just a heads up and a sorry for the slight "spam" I'm gonna post. Just decided I'll post here the art I have also previously posted on my alt,  AvisMortis

For almost all my childhood and teen years, I had hoped I wouldn't live past being 18. But I did. And now here I sit at my computer, freshly turned 23, and for the past few months, for the first times in my life, I'm scared that I could die early, whether from a disease, or an accident, or whatever. I'm scared that I won't get to live a full life with the people I love, or start a family with them, or grow old with them.

I may have always been scared of something my whole life, but at least I have the hope I need.

So, all of my characters, with the exceptions of Zagan, Connor, and Deimos, all came from on a planet named Leurs, which is a planet millions of light-years from Earth, where magic is uncommon, and the nations of Leurs are a few thousand years ahead of Earth when it comes to scientific research and technology.

Leurs is about 60% covered in water, and is the native planet of the Enori (singular: Enor), which are anthropomorphic animals based on living and extinct Earth animal species. About 1% of Enori are born with the capability to learn magic. There has been a minor human presence on Leurs, due to failed teleportation experiments performed by Enori several centuries ago, which, instead of teleporting the volunteer Enori to a laboratory several miles from the testing facility, it took random living beings from other planets due to a calculation error, and which caused some humans and Earth livestock to be teleported to the planet.

Riley and Zagan were born on Ignyria, after their families had immigrated there, while Deimos and his species, the Aq'ets, were native to the planet.
