General | Posted 4 years agoI'm interested in making some side money to pay for commissions without having to dip into my personal funds. so here are the prices that I got going on for stories.
For story commissions I will charge 2 cents per word. Though for fanfictions I will charge extra for research (prices will vary depending on my familiarity with the series but if I have no knowledge of the series, I might turn it down).
If you are a writer and would like a beta reader or someone to edit your story a bit as well as brainstorming, I will charge 50% of my commission price. So that would be 1 word per cent.
What I will write: Honestly I'm pretty open to most things. Whether you want something cute and wholesome, lewd and kinky or something in between. I do tend to lean into stories where the main character is male and I prefer male on male interactions but I don't mind female main characters. Though there are some things I am not comfortable writing about and I will let you know when hashing out the details. Though I will list things I will say no to.

For payment, I won't ask for the money until an outline is made first. Once you approve of it, then I would accept payment (half first, half when the job is done). And I am only accepting Paypal for now.
Trades are available (a story for a story or a story for some art) if you are interested. Just ask and we can discuss it though commissions take priority.
One last thing to mention: depending on how many words the commission will determine how soon it will be done. So for 2500 to 3000 words I should be able to get it done in two weeks (I live at home my family and I get interrupted all the time so it will take some time). Longer works may take longer, If you need to have a story meet a deadline, then I might have to charge extra for priority work.
Hopefully I'll find a job, but I don't mind doing this and even when I get employed I will still continue to offer my services as a writer. Thank you.
