Ok I kinda remember being deeply depressed for the first time in ages (dangerously so) and I remember why, but everything else i kinda a blur, in a way. I didn't do anything ALL day so maybe that's why I can't what I was thinking.

Tries to recall

I was incredibly depressed/triggered that I'd upset another potential friend within the first day of meeting. This isn't the first time and this time I wasn't sure what I had done (cause i'm an idiot). The animation and Holiday didn't add to it actually, so there's that, even though I'd like to blame them or my meds, it was all me.

IDK I'm sorry for so drastically over-reacting. I can't promise I'll do better next time, cause I don't seem to change. XD But I know these feelings only last a day, I just don't wanna admit i'll be ok. I'd rather wallow in my own self pity (which is VERY enjoyable to me for some reason). Luckily these moods don't happen often.

Mkay…I’ve done a lot of thinking and crying. I’m trying to understand my emotions and why i’m feeling them. More importantly I’m trying to figure out WHAT to do.

I know crying won’t help. I know posting “End of Times” pics will make people more scared and angry. And they are JUST as terrified(if not more so) as I am. I spent most of my morning trying to keep a panic attack down.

Lashing out is so instinctual it drives out very being. More often than not it causes more pain to us and those around us.

We need to be better. We need to evolve and mature. Acting in emotion alone is what we did as children, when we didn’t’ know better. We need to TRY to stay strong and kind regardless of the world. That doesn’t mean submit! It means tro try to see how we can do better.
