2017 Week 18 Journal

This week I'm writing on time! YAY!!!
Anywhoo! Things are pretty ok on my side this week. It was a pretty “laid back” one. The weather is still up-n-down. Sometimes rain, sometimes sun. Overall good. I did have a family visit and it was super nice. Really happy how it went, though at the same time lost a bit working time due to performing “family stuff” and “spending time together”. But... was nice.
I had pizza yesterday and it was good! Additionally had sushi on discount, so it was a double whammy of awesome!
I really need to start streamin on regular basis. Still need to figure out how to do a lot of stuff. But... things are good

2017 Week 15, 16, 17 Journal
General | Posted 8 years agoOk! Because of my horrible organizing skills I skipped on two weeks, but worry not! I'm making this bigger journal to recap all the mundane and normal things that took place over that time.
SO... The past three weeks were pretty good. Life keeps rolling on it's own pace, having ups and downs all the time, but I'm trying to keep on top of it. I'm sorry if I wasn't too active art / social wise. Just trying to catch up with art, some things in life and cope with a few other matters. But things are getting better and better.
I still keep watching baby falcons. They are getting bigger and bigger each day. Happy to see that all four of them are healthy and fine so far!
The weather here is getting... better? We're having some problems with Winter trying to come back in the south. Talk about bad timing. The weather here is mostly wet or windy. But that's ok.
My apologies also for skipping the R34 thursday once or twice. One time I “tripped” and just the schedule moved forward and once... headache ^^' Sadly the closing warm season and storms mean more headaches... Will have to cope with it as I go.
Not too long ago got myself to watch a low-budget horror called “Banshee Chapter”. It's... pretty good in my opinion :) Definitely had fun! For a split second thought about writing a review, but... that would be boring X3
On the sad note – found out today that the food place where I tend to get pizza / homemade food will remove the latter from the list. Shame – for the price asked they provided some good quality chow. Well... hope they don't remove the 50% cheaper pizza.
Another thing that kinda irritated me during the past weeks was my DVD rom having it's humors. For some time it was a bit meh about reading some of my games, but usually booted after a try or two. Lately it outright doesn't read DVD's. It reads CD's just fine, but not DVD's. Which means no Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War for me. MEH!
I also had sushi today. Was really good
I think that's mostly it. Not much has happened, but most of it was good stuff!
I'll try to be more up-to-schedule with posting stuff and keeping up days.

Just for safety reasons I'd advise to go to your telegram settings, then find privacy and security. There find group invite settings – go there and check my contacts.
Long story short – that will prevent ya from being invited to groups outside of your contact list. To be more precise – by strangers.
Just trying to spread the word and kinda up the security around. Like I said – heard some not really fun things happening around, so it's better to stay safe.

2017 Week 14 Journal

One year aniversary.

Today is special day for me – on a personal level.
One year ago I got fired from my previous job at the office. I don't wanna bore you all (cause I probably already did that in the past), so all I'm gonna say is - I didn't like that job and getting fired was the best thing jobwise that happened to me.
It took me a while, but with a lot of support from my friends and folks I kinda went on a new path in life. It wasn't easy and it's still is kinda hard, but I'm a much happier person now.
Just wanted to share this with all of you's and thank for all the support I got for the past year.
I don't intend to stop now and I'm hopeful that things will only get better and better.

Today is special day for me – on a personal level.

2017 Week 13 Journal

This week was pretty ok. Just a lot of usual stuff and tons of working on art. Trying to be super productive and do as much art as I can. Still not at 100%, but I'm getting there!
From cool things: a website I check every now and so with live feed from cameras has added a new one linked to a seal sanctuary. Sea Slugdogs for everyone! Other than that keeping my eye on a cam in a falcon nest that is in my city. There will be some little boids hatching soon.
Had some good foob this week: yum fishes, pizza and of course – sushi!
I need to kinda stay more in touch with folks. I was thinking of designating some time during the day just for chats and conversations. I'm trying to chat with as many as I can, but doing art and chatting usually results in long pauses ^^'
Anywhoo!!! There are some important days coming soon... One will be in less than 2 days from now and the other later in the month. Excited for both of them. Will tell more once they are here

2017 Week 12 Journal

Alright! So... this week was decent. Not much has happened – just constantly trying to catch up with art and stuff. I gotta be honest that the con and some events during march disrupted my flow, but... hey! Just gonna work hard and try to move forward
I'm very happy spring is coming. I can already smell it in the air – the wind is getting warmer and you can feel the smell of earth and things growing. And spring brings the promise of summer
Got a little bit sad today. Saw a lot of trees getting cut down for a new apartment block. Always makes me sad. Trees are really cool and people don't appreciate them enough. Had some home made burgers today. Not that I made them myself, just bought the basic stuff and put them together, but still – they were super yum.
Well, I guess that is mostly it. Hope you guys are doing ok there!

