First attempt at publishing The Plug was a failure

For general publishing, a consensual nonconsent scene so brazenly shoved in the face of the reader is undoubtedly a turnoff for any romantic publisher. But these are hackers. Their domain is dubious consent-- and a lack of computational consent! So in their world, it is simply a natural thing to play with.
I am not all that disappointed-- as a hacker my existence is abrasive to consensual reality. I attracted the exact reader I was looking for on this very website, who adored my story, because he was of this world. That's the audience I'm aiming for, and is what pushes me on to continue publishing.
So, we're going the Itch and eBook route. This means you'll be getting artwork from a specific cyberpunk furry artist I found. Unfortunately, I need to pick up a job again after being laid off from my malware job to fund it how I want it to go. But I have confidence I'll find something come January.

General | Posted a month agoAll the chapters are now up. Now begins the process of editing it down, commissioning more artwork and shopping around for a publisher. I am hoping for the furry outfit Fenris Publishing. I'm not sure who I'll go to if they ultimately reject me! I do not want to go to Amazon and I can't go to Itch because icky pornographic themes.
Now I gotta make like preload and conquer my fears of rejection.

General | Posted 11 months agoHello everyone finding their way to my page for whatever reason. I'm Amethyst Basilisk, a long-ago antagonist of FurAffinity.
Despite looking mostly the same, the site has evolved a lot, and I've been finding myself wandering into writing again lately. YiffStar is now SoFurry so I'll probably dump my erotica on here instead. Roleplay has become tiresome for my poor erotic heart. I enjoy the activity but it's not nearly as satisfying as producing a full story, rather than performing an interactive one!
I will still find various ways to express my hacker side, like posting PNG polyglots if the site will allow it. Hacking is another form of art and I intend to show it that way. :)
