So yeah the landlord was here to get rent, cause I like to pay early, and we heard my dresser kinda fall. Turns out the leak they fixed in the middle of the year returned and redamaged the same area. There was some hesitance but they gave me a key to a new room. Brand new floor, no water pipes in the walls, bigger than where I am now. Hopefully I can get a day off soon so I can move all my stuff over.

Sure this place has been an endless list of things going wrong. But it's all I can afford atm. College town gotta squeeze that college kid money after all. At least I'll be in a solid room for next year. The extra space is always welcomed. Maybe I can actually have a small work table for crafting! :o

For my bday I bought a new phone. Upgrading from a 2013 to 2018 model. Almost about to factory reset my old one until I remembered I had stuff saved to phone memory. Sure enough I NEVER MOVED them to the SD card. If I did reset it, I'd never get that stuff back! Most of it is from people who aren't around anymore so I'm glad I have it saved. It's now gonna be backed up for sure.

It's my birfday. Let me off this rollercoaster.

2018 I dubbed the Year of Firsts. While there wasn't as many "firsts" that I would've liked, I definitely got out of my comfort zone and was greatly surprised when I did. With 2019 around the corner I wanted to make a list of things I wanted to do. This time, they'll be in the form of long term and short term goals. Granted, life is life and does whatever it's hands can think of, but I'll do my best to get these goals achieved. So 2019 will be dubbed the Year of Involvement.

---Short Term
*Finalize my work/relax schedule. One weekend I go HAM on Duva/cosplay/games and the next I relax/handle responsibilities/e.g.. This has been working so far but I'm gonna tweak it a bit.
*Finish Duva and Ralsei costumes. Both are over...50% done? I lost count.
*Be more talkative on socials. It feels like I talk too much and then not enough.
*Fix my ambivert battery situation. Should this be in Long Term???
*St.......stream on Twitch?
*Release finished pieces of my OC of 4yrs that only one artist has seen.
*Finish RadicalSoda's fan game and release it. Upload to Gamejolt?????

---Long Term
*More Super Duva. Aiming for 3 episodes again for 2019 if conditions allow it.
*More firsts. Maybe camping alone, or visiting different cities for a vacation.
*Syphon's Tear finally finished and published. Ebooks are my best bet to get it out there. If conditions allow it.
*Work on a manga that follows a dishwasher wanting to be a chef. No clue if it'll happen?
*Expand my skills in general. Crafting cosplay, cooking, e.g..
*Pay off one of the big bills. Either my student loan or my CC. I'M SO CLOSE!!!
*Get a GF and can cook for her. I want to see how she'll smile when I serve her a recipe.

No idea what the claim(s) or allegation(s) were because when I clicked the "show the claims" it just showed who the person in charge of copyright claims was. And an empty bullet point. (page was open for 10 minutes, never filled in.) Never heard of her in my 5 years working at the company. The only possible thing it could be was back in..........February??? Or December??? When I streamed a movie cause I was broke. Most recently I installed Vortex for Nexus Mods and went ham installing stuff for Dark Souls and Monster Hunter World.

A while ago the person who owns the house my housemates and I live was going to sell it and kick us out. We talked them out of it and thought things were going to be okay. Turns out the person is just money obsessed and wants it fast. So they're bringing up selling the house again. Hopefully we can talk them out of it again. But this time there's not many of us living here anymore. At times I pretty much am the only presence here. Not really in my favor at all.

If all else fails, I'll move in with my grandma. She's like, the only family that likes my company.

Sonicfox--who I never heard of until today--wore a fursuit to receive his award. I was taken by surprise when I saw that. Dude seemed cool but man, the guts to wear his suit. Though it make sense since the esport team he's on is based on a fox. Just, whoa. Congrats man.

Also God of War won GOTY. RDR2 fans in chat were super salty.

But Nintendo won it all when they revealed Joker from Persona 5 would be the first DLC character. :D

Overall it was kinda boring like always except for those few 1-2 minutes of amazing.

This was the most panic inducing thing that's happened this week because it happened right when I was at the second point in Overwatch. I suddenly got stuck and panicked. My WASD keys were suddenly swapped with my arrow keys. Apparently this is common?

To fix it, hold down the function button and press the W button. This should swap the WASD and arrow keys back to normal.

I blame my cat for sitting on my keyboard.

I didn't really plan on living past the age of 19. I'm currently 26 and everything I'm doing now is just winging it. If my suicide attempts actually worked back then, I wouldn't have been able to meet a lot of humble people like Ivorysmoon and other streamers. The Completionist and other youtubers. Not to mention all the people I got to meet irl. There's still a lot of gunky shadows in my life, but that just makes these people all the more special. Thanks for bringing a little light into my life.