Anywhooooo!
My last week was... kinda all over the place. Been trying to juggle between doing art effectively and stuff that life keeps throwing at me. Other than that not much has really happened. March seems to be one of those slow months. That, or just the world seems a bit slow after the furcon.
Thru the last few days I've been having minor headaches. The weird thing is that they were going on thru the whole day and weren't really that painful. More like a badly put on sock in heavy-duty boots. Maybe it's just the weather change and all – it's getting warmer here.

I am – as usual – a bit late with the journal ^^'
SO! Last week in a nutshell:
- Family visit / mayhem
- PCD
- Working on art
- Fighting off existential dread
Overall things are pretty good. Just trying to go back to normal routine after the furcon – it's hard ^^'. Five / six days of super fun does things to you. Additionally the week was broken a bit since had another family visit and I did end up participating in “social activities”. Was pretty nice though. Oh, btw – walked two meters away from a momma boar and four piglets just drilling the grass next to a bus stop. Gotta admit – for a second was pretty scared and ready to do the gotta-go-fast routine
Also – I'm sorry about the delays in the art department. I will be working supah fast to deliver all due art there!
Well, that's mostly it. I hope you folks had an awesome week!

Sorry for the late journal this week. Got back from the furcon yesterday and was kinda puffed out for a bit, but now I'm back.
So... Last week. Was pretty darn awesome. I had a lot of fun, saw friends and met new folks. I really needed a few days like that. Thanks to all wonderful furries who made that time so great!
Other than that I'm doing ok – getting back to my normal art schedule and catching up with things I missed.

2017 Week 7 Journal
General | Posted 9 years agoHey guys! Hope all of you had a nice week there! Of course I'm late with my journal, cause... of course I'm late with it.
Anywhoo!
This week was pretty good! Had some family visit, which was pretty nice. Got some yum stuff from outside of the country, caramel popcorn included.
Also had a bank adventure – had to update my telephone number, since I switched to the new one. I wanted to do that personally – I guess I'm old fashioned with stuff like that ^^'. I had to sign a thingy that I agree to personal data change and after that kinda got nervous and went on a mini-crusade to get a copy of that. Luckily got it and all is good in the land of paranoia. Apart from that the usual. Super happy about the feedback on the latest NSF page! Been doing some art, moving forward with stuff. Sorry for not posting too much stuff lately, but a lot of my workload lately is sequences and I prefer to post all of them in a row.
The weather here is getting pretty good – it's actually getting nice and warm. As much as I love winter, I do miss the long summer days and the warm evening breeze. Summer 2017 – we shall meet soon!
Kinda excited for the upcoming furcon. Gonna go there for a few days, have fun and meet up with folks! Still need to do some commission work before that, so... stay tuned.

2017 Week 6 Journal

It's time for my weekly journal!
So, this week was pretty OK. Things are moving slowly forward, and while not necessarily perfect – they are going decent. The list of things to do is still pretty long, but trying to get each point one after another. Cool events this week: hmm... I played some games with friends, had a lot of snow and bought a raspberry syrup so I can mix it with water :D ! Can't complain really.
Kinda prepping mentally, cause I'm gonna admit – the rest of the month is going to be crazy artwise. Once I'm done with my current art load – I'll probably be doing commissions till the end of February. Will post more info when I'm ready.
Well, I'll better be off – sushi time soon and comic update today X3

Another interesting week and transition between January and February! It was a pretty decent week! Had a family visit which was pretty nice. Today I completed the operation “Change the Light-bulb in the Toilet”, which was a great success! Also earlier this week I went to my fave pizza place. I usually go there to get the 50% off pizza, which they have between 12 – 3 PM during working days. That's a pretty neat deal by itself, but lately they started to sell “home meals” for cheap price. I did try it as a takeaway and... damn, that was some good deal. Meat, tatoes and fried cabbage.
Other than that the week was pretty usual. Caught up with some animated movies such as “Rock and Rule” and “The Wizards” from Ralph Bakshi. I think both are really good and underrated – or at least forgotten. Also tried some cheese from Norway.

