I'm decidedly NOT dead. Still.

I'm still writing and stuff, but none of it lately has been good enough to post... That story I was writing kinda sank after the publisher I was talking to about it just stopped responding one day.

But I'm still here, I still lurk, I read/check out most journals and submissions that pop up in by box, I just don't ever get around to responding or commenting. It's not because I don't want to, it's just that I can't ever seem to think of something fitting to say.

BUT as I said, I'm still writing, and I'll post whatever's worth showing. Whenever I put out something that's worth showing.

Even though I've been inactive for most of my second year.

To those of you that've stuck around, thanks. I've got big plans for future writings, including a full-length novel or a collection of short stories. Hopefully I won't stay inactive for much longer, but I can't make any guarantees since I usually don't like to post unfinished products.

It's been just under two years, and I've hit 500 (It's actually at 499 as I'm typing this) page views.

I know I've dropped the ball big time when it comes to submitting content, but I've been working on several full stories that I wanted to at least polish up a bit before revealing them. I might start putting up snips here and there, just to let y'all see 'em.

I'm 20. Woot for two decades past, and the beginning of a third!

So I was planning on writing a poem for Valentine's Day, right...

Then I completely forgot about it. Remembered it about half an hour ago when I finished off the box of chocolates I bought for myself.

D'oh well. Anyone want something done for their significant other? Drop me a note or message me on Skype, lemme know. Nothing explicit.

So, a few months ago, I tried streaming Minecraft on my new gaming computer, and it ran perfectly. I'm thinking about doing another stream, and wanted to know if anyone could suggest some custom maps they might want to watch. If not, I'm probably just gonna generate a world and mess around like I did last time.

So I've gone quiet again. I haven't been able to find ANY inspiration lately, and things have just been a bit dull in general.

As always, if anyone has a tidbit they might like to see turned into a story or poem, leave me a note, add me on Skype, or lemme know some other way.

Again, I am still alive, though!

It ran flawlessly on my new computer. I might start up a gaming stream. :D

It'll mainly be to test out how my new computer handles streaming and playing at the same time. Depending on how it goes, I might start up a semi-regular gaming stream, or something. I dunno. Length of the stream will depend on how many people show up, how entertaining I am, etc.

I just haven't been writing anything worth submitting lately. It's all been short little scratchings.

I'm tired of attempting to explain how I think and function. There just aren't any words that can describe my thought process, it's so unique and overly complex. All I can do is bumble along, stuttering out a vague mockery of what I'm trying to say.

I'm also tired of people not shutting up and THINKING for once in their damn life.

Boys these days are taught to be dead inside, because emotion is "weak" or "girly." Balls to that, I'll write romantic stories if I want to, because I'm not an automaton.

Nobody knows what I'm really like, because I never tell them what I'm really like. I repress who I really am, out of fear of rejection or derision, and put up a false facade. This leads to a lot of issues, of course, and I'm already partly insane, so it's a destructive spiral to a bitter end.

I'm lonely, not that anyone cares. I'm not doing anything to try and fix this problem, because that's what schizophrenia does to you. It forces you into a shell, and it won't let anyone else in without a fight. It doesn't reduce the empty feeling, though, but I can temporarily assuage said emptiness via my writings. Imagination is a loving companion to insanity, it seems.

I hate how people generally react when I say the word "schizophrenia." It's not the plague, people, it's a mental condition. There's no need to recoil or flinch, you can't catch it from me.
