Second; I've been informed my prices are. Extremely low lmao. and tbh they are--the amount of effort I put in colored sketches, for example is. more than $20's worth so! I AM going to be increasing my prices in the near future; I've had them low to help compensate for my (frankly) very small current following; in the Attention Economy we're all out here trying to survive and it was the manner in which I attempted to differentiate myself. But I know that I'll feel less burned-out with more fair compensation, so... to be more specific, I am not going to increase them until I'm 100% caught up with that queue, AND I'm going to announce the raise well in advance in a concrete manner, so it won't be a surprise for anyone. It'll likely be something to the effect of "My prices will be increasing by 50% across the board after I complete the next 5 commissions I obtain" (that may sound like a lot, but... it's 20 going to 30, 30 to 45, 40 to 60 yknow).

Thanks for bearing with me as I calibrate my audience, effort and prices! I'll be as transparent as possible, and stay tuned for further announcements!

Hey all! Well, I'll just get to the meat of it, then. Life has been: rough. My grandmother passed away last Thursday. She was four days away from being 86; she passed in her sleep, all in all it was as peaceful as it could have been, however unexpected it was. This has affected me very deeply, both emotionally and functionally; she and I were very close, she lived in town. And frankly, in order to allow me to go to school, she helped me out financially.

So uh, I lost both a loved one and, functionally, half of my income.

My car's alternator croaked the same day, too!

Short version: I bought a new motherboard and my fantastic brother so graciously installed it for me, and now, i have a fucking laptop again

please note I’m not 100% out of the woods YET!! there’s some Issues afoot still I’m trying to solve (my?? track pad and nub mouse aren’t working at all so I’m having to navigate with touch + stylus exclusively, and windows update, uh, is not updating?) but it’s HERE and it’s MOSTLY FUNCTIONAL

Please give me a lil bit of time to get back up to speed; not to like take this from 0 to 800 instantly but I’m actually uh, grieving right now, too, I lost my dog of twelve years last Thursday (it appeared to be natural causes, he was an old boy and a large breed, so 12 was Hella Old for him :’c ) and this is the first time in my 26 years I haven't had a dog–SO that’s a thing. but!! I want to say Hey to so many people now that I’m able, finally get back up to speed and start posting art and catching up on owed commissions asap!!
