Closing commissions until I finish this long animation commission I've been working on.

After the commission I plan on doing some personal art and studying...
-Environments. I'd like to make better environments, I feel like I've been getting slightly worst at these...
-Texturing. Thinking about a big change to my workflow and possibly learning Substance Painter or Quixel Mixer so I can incorporate one or both of those into my workflow
-Animation stuff... I'd like to look into animation layers... they seem like a powerful way to quickly add small movement detail to animations... I'd like to also look into incorporating some physics into my rig... for the longest time I've been trying to get very squishy tongue flopping physics for my tongue draggy as well as nice saliva bubbles and slime and perhaps this study time will help get closer to that...

Anyways that's my late 2020 plans, I figure I'll be done/satisfied with studies and re-opening around Q2 of 2021 (Apr - June)


Commission Queue

Goal number 1... Finish Lathanial's morning wood animation. The script says it should be about 7-8 minutes long and so far I've only animated 1 minute of it

Goal number 2 Spend more time doing art and just being productive in general. I'm pretty scatterbrained and easy to distract so... that'll be something... Anything about 700 hours of art for the year of 2020 is a success for me

In 2019 I spent... ~1500 hours of gaming (500 of it being Path of Exile), ~600 hours of making art, ~550 hours on YouTube, ~350 hours doing college stuff or learning or coding (on this computer)... Ideally I'd want 1000 hours of making art per year so I guess that will be my goal... gotta slap the gamer out of me... but I've been gaming since I was 5 years old D:

So my summer classes are over as well as my summer internship so I have a lot more free time for about 2 weeks until college starts, so let's do some more art! :D

So here's what's going on...
I had initially planned to open up commissions and try to stream more often over the summer, but I'm not going to have as much time as I thought I would to do so. I was offered an internship where I'll be doing some programming so I took it and it started last Tuesday so yeah it's going nicely so far, mostly training stuff at the moment so... there's that. On the bright side that means I can graduate college by December since it requires an internship to graduate... so yay on that! :D I'll finally have some disposable income... which knowing me I'll probably just save that shizz so college loans won't be any higher

I may take commissions by mid-June after everything dies down and depending on how difficult my summer classes will be... which I think will be easy. It's just a class that complements that internship and Earth Science all online too so yay...

So yeah... happy memorial day for the US peeps and have a happy summer! :D

Thank you for 1000 watchers, its the best birthday present ever as well as a nice 4 year anniversary on this website for me :D I never thought I'd reach this level of notoriety especially since I don't draw fan art (which helps in getting a following) or sticking to one fetish for awhile |: I seem to be all over the place on what to draw / make next. Anyways since Spring Break is over I'll have less time to do art so whenever I find time... I'll probably work on some personal art... I do want to finish a 3D model of Qwen so I can make something romantic between him and Lathanial... that'd be nice... oh and someday I'll have to reveal Lathanial's new cock design once I'm done with it... that's going to be fun :D

To remind me what features I need to add and record what I changed and when...

Features Needed:
• IK to FK switch mechanics for arms, legs, and tongue
• Throat bones so the back of the throat can be animated for breathing
• Better textures (Might update his textures every 1-2 years)
• Better tongue control bone to easily extend and retract tongue from mouth (current one doesn't work in all cases)
• Bones to make his back scales spike up and settle down

Commission Terms of Service

When commissions are open and I have a queue I'll be messaging the first several people in the queue depending on how many slots I have.
If you don't respond in 72 hours you'll be moved down the queue by 1 slot.
If you're not ready when your next in queue and still want the commission you'll be put on hold until you're ready to start the commission. I'll fill the slots with people who aren't on hold, but when you want to come out of hold you'll be placed in the next available slot.

The queue is for when I'm not accepting commissions or when my slots are full... Can also be called a waiting list

So we're about a month into college and the work is starting to require more time from me, so I'm not accepting any more new commissions. I'll of course finish the ones I currently have and after that I want to finish the 3D model of my dragon Lathanial. I wanted to finish him before college started, but stuff happened...

They'll probably open up sometime next year as the 3D animation commission I'm currently working on will take some time...

I've been thinking and talking to some people about this so uh... yeah... join the discussion if you want.

Situation: A character is mute but knows quite a bit of magic. How would they communicate? I think telepathic imagery.

