Posted 8 years agoGreetings, I’d like to take this time to thank you first, for looking into me purchase my services as an artist.
I. GENERAL TERMS.
1. Please be aware that you are not purchasing physical or digital goods, upon completion of the final work you will be granted the license to use the Final Work (Completed Piece).
II. PAYMENT
1. All commissions must be paid in full upfront unless stated otherwise. All prices are in USD.
2. Payment is expected within 48 hours. No response or payment will result in your commission being cancelled.
3. I will ask for your paypal email upon confirmation and send an invoice. Do not send the payment before I confirm with you via note and invoice! Any payment before confirmation will be considered a donation.
4. If you'd like to tip, you may add it into the tip portion of the invoice.
Tips are greatly appreciated but not necessary.
5. Upon payment, you have agreed to the Cost of Service.
III. PROCESS
1. I am an artist that like many other artists wants to leave a customer fully satisfied. My process consists of dedicating time to research the commission itself. This includes the species, the anatomy and the poses.
2. The normal wait for a paid commission is between six hours to 2 weeks. For larger projects possibly a month, however I will keep you updated and informed on any unexpected delays or changes.
3. Upon receiving payment, I will begin researching for the piece itself. From there I will send out WIP’s. NOTE: Be aware that for icons I will not send WIP unless you ask me to.
4. Any changes after the approval of the sketch phase will result in revision fees. Revisions Fees will be no less than $5 USD and can increase based on how large the changes are.
IV. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
2. There is NO refund option for adoptables. YCH’s, In-streams and wing-its must be cancelled prior to work being started on them to receive a refund.
3. You may get a full refund if I have not started working on the commission.
4. If the sketch has been started and you cancel, you will receive Minus $15 dollars of what you paid.
5. If line art or more is completed, you will be refunded based on what stage I am in. For example if you have paid for a shaded piece and ask for a cancellation after the flat color, you will receive $10 USD.
6. Upon finalization of the work, no refunds will be given.
V. Personal Rights
1. No edits are allowed on any work I have completed. This includes removal of my watermarks or changing any aspect of the piece. Contact me if you require any sort of edit. Changes after the Final Work will result in revision fees no less than $5 USD or higher depending on what is to be changed.
2. I retain full rights over all materials prior to Finalization.
3. If you chose to cancel or refund, ownership of the work will revert to me. If a chargeback is filed after finalization it will be considered a breach of Terms and your rights to the Final Work will be revoked.
4. Upon Finalization, you have the right to post the work wherever you’d like as long as I am cited as the original artist.
VI. WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
• Diapers
• Scat, urination
• HyperFurs
• Vore
• Sexual themes with cubs or children
• Feral on anthro sexual themes
• Intense gore(guts hanging out, necrophilia, castration)
• Art from other artist, and on top of that that artist will be notified.
• Sexual Themes with Pokemon or Digimon Characters
VII. GIFT ART AND REQUESTS
1. There is currently no longer any free art requests. Please refrain from asking.
2. Raffle freebies are wing it based. This means I have the freedom to choose the pose. Exceptions are if the owner of the character wants a NSFW or SFW pose.
3. If you chose do not like the finished product, ownership of the work will revert to me. The work will be recolored for another person in the freebie raffle pool or it will be redone and sold as an adopt.