It tasted like caramel. That was interesting...

I... kinda forgot about posting the journal on Friday. And... was a bit busy on Saturday ^^'
But I'm posting it now, so it's good!
So, this week was pretty good. I had to register my phone number (annoying) but the rest was decent. Went to a small furmeet and it was really funz! 2017 Week 3 Journal

So... this week was pretty interesting. On Saturday I had my b-day and it was awesome! Drank Dr.Pepper, enjoyed myself and spent time with friends and folks! Once again thank you everyone for kind words and wishes . I actually did something I was planning for a LONG time and... it was great. Not 100% “perfect” as I imagined it, but perfect in it's unique, flawed and real way. Other than that the day was really good! Especially since last year I admit I went thru a bit of “feeling old” thing. This year – I just don't give a rats butt about it
As for the rest of the week... It was actually kinda introspective. I thought a lot about some things that are happening and how I look at them. Not super deep, but definitely worth the time to think about them. I did also try to... cope with some things from the past – things that I did back in the day and how I see them now, how I changed since then and realized a few things. Maybe it wasn't 100% pleasant and didn't fill me with pride, but rather then allow it to burden upon me I'm trying to learn from it and avoid some things in the future.
ANYWHOOOO! Other than that the usual :3 Gotta do more art and stuff, so the usual!

2017 - Week 2 Journal
General | Posted 9 years agoHey there everyone! Time for a weekly journal!
First of all – I f*** up :D ! I realized I wrote the first journal on friday and it was suppose to be a summary of a week, so... yeah. But nevermind – won't let my OCD dictate stuff. Plus fridays are a good time to write those.
So... This week was pretty good! The “bad” things that happened: well... I had one thing that I hoped could be resolved, but sadly people who were suppose to help me out with something are apparently getting their munz for not helping. Oh well, happens – will find a way to solve that X3
Good things! I finished a colored picture that I'm happy with. Coloring was never my strong side and takes a lot of time. Plus most of the time the results I'm getting aren't 100% satisfying – like I know I can make it better. This time I nailed the rubber shading in a way that makes my forehead happy! Other than that the week was pretty good! Had some minor-weather-headaches, but that's just the thing for me with crazy weather. I did have a pretty good time, working on art and just keeping stuff running. I'm still not at the pace I would like to be – but every day I'm getting a bit better!
Apart from that got mah b-day tomorrow. Got all the supplies I need! That is a buncha cans of dr. Pepper. And some spaghetti. Planned something special for the morning that I was waiting for a bit X3
Other than that everythings fine on dogge side! Hope you folk are doing ok there and having a good 2017!
OH! Almost forgot! Mr
RipK and me finished the 2nd Issue of the NSF Comic! Gonna start workin on pages for the 3rd one pretty soon

Fake e-mails from PPal thingy.

Word reached me that there is currently a wave of fake PayPal e-mails that are some sort of scam mails.
A few of my friends did tell me they got some weird e-mails that look super realistic and such.
Just thought I'd let you guys know. Please be careful and keep your eyes open - both with this and scammy mails in general.
If you have any doubts - don't open, don't click any links!
Poke your friends about it - just for safety!

2017 – Week 1 Journal

SOOOO... Inspired by a good friend of mine (and partially attempting to organize my lazy butt) I decided that I'll try to do regular weekly journals and stuff. Friday seems like a good starting place. So let's go!
The first week of 2017 was pretty decent! I sadly wasn't as productive as I planned and that's all my fault. BUT I will try to fix that in the future and actually did 2 things that I wanted to do for a long time! One of them was making a profile / introduction pic I would be happy with and second – posting some content in my two other galleries. I really want to keep the other two profiles up to date with art and stuff. I haven't uploaded that much yet – kinda prepping myself and thinking how to do it logistically but... hey! The last one is btw a good source to check if I'm streaming, doing other stuff or simply check the pictures of the food I eat (I think there's actually a psychological condition for photographin your foob...).
Other than that the week has been pretty decent, if not a bit slow. I'm very positive about this year, and like I said last time – I'm sure there will be a few bumps here and there, but we went thru 2016. We're gonna make it guys.
What else... it finally started to snow here. I guess that's news XD

