better use of it now, she deserves it.


He better not ask me to help him with anything. Don't ask me to move or install shit, don't ask me to order out, don't ask me to help you with your computer. I am done with you.
