General | Posted 7 years agoYep, today is my birthday, 25 years around the sun, or as close as you can get to a perfect 25 years, but for now I am off to work.

General | Posted 7 years agoSo June is here, which means I have a birthday coming up on the 21st, I will be turning 25 this year, oof, quarter of a century. I can't believe that I am already at that point.
But UPDATES I will try to be brief because I am terrible at these sort of journals.
->Art has been really slow this year, because of the new job I got back in September....Anyway, being a pharmacy technician and then having to drive for Lyft between my shifts there has kept me pretty busy.
-> Also because ran into some interesting issue trying to use markers during the winter, so spent a lot of time fighting with that, but I do have some sketches in the works that I am hoping to finish and hoping to start getting back onto that boat.
-> I am also trying to plan out moving out of the parent house come the end of next May, so that has also had a me little preoccupied.
-> Mostly though I have just been stupidly busy with work and been really tired afterwards.
>>> Final note, if anyone is planning a birthday gift of sorts, please ask or let me know. I don't do well with random surprises unless it is from a list of things. which I am more than happy to link if people are interested. Just let me know.

This is a topic of contention: If somebody or a company approached you and asked if they could model something after your character directly, for example, your character has unique bits and a toy was proposed to be designed off of it: would you take the opportunity if you will be given royalties?
Think of it in the character owner's shoes and then the people they know or their following. Would all hell break loose, or do you think friends / followers of the character owner would be supportive?
I want to take this one step further and ask why your thoughts are what they are. And I want to do this to sort of prevent any sort of just jumping into the deep end because of the self gratification this sort of offer could bring and that simply a lot of people would just jump at this opportunity because it would be cool to have something commercially made after our character.
I am also curious if this sort of thing has happened in the real world and not between people that were friends initially.
I really want to suss out the thought processes people have in response to this.

Also, short answer is, it is probably really bad for you, your body is really good at telling you when you are doing something it does not want you doing, and based on his own review of it, chances are you body does not want it in your lungs, and it is probably because it is physically harming the delicate tissue in your lungs. [If you doubt how delicate your lung tissue is, I recommend you find an anatomy book.]

General | Posted 8 years agoI know some people don't care for these journals, and I try to keep them to a minimum, but I have a friend who really could use some help. The short of it is, that she broke her arm/wrist in a car accident that was not her fault, [for those may have assumed it was] and has been trying to work to pay bills, but it has only made the healing process take longer and made the broken arm/wrist worse.
