Hey gang. Lots have happened since last journal update. My moving into a new house went well. Currently living in a garage that we've refurbished to be my gorgeous room/storage room cause the main house is a little too full (I like the extra privacy anyways lol).

did some woodwork, reframed and made a doorway so I could walk in/out way easier than the singular garage door.

Got an electric heater that I plug in and keep the place at a solid 60 degrees alongside 2 layers of clothes to keep warm.

It's cozy, small, compact, and im kinda living the dream honestly. I got internet, friends to occasionally hang out with. Im kinda hoping one day I make enough money to consistently travel to Cons, even saving up to get a fursuit once the economy gets better. Heck, if it doesn't I might just learn to make them myself.


My visual novel is coming along slow but steady. The progress on it is consistently just like 1-2 pages a day, so I should be finished sometime around 2027.

My AMV is also making progress. Albiet i'm kinda just blocking out the main pacing to do a better draw-over later on. (man, Krita works for animation but it has major problems, like I have so many frames of animation that saving takes a whole 3 mintues and sometimes krita just crashes randomly when im trying to play the animation to check for pacing and song synchronicity.)

With all that being said, Thanks to y'all who are checkin' me out. I do this for funsies.

I know im blessed with a good life, I don't mean to say stuff like im bragging but just having a roof over my head, a job that pays for my food and bills (annually a video game or two), and internet connection... I'm living a life that a gigantic number of people would kill for, and I don't forget that. I think of that everyday. I appreciate it, all of it, the small stuff, some A-hole blocking me off in traffic, because i know that it's really not that big a deal compared to what others suffer.

there's never going to be a "best year" of your life, or my life, but all in all 2025 was a pretty okay year for me. Honestly.

Maybe I'm just simple. But that's okay. Simple is good, sometimes. Keeps us alive, and healthy.

WELP I got bad news, as it stands my old house isn't going to sell and I can't afford two mortgages. They're eating too much into both me and my familiy's income. Im already a very frugal person.



I don't pay for subscription services, I never eat out, I put almost every penny into either savings or spend it on home improvement tools/supplies so I can do repairs myself and with my dad.


I might have to take out another loan or figure out just... something, anything. I dont know anymore. It's getting hard to really focus on art sometimes.


I hope it all works out, but I've already mathed out my monetary situation and i'm 1000 dollars short of the 5K two mortgages payment by the February, then i'll have to... idk. Just... figure something out.

just about finished moving houses! Unfortunately, tragedy has struck and my drawing tablet has some cables that got broken in the move. I already ordered replacements.

im really excited and hopeful that I'm in a much cheaper place to live and can hopefully continue doing art for y'all <3

So uh Im gonna be gone for at least a week or two online. im in the midst of a move and quite literally this wednesday im gonna have nothing left in my current house. So uh just letting y'all know I didn't fall off a cliff or anything lol

yeah it sucks and for the forseeable future, my workplace is giving me (and my entire shop) mandatory overtime at the factory. So the art-making is gonna slow down a bit. and personally, im also kinda just sore all the time ;-;

on the bright side, an extra 700$ after taxes is very nice in these trying times. but man... no free time on the weekend fucking sucks.

For the personal side of stuff, Im gonna have to slow down on doing art for a bit. Someone ran into my car and bent the frame so I'm gonna have to take the bus to work for a while. Just means y'all will be getting more IRL, SFW sketches and less digital stuff while I work on my car. Estimation is like 3-4 months for me save enough budget for a used car w/o bankrupting myself.

Honestly Idk if I'm exactly pricing stuff correctly but I wanna get more opinions. Like do y'all feel that this is a fair price for patreon? too high?

Im making good progress on an upcoming comic. All of the art looks scraggly and is very much just for pacing so I can kinda experiment and get used to pacing my panels correctly, and to the workload provided by the comic.

Hey everyone! just a small update on my personal life. Things are going well overall. My grandma's health is better(relatively speaking. She still has dementia and I visit her quite often to help) but she can recognize me and I like making sure she's happy for the hours we spend together.

My job's getting harder with each passing day in the factory I work in, but it's still doable for me to do art after or before work. It just takes a whiiiiiiiiile, haha.

As for financial, I'm still doing okay there. I save every penny and donate blood in addition to my normal job, just to squeeze out a few extra dollars where it counts, ya know?


I'll admit, I haven't been working out quite as much as I used to, but my job in the factory is very physical so I think that kinda makes up for it?

In any case, I hope you all stick around for the occasional art piece.

There's honestly not too much really to update in my personal life besides me getting a little more social and getting out more. I'm still not particularly uh "socially aware" and I still practically live under a rock, but I'm glad I can kinda connect with people sometimes.

it just feels odd, I guess. I don't have anyone I can earnestly share my feelings with IRL, so this is more or less my reprise from... idk, life? I guess. In any case I'm just glad I can enjoy what I do and improve while doing it.

Heya gang. small update just on life stuff going on with me.

I've been getting more and more free time and i'm able to work on art more, and chill out more.

I tend to get pretty bad stress migraines so it's super nice that i'm able to actually like... do stuff that I wanna do. I can actually go outside and just sit in the grass and relax.


I've been super stressed for so long, but it feels good to just sit there and cloud watch. So thanks guys for sticking with me, even though I might not be the best artist around.

I love my life and i wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. I'm me cause of all the awful things i've experienced, and I can make life better for other people, so I should!