Assumptions

Assumption A: The psychic transmitter can transmit images or animations to any creature around them.

Assumption B: The psychic can imprint their transmissions with emotions, or only transmit emotion, which I believe is more useful than imagery of the transmitter's face if the transmitter wishes to communicate to other creatures which may not be able to read a different species's facial expression well. The problem with only transmitting emotion by itself is how easily it can be abused to cause depression to people unknowingly. The opposite could be true as well, so... would they make good therapists?

I'm thinking assumption B would require a higher skill level in the magics though.

The recipient gets a short animation, most of the time it's gif like showing a scenario, or still images in your mind. They may appear in the recipient's mind sharply or subtly, which can be comparable to urgency or simply being loud.


Most of the time Lathanial sends them sharply... I guess you can say he's loud... or maybe responsible... subtly may have a more maliciously intent.

Communication

IF THEN STATEMENTS
Assuming only A is true, then...
2 different images/animations. The first one is heavily red or green tinted.
Red meaning IF !(image / animation) if this scenario doesn't happen
Green meaning IF (image / animation) if this scenario happens
2nd image/animation is the THEN part showing what happens.

Assuming both A and B is true then...
Negative emotion type imprinted would emphasize IF !(image / animation) if this scenario doesn't happen.
Positive emotion type imprinted would emphasize IF (image / animation) if this scenario happens.

This provides more versatility to allow some kind of nature to be situated with the statement. Like a dare would simply be statement + risky emotion. A favor would be statement + peaceful submissive like emotion. Adding assertiveness would be changing the emotion to be more stress inducing... I guess.




QUESTIONS
Assuming only A is true:
Grayscale image / animation followed by a frame containing pure white/grey/black or an animation variation of the 3.
If the recipient doesn't understand, they may replace the image in the frame with the symbol for questioning if they knows said symbol in your language... often it's a "?" or a variation of that.

Assuming A and B is true:
No need for grayscale, could imprint with a confused emotion. Or negative confusion if the transmitter wants to be assertive or aggressive.

OPINIONS
Assuming only A:
Could be a 2 images / animation. First one being the transmitter's body transitioning into it's brain and then the scenario or idea in image/animation form.

Assuming A & B:
May only need an image/animation and an emotion imprinted on it.

TIME
Could vaguely be transmitted using celestial body (sun(s), moon(s)) position, most notably sunrise, sunset.
Or seasonal changes...

More precise time measurements may require a common language between the participants.



Ideas for conveying this in 3D Animation:
If this were to be a first person animation, Assumption A would be easy with just a purple or pink-ish vignette. Assumption B would require audio cues which is outside my skill level.

If it wasn't a first person animation, audio cues would probably be acceptable both ways...

Another semester of college is done! Summer is here and I ain't got no job or internship or anything so uh... I guess I'll have all the time in the world for art... until someone replies to uh... my attempts of job hunting.

• I'll try to stream on Picarto... I don't know how it'll go since I already dislike streaming, both watching and doing the streaming. I feel like streaming may make me a bit more productive in doing art stuff... only Procrastitracker will tell from the data collected.

• Reaching a milestone of my favorite number 3 times watchers. I'll do a raffle at 333 watchers and the winner will get a 3D model of their character. If it goes well, I'll add some 3D model stuff to the commission list. I'll probably also add linearts and flat colors to the commission list too since some of the commission I've already done were flat color, so it seems some people may be interested in that.



Also here's a preview of a vore animation I'm working on... hopefully I won't fail like the first two attempts... I feel like it's always hard to get very moist looking mouths in a 3D setting, but I think I might've figured something out ;)

In terms of 2D commissions
• I'll send you a sketch or pose one of my models of what you want before you pay.

In terms of 3D commissions
• Visual References are mandatory, since I need to know everything about your character. 3D models are a more permanent and re-usable.

• You'll get a .blend file of w/e you commissioned (doesn't include default environments unless it's an animation of your character).
--- ° If you commissioned a new environment you get that in a .blend file (minus paid assets used to populate them)
--- ° If you commissioned a new character you get that in a .blend file
--- ° If you commissioned an animation with your character, you'll get that in a .blend file environment included (minus paid assets used to populate them)

• If you want your character on Sketchfab for infinite references, or any other reason, let me know.

• I'll email you an invoice via Paypal, so I'll need to know your email.
