Keruza Fursuit???
Posted 10 years agoAs much as I have been wanting to commission new art, there's a reason why I haven't.
Back in April, I have gotten a slot for someone's fursuit commissions!
Due for October,
ElkDragon is going to be making a Keruza fursuit, and it's going to be the full thing from head to toe. It'll be my first fullsuit, and it's gonna be sexyyyy~ I can't wait for it >:_:<
So yeah between now and October I'll be busy paying it off. After that I'll be all in for getting more art commissions!

In all seriousness.... I was able to get rid of the ugly IMVU ad but the actual sidebar is still intact and I really don't like it. I want it to go back under the submission picture and not to the side of it. It's still very distracting even without the ad. >>

These are icons with your character holding a lollipop, and as they have licked it, their tongue has changed color to the color of the lollipop!

Here are the details on the commission:
-$5 USD, paypal only
-You get a 600x600 PNG image and a 100x100 GIF fixed to look good since FA just about messed mine up during conversion (I got it fixed tho)
-All are colored and shaded as in the examples
And here's what you could either comment or note me:
-Character Ref Sheet
-Color of Lollipop / Tongue (they'll be the same since the lollipop altered your tongue's color. But if you don't want that then just specify that).
-Color / pattern of the background
-Anything else you'd like to tell me / add (expression, eye direction, no saliva, lollipop shape/design, etc.)

School's Almost Out for me
Posted 10 years agoIt's that time when everything is due and lots of work is done. Final exams are the first week of May for me, and after that I'm all done and will be on Summer break! Not only will I have more time to work on my personal art as well as advertising more for commissions and improving my digital artwork, I will also be working on traditional art and get back into the groove of painting. I have not done any painting all semester, and I have some ideas I already want to do. Anyways, now to go work on a paper and powerpoint, and also do some scholarships~ x3x
New Art program
Posted 10 years agoI got a new art program called Mischief. I've used it before as a trial during Christmas 2013 and wanted the full version, but didn't get it until now because why not? So my next few gift arts will be done with this vector based program and also be a bit experimental.
Gift delays
Posted 10 years agoSorry for the delay on gift art. I had gotten 1 done on the same day I announced them but then I got distracted to doing other things and my art block suddenly went away and now I was drawing personal stuff again lol. I plan on getting them done between now and the end of April. Sorry again for the delay.
I just realized something about IMVU
Posted 10 years agoAn IMVU video I saw back in the day (no longer available since the user deleted their account long ago) containing furries is what introduced me to furries in the first place. I looked at the user's other videos and saw their fursuit stuff. Fursuits are what truly pulled me into the fandom, but if it weren't for that IMVU video, I'd not have been a furry as early as I have O.O

This is kinda weird, especially how they cut the description off.. twice. It seems like they took descriptions from some other video too, but they completely ripped my video title.
EDIT: Ok yeah, just looked at his other vids, this guy is a complete thief. He stole other people's videos directly. Idk why the video with my title/description for him is... different... but I don't think the video itself is his own anymore.

It'll be my 3rd year there, but my first time fursuiting there! Last year my fursuit was actually in the process of being made during the convention (which also means my fursuit is almost a year old!!) and I also got a preview of the fursuit maker's suits when I met
affywolf there.
So I will be fursuiting, but I won't be wearing my typical Ace Squirrel clothing. I'll be wearing a Bonnie the bunny hoodie. I'll be going with my friend (who I haven't seen since San Japan ackk) and my other friend (who I haven't seen since I graduated high school x.x) and then I'll also be hanging with some college friends and going to the "Onigiri Host panel" which they are hosting. But for most of the con, I'll be travelling around, lurking the Dealer's den, playing Smash Wii U if they have it there (why wouldn't they?), and also maybe be in the Cosplay Contest audience if my friend decides to join in again. It's only a one day con with so much to do, so much to see, so what's wrong with taking the backstreets?

Doing some Gift Art (not requests)

I am on a constant art block and at the same time I want to experiment with new techniques but nothing to draw.
I just really need more practice with my digital work but whenever I do draw stuff I either stop working on it or it looks like I could have done better with it. Oh well, let the fun begin!

Furry Fiesta Aftermath

I had an amazing experience there for my first furry con. I got to see so many fuzzies I've just been seeing in pictures for the past years, danced my tail off at the raves, bought some prints to hang up in my dorm room and met up with friends from other cons!
I didn't take many pictures since I fursuited the entire time and h ad nobody with me at the con. During my run through the Artist Alley and Dealer's Den out-of-suit I captured some pics. Not many but I will upload all the suiters I got!
Anyways, had a blast meeting everyone there and doing the snuggles with other furs~ Will be there next year!

This guy caused the Rosalina & Luma amiibo figure pre-order to sell out within 35 minutes of its release time at Target, the exclusive store that would be holding these amiibos, just so none of her fans can have them. He's not even going to resell any of them. He's going to keep them all to himself because he hates her and hates her fans who can't have them.
I think that's totally ridiculous, and even if Nintendo decided to re-release her in high quantity, the guy claims he still has $35,000 leftover.

I just want to address that the distribution of my character Ace Squirrel was not meant to be a part in this picture at all. Ace Squirrel is fully straight and would never partake in any sexual activity with other men.
I had given this artist the link to the ref sheet for Keruza the dragon, the character I use for gay commissions / YCHs, yet this YCH has taken so long to do (almost 5 months) that he probably forgot about it. I still wonder though how he'd get the idea of using Ace in it in the first place as my ref sheets for him clearly state his sexuality being straight.
Hopefully things get sorted out. I just don't want Ace Squirrel being in this picture at all

Also, I'd really want to do this picture anyway XD But I feel an overuse with Ace & Keruza and would preferably like to try something different.
