I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and I’m currently undergoing treatment for it! But not everything is being covered, and my illness prevents me from working. I don’t have anywhere else to turn to either ;;

How would you guys feel about me making an sfw account? Like would there be any interest in that? ; v ;

So to keep it short, I found out I have stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma and I've been super busy with doctor appointments and procedures and I'm about to start chemo, so commissions and stuff have been put on hold while I try and scrape money together for refunds (since all of what I had went to copayments for appointments) or for those that don't want that I'll be trying to work on that when available but refunds always an option. I've been super stressed about this honestly so the hiatus is mainly to take stress off of me and for me to get rest and recover. I'm still not even recovered from the lung surgery yet. But I will try my best to still post art here and on my tumblr too! I wont just stop posting and such for the 6 months of my chemo treatment !
In which case if you have any suggestions for me to draw with my characters and all for when I do get a chance feel free to leave some !

Sorry for the huge delay on things!
A lots happened recently and I’ve been really struggling with depression lately.
I’m hoping to have everything back on track soon!

All of my roommates are out of the house for a week so I can finally get to drawing. It’s been a really busy time lately with their friends from Florida visiting ie: I’ve been sleeping on the floor and everything, no room or time to draw.
But now that they’re gone I’m really excited to get back to it! I’ll be opening some more sketch commission slots if anyone’s interested! They’ll be started on tonight, as I’ve gotten a lot of free time now!

I could use some money for christmas for friends so I think I'll take in a few sketch commissions today!

So I might go on a short hiatus that may last all of next week to only just the weekend. My friends are taking me on a trip for my birthday on the 16th

My tablet broke today, and I don't know when I'm getting a new one next (could be years).
I really don't want to go back to doing mainly traditional art, since drawing is my main source of income and how I make ends meet and nobody was interested in traditional art.
My friend suggested opening up donations here. ;;

Seriously, when I look at some of your guys' art, I can't believe how perfect and straight the lineart is. Now that I'm working in sai it just amazes me. So many people have given me tips and told me how to use the pressure, the stabilizer, everything and I'm /still/ making the sloppiest lineart I've ever seen in my entire life. That's kinda the reason im not posting any of my attempts in sai because I'm so embarrassed about my sloppy lines..
Like, did you guys make a pact with the devil to have such straight lines? Like, teach me your ways. Cuz I can't do it.
