I'm seriously thinking of giving up on Art

IT hurts to do so.
I can never make what i want.
I always hate the end results.
I'm not growing or growing fast enough even with learning everything i can.
No one seems to care aside 5 ppl.
Despite devoting my life to it i'm still garbage, only ever 'having potential' but never fulfilling it.
what's the point?

General | Posted 8 years agoIt didn’t bother me at first but it’s just confirming that where I am artistically now is weak ass sauce! It’s worthless. I’ve spent years trying to draw better but the only place I ever get is “Having Potential”. Never achieving that potential.

General | Posted 8 years agoSupervisor was the worst one I've ever had and i need to take care of my mental health. I’ve worked at that place for nearly 4 years. Its time for a change.
So I’ll have to start opening up commissions again soon while I look for another job. Hopefully something in the field I’m interested in.

"Welp, here I am, in a position I never thought I’d be.
In short words, my old laptop (god bless it for all the things I went throug and done with it) has failed me.

Yep, it’s in quite a deplorable condition after 6 years.
It’s last working USB port finally died on me today, so I cant use the tablet anymore. Which means I cant finish any drawings or comms I have atm untill I get a new laptop on Black Friday.
The bad news is that…I’m lacking alot of funds and I’m gambling here since I dont know what’s gonna be on sale.
So I will be opening 8 Simple Renders/Rendered Colored Sketches slots to gather enough funds so I can buy a new laptop on Black Friday.
Each slot will be 40 Eur ($46) fully colored and shaded - 1 character only, altho I allow ghost/disembodied limbs.
