Just wanted to give a quick update. Some of you know more detail but I won't be providing much more publicly until I have some more concrete answers myself.

I've had pretty crippling mental health issues for a while and no treatment, counseling, etc seemed to have any effect. I finally have a lead on what it might be and trying some new self-care has had a hugely positive effect on me. Unfortunately, I'm trying to figure out how to balance it with work and life. I'm going to be contacting a professional tomorrow to see what I can do and what my options are. I'll let you all know as soon as I know more, but until then, I wanted to at least update you.

Just wanna let you know I'm gonna be focusing more here as well as one other site since dA is on the offensive and going after ABDL artwork.

I'm also gonna be posting stuff to Fox Tales Times so I suggest checking that site out too! It used to be one of the biggest ABDL communities on the net (and still is for ABDL game developers) but people seem to have forgotten about it. It's a great place so definitely make sure to visit!

A quick update related to my writing: I'm sorry I keep not streaming/writing :/ Stuff keeps happening. Literally had one of the people living with me get kidnapped last night. She's fine, but holy shit, can I stop having to dial 911 once a week? >.> Just want everyone here to be safe and not dealing with crazy/dangerous stuff.

Before I go any further: yes, I'll be trying to stream and do work tomorrow (7/26). I think I'm feeling good enough for that.

I've started a new project (including a story of my own): a Discord server in which authors post stories one paragraph at a time as they work on them. For you, this means more stories and more timely updates. For me, this means a personal story I can write without the worries of anything more complicated.

If that doesn't make sense, let me explain a bit better. I (along with the other authors there) will be working on a continuing story with no time commitments and completely separate from the rest of my work. I will be posting the story as I write it, one paragraph at a time. I will not be making major revisions. This will allow me to create a story quickly and without interrupting other work; this story will be personal and will not have any obligations. This is basically where I'll be turning if I want to write in my spare time or if I need a quick creative break from comms as I can write a tiny bit at a time with no commitment.

Other authors are encouraged to use the server the same way though I will be maintaining some form of quality standard. Stories posted here must be original and composed solely on the server; anything else really isn't the point of the server.

A series of unfortunate events leaves Marie, a college student-turned-dropout, homeless and in need of a way to survive. On a whim, she applies to a “live-in assistant” job on an online job board and is quickly accepted for the position. Her host and employer, Hazel, proves to be far different than Marie could have expected; she hardly imagined that she’d one day end up working for a witch!

Contains: Physical regression, wet and messy diapers, forced and consensual babying

Long story short (and some of you know the details), someone is currently on his way to jail for stuff regarding things he allegedly did to some people (the prosecutor hasn't talked to us yet). We're down a roommate as a result and are probably gonna need help paying the bills until we can get someone else moved in (unless they release him without charges which I doubt).

I also have a single slot open this weekend for a 2,000 (possibly 2,500) or fewer word story to be written this weekend. This is the start of what I'd previously mentioned: I'm gonna do these short comms the same week so that I don't have to make people wait.

I'm still finishing up one last comm from this previous wave and making good progress on all my other projects. A reminder: normal commissions only are worked on during weekdays, usually Monday and Wednesday but sometimes Friday. These weekend commissions do not impact the time it'll take to get any existing commission.

Stranger Than Fantasy follows a (human) girl coming home from her first week of college to visit a friend for a sleepover that's a bit more than it first appears. I'm slightly revising the way I do commissions to give me a bit better focus as well as hopefully prevent this sort of backlog.

I'm actually going to be decreasing the total number of slots I have open by one overall with these changes. Basically, instead of having two waves of five commissions each, I'm going to gradually be shifting to three waves of three commissions each. The remaining wave 3 slots have been closed.

In addition, slots will work slightly differently. Without special exception, from now on I'll be considering stories under 3,000 words too short to qualify for a slot. This does not mean that you can't commission a story of that length. Because I can easily get these stories done in a day of work with the new approach to writing I was testing this weekend, after the current waves are finished, I'll be accepting one to two commissions per week of this length (except on weeks with request streams). These will be finished during the weekend or the Monday after.

What this means for you all is as follows: faster commission turnaround time, longer and higher quality stories coming more frequently, more options for group commissions so that you don't have to pay them all on your own, and a much happier and more well-organized author.

This does not affect existing commissions which will be completed ASAP. I may work a smaller amount today due to working through the weekend but my current focus is on finishing all existing commissions as quickly as I possibly can. Thank you all for your patience with me; I will be doing my best to ensure the quality of your commissioned stories matches the time you had to wait.
