Some of you may have noticed my slight absence of late... I want to let you know I’m still here, still kicking as well as I can. The second half of this year has really taken its toll on me, and I’ve recently taken steps to get better again, which means I’ll be posting and making more art hopefully.

I’m mostly writing this in case anyone was curious about my absence-- trying to come back, but it takes time.
The love and support you all give me is what keeps me going, so I just want to say thanks.

I know I don't comment on every bit of activity I get (comments, watches, favorites), but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate it. Without you guys, I probably wouldn't do what I do. So... Sort of like a naughty paper doll. Undress her (or HIM) in any order you want, I might even include different outfits at a low additional cost. Base price will be $70 and that includes a fully colored character and environment, with Flashwave buttons to turn off/on select pieces of clothing. I'm going to take on a couple right now if anybody's interested, and will possibly do more in the near future. Send me a note and we'll go from there~

I'm finishing up my first batch of commissions (I know, it's been like two months or so) but I've just been so busy with other stuff. I've currently got three left, one is almost done, the others are not as far along. However, if you would like a chance to commission me, just send me a note and we can talk about it. I'm thinking of taking on anywhere from 3-6 right now, and will probably get them done sooner than the last wave of commissions. This means a slight hike in cost though, nothing substantial.

PayPal is my only method of transaction, and I prefer to be paid before the piece is finished, but I always make sure the commissioner is happy with it first. Just know that the current commissions I'm working on take precedence, but they will be finished very soon.

Was just wondering if anyone out there who uses PayPal, which type do you have- Personal, Premier or Business?

If you're an artist who makes commissions, do you use a Business account? ...or do you need a legitimate 'business' to use one?

I want to say I'm sorry to everybody, I did something stupid that I should have given more thought to. I uploaded a comic with an image that I recreated from another artist without his consent first. I am in the process of contacting him, something I should have made the effort to do before I uploaded it, instead of using the submission as a means to find a viewer who knew how to contact him. I will apologize to him once I reach him, and I'm not expecting forgiveness or approval. I want to take responsibility for my actions.

I guess I just didn't expect it to be a big deal, which clearly shows I wasn't using my head. Even though I was crediting him and admitted that the image was completely his (but redrawn by me), that doesn't excuse disrespecting a fellow artist by showing the world before getting consent.

Once again, I'm sorry everybody.

Sorry I haven't been around, circumnavigating the globe for the past half year or so. But now I'm back and glad to get drawing again, catching up on all my old favorite artists' work, and finding some new ones!

I might be taking up commissions in the coming days too, so if you'd like one, think about it and I'll make a new journal for it. Great to be back!!!

sadly i only write journals about commissioning, but it seems that's all I have time for lately. Ideally every artist could draw what they want and not worry about money, but if I need to make ends meet, taking on a few commissions is how it has to be. Lucky for me, I always end up enjoying the commissions I do get, and the people I've worked with are so down to earth they make the process smooth.

This time around I'm offering a few slots for digital type commissions, perhaps not fully clean, kind of sketchy, loose. I want to have fun with these. Turn around time won't be super quick, but it won't be too long either.

I am about done with my current commission batches, and was thinking I might have time for just one or two more in the same style I'm using (pencil sketch, but rather clean). just noticed my page has had over 100,000 views and I was just wondering why. I'm not bringing this up to appear self-pitying and get a lot of reassuring compliments, I genuinely am just curious. I'm watching some artists who are ten times better than me who have less page views. I guess it's because i draw really low brow stuff, anymore every image i upload is pornographic. i'm basically like the adm sandler, lots of people go to see my movie but i don't have much respect and my work isn't deep or relevent.

so to wrap it up, i guess 100,000 views should be like a milestone and make me feel good about my work, and it kind of does. but there are much better out there :D

It will be pencil lineart, clean but still kind of sketchy like that one. Colored in the same way, with a simple background, either textures or a real photo like this was. One character (can be tame or naughty) will be $30, two characters $45. I'm currently working on the last page of the comic commission and another piece for a friend, but I would like to take on a quick single character commission (naughty or not). how to make an interactive file? I drew a picture of a character and have done it so they've got multiple layers of clothes and I want people to be able to dress or undress them how they like instead of uploading 8 variations of it. Like if you click on an icon of pants, the pants will appear on them. If anyone knows how to do that or what program to use, that would be awesome.

While I'm still working on the Awkward Situation pages, I have decided to take on a somewhat quick commission. Not exactly experimental, I just want to have fun with it and it may not turn out just like my usual style. Right now I'm thinking of ONE inked/colored digital piece, one character and very simple if at all background. I'm thinking about $20, and I am always one to check to make sure a commission is working fine throughout its process, but for this id like to just set out working on it and show the final version without going back to tweak things.

I think how I'm going to handle this is if you're interested, send me a note summing up your request in one sentence (im pretty open to ideas), and let me know how much you'd be willing to pay.. So it will be like a silent auction. If you get outbid, I'll write back. And I think if I really like your idea, and it suits my style alot, I may take it up even if its not the highest bid. If this totally fails, I'll have to charge my usual rates.

Also, keep in mine I am about halfway through with my current commission and have school and other things going on, so the turn around time will not be all that fast.. it won't be impossibly slow though, either. Thanks

Ive been thinking of taking up a commission or two to help me with some bills, and ive been drawing for myself enough lately that I feel ready for taking on someone's work. The only way I know how to do this though is by saying like "First come first serve" but I see a couple problems with that. I'd rather find someone who really really wants a pic from me, or someone whose idea I really like. Does that mean I should hear everyone's idea and go with the one I want to, or is that unfair? Should I pick randomly from all who want one? or should i do the first come first serve like always? Opinions would be greatly appreciated, thanks. (I tried doing some auctions in hopes of a more fair chance to commission me, but they didnt float)

Remember that comic I used to do called Awkward Situation? Yea, i just wanted to talk about it for those who are curious. People are wondering if it's a dead comic and all that. Firstly, just sit tight. I want to clarify a few things and ask some questions.

The whole comic reminds me of a bad hollywood movie series. I only intended it to be a one page comic, didn't even think it would be that popular. When I got thousands more views than my usual submissions did, I felt excited and thus came out with a sequel that expanded on the simple and somewhat innocent first page. I was going in a certain direction, but it took me a while to get each page done. I felt fed up with it all so I ended it by making an ending for each type of viewer. People who wanted it to be boring, people who just wanted the sex, and people who hated the comic. However, I was tempted to pick the comic back up and take it in a new direction, selling myself out, not that I really care (it's a silly comic anyway) and I needed the money. And to be honest, I don't care much for the direction it's taken, so now I'm at a crossroads.

Should I pick it back up from where I left off? Should I start over from where I felt it changed? or should I leave it be? I don't know right now. Why was the first one so popular anyway (now has over 10,000 views), I took the simple idea from Fast Times at Ridgemont high..so is it because the situation is so relatable to viewers? Is it because its so bad its funny? (seen it on lulz a lot)