Thanksgiving was unpleasant to say the least. Me and my father don't get along. Not only did he put me in so many spotlights, he berated me and my job in front of 20 others while we were eating. He's like this because he doesn't like someone excelling past him in anything so he tears you down. I'm immune to it at this point, but it still chips away at me. Things got a little better once he left but the mood was already broken. I'd say the only good thing is that I get to lock myself away for 3 days to just build/create with all my heart.

With how short staffed we are plus yet another person leaving the building, we're pretty much drowning at this point. Just been tired and barely want to do anything when I get home. Finally told the director of the building how I'm at the point of just quitting. (he's the boss of my boss's boss.) We went back and forth for a bit but I haven't read his newest email since *waves hand at window* we're drowning in work.

Although, I did get Ralsei's coat 90% done this weekend in the span of 7hr. Just need a head hole and fix the buttons so it can snap close. I want to point out that I'm super confident in wanting to do something, but greatly underestimate the skill and time needed to do said project. This goes for both Duva's armor and Ralsei. I'm slow at crafting through and through. I'll admit it. I want to keep practicing to get better, but...the results don't match what I envisioned LOL. Doesn't help when I have ideas that end up costing time to fix instead of giving me shortcuts.

Yet again I'm at that point where I'm questioning all of my decisions. Like:[ Is writing my book even worth it? Is the effort for Super Duva justified? Is even with anything worth it?] I feel the root of this is me having to be my own support squad since middle school. My family in general dropped out at middle/high school, I'm one of like 12 ever to graduate high school, and one of 7 to have college experience. I get so tired of being my own support group, constantly revving up my own willpower by punching myself to snap out of it. I'll admit it here, I want to end everything sometimes. The only thing really keeping me going is the small lantern in the distance flickering on and off. No idea what it leads to. No idea if it's good or bad. I'm just curious. Curiosity that pulls my feet out of the bog of despair so I can keep limping.

Work sucks, I'm about to put in my 2 weeks. Ralsei cosplay is coming along. Sadly I greatly underestimate the skill and time to make things happen. I'm relapsing because I'm getting tired of being the only person cheering for my success.

I was originally gonna do his white fur version since everyone's doing the black fur in just about everything. But the black fur version has really grown on me. I'm so stuck on what to get. Especially since my 60% discount for one item expires tomorrow! Also there's gonna be sparkly glitter. Also also, I figure it'll take no more than 4hrs to complete since literally everything is pre built.

Oh yeah I already bought all the pieces and they'll be here next week. Also I found his horns on etsy. :p

The hat, the scarf and the coat are easy to find or alter. The boots/shoes will be a little trickier? But just a little since his wizard shoes are pointy???? The real problem is the head. I suck at making helmets or head pieces in general. I found some cheap bases I could quickly alter on Amazon. It's just the time factor that hurts.

I managed to get Monday and Tuesday off at the last second.

Saturday: Stayed up to 6am trying to get something fixed/working properly.

Sunday: Was super tired but still made small strides towards getting Duva's suit finished.

Monday: Worked on finishing measurements from my harness to foam. Stayed up to 3am. Finished building the front completely. Back piece is 40% done.

Tuesday: Absolutely no work as they were doing construction on the floor and I had little to no access to my room.

Overall I'm okay with the progress made this weekend. Come Thanksgiving I'll have Thursday and Friday off as well as that Sat and Sun so it'll be more full days off to work on stuff. I also have two extra days off I can use whenever. If I can keep momentum going I can keep good on my personal goal of having 3 episodes of Super Duva done. Man I'm tired. I don't want to go to work tomorrow LUL.

Whatever I caught knocked me down pretty bad. Even now eating anything feels like it's poison and my body wants to throw up. I will say after that long sleep I feel better. (medicine kinda helped too.)

My hand eye coordination still sucks. No idea why I thought driving to mail a letter was a good idea. Lesson learned.

Bummed that it can no longer connect even when plugged into my computer.

Also, the company seems to have removed the product completely from their store. On top of that they only have 5 products listed as unavailable. So who knows when they stopped selling stuff. Not even camera products, just wrist accessories. My gut tells me they went out of business. Guess that's what I get for going for for a cheap offbrand. *shrugs*

So now, if I can't fix the video glitches in the camera I have, I'm looking at a Sony handycam or the Yi action cam. Sony is a trusted brand and will be around for a long time...tho only 1080p. Yi hits that 4k for about the same price but has been around for only a while I think. (only just found out about Yi and their cameras thanks to Authen . Tech.)