I know that some of you are still waiting and others are after the fact. It's soon gonna be 100% of 2017 everywhere. I don't know about you guys and gals, but I feel very hopeful.
2016 was a pretty rough year. I won't go into too much detail, cause it's not the point, but there was a lot of negative stuff happening. More than usual I think. Things on the big scale, some that affected us all directly or indirectly. There was one or two things that happened on my little scale. But that's not the point.
There is a new year coming. And it's gonna have it's own bumps and hard turns. But I feel hopeful about it. Because we're gonna make it work. And we're gonna make it good.
I wanted to wish you all out there everything the best. Tomorrow is a new morning and hey – maybe it's gonna be a good one? So take care there everyone, stay safe and awesome and whatever the future throws at us – we're gonna make it

Tags and You – a simple guide to a good relationship!

I wanted to write this journal for a while now, but as you all know I'm horrible at organizing. As you might have guessed from the title, this journal will be devoted to the usage of tags. I wanted to share some of my thoughts on the topic, which maybe will help somebody out there and be beneficial in general. So let's begin.
I tend to use tags a lot. Not only on FA, but also on other sites. For example: apart from looking thru my submission section and browsing, I search almost daily using the following tags: transformation, rubber, latex, petrification, statue, pooltoy, etc. It helps me to find art that sometimes would be tricky to find otherwise. At the same time thru my time on FA I noticed that a lot of art posted here is tagless. A lot of really, really good art that I find most appealing personally. And a lot of those pictures I found by a fluke. And it makes me a bit sad, cause art desires to be seen.
I can understand that some people might not have the time for tags and such – that's understandable. But at the same time I think that while not implementing tags doesn't necessarly make the picture “unfindable”, I think it limits a lot of possibilities for folks who would love to see something like that to find it. Even placing a few simple keywords, that might not be present in the available cathegories will help the picture find it's destinated audience. Also keep in mind that as time passes by, your art is moving further and further away from currently posted art. A good combination of tags will increase the chances that somebody will find your picture, like a hidden gem in the FA archives.
I will admit that tagging a picture beyond the basics can sometimes be tricky, and when I started – I didn't know where to go. But as time progressed I did create a little system on how I try to tag the art in general. In general it goes like this:
1. Always start with the characters / owners names. It specifiec the folk on the picture and makes it easier to find them without the need fo checking the picture in general.
2. Put the characters species names in. It doesn't hurt to use more than one name like for example Wolf and Canine . In the case of hybrid species drop the core name like Dragonwolf and both Dragon and Wolf. Also it can be helpful to also descibe wether or not the character is Anthro or Feral, Taur or otherwise. Physical descriptions are always a good tag anchor.
3. Name the theme of the picture. This is generally associated with fetishy pictures, but it helps a lot. Use for example Tranformation, TF, Bondage, etc. Try to nail the general theme of the picture first and the “sub themes” following.
4. Always try to think what are the key attracting things. If doing a rubber transformation or something like that – do mention Rubber, but also try to add some key qualities that you like in that, such as: Smooth, Shiny, Glossy, Sleek.
5. Describe the characters emotions. Wether the character in the picture is happy or sad, angry or surprised may be important for the viewer. Mention those especially if it's important to you!
6. Try to describe the picture in details, but don't put too many tags that repeat itself. “Brevity is the soul of wit”.

Life and stuff 2016/11/07

Huh, I literally didn't do a journal in a month. My bad.
So! Post-halloween-one-week-later journal. Sorry for being inactive.
I'm doing pretty fine! Halloween this year was awesome! I finally did a themed-picture series for halloween! Thank you everyone for the awesome support! I gotta admit that the last week before halloween was 1000miles per hour for me, but was super fun! I'm sorry the pictures took so long - it was a combination of my really bad organizing skills, bad time management and... some external time stealing factors. But overall I'm more than happy with the final results - I do hope all ya folks enjoyed it as well.
Other than that - things are good. Feeling good and healthy, ignoring the grey wet weather behind the window. Now, since halloween is over I'm going back to usual schedule. All the previous commissions and due pictures are of course still active, so gonna work on those. Will try to resume streams, though gotta think about upgrading my hardware since... the image quality of the cam ain't the best. But that will be fixed with time.
OH! I did actually get some trick-or-treaters this year! One group, but hey - better than nothin. I also had a plastic bloodied hand. Scared the living sh**. I feel like a prick. Still, it was worth it XD
