Adoptables and Design Customs are offered at any time that commission are open unless specified otherwise.
If you are interested in creating a custom character, I will provide you with a custom quote depending on what you want. These can be in the colored sketch commission style or a refined full reference sheet.-I understand that any requirements I ask are a formality and not required by law, however, I reserve the right to privately blacklist and ban people from my social media if they do not follow my requirements.
-Please notify me if the character goes up for trade/sale, or finds a new owner. I keep a private list of all my designs and who is their owner, I love looking at the art people get of them~!
-If the adopt is up for auction please do not hide your bid. Please note me that you would like to retract your bid. Hiding causes a lot of issues and will result in blacklisting. Please take care of yourself first.
YOU MAY:
-Gift, Trade, and Resell equal to how you recieved. I.e. Trade for a trade, money for money, gift for gift.
*This does mean as well that if you purchased your character you can gift or trade- just a gift recipient couldn't turn around and sell unless they bought commissions of the adopt.
*Reselling: Please do not sell for higher than what you purchased for unless you have had extra art commissioned. If you received it for free please do not resell unless you commission extra art.
-Make any changes you want to the character
-Repost with credit to me as the designer ( Please use my main name SINCERE-ALEAR on FA, DA, & TH; Sincere_Alear for Twitter)
YOU MAY NOT:
-Sell for more than what you paid, unless additional art is accompanied with the character.
-Change my original image
-Post the design of the character without credit to me as the designer
