I know it's been a while, and, I basically spent the last few years just getting absolutely smacked around by life, couldn't draw but I've at least been try to live my life and survive. But, yeah. I don't know what I did this year, but literally since 2024 started I have been getting my absolute ass kicked non stop by life, starting with my rabbit dying practically on New Years, and literally since not a single thing has gone right.

I'm gonna keep it brief but I'm not here out of a want, rather a lack of options. I've been screwed over non stop, had so many emergencies, been fucked over with housing, my job ruined my life and forced me to lose insurance, and lose access to all the medications that were significantly helping me, I can't work any more than I am already because I'm barely capable of it without my medications, I'm absolutely falling apart and I don't know what to do. The absolute worst part is I've almost fixed everything, I really am so close to fixing it all but I was a fucking fool and put my trust in living with someone which was a huge mistake and now I'm stuck with rent I can't afford on my own, and its actively crushing me.

My plan is to just draw as much as I can without injuring myself (lol) to be able to get to the end of this lease and be able to afford going somewhere else. If anyone's interested in more, I'll gladly vent about where I'm at right now, but as far as this journal goes I don't think I'm accomplishing much.

I can't guarantee they will stay at this price as I'm working on calibrating myself with the art world again and figuring out my timing and whatnot. But, yeah.
I'll be trying to draw more in general to have more samples.

I'm gonna try to keep this short but, famous last words.

It's been quite a chunk of time since I've been around, I've been struggling to navigate and keep the reins on this whole life thing in the meanwhile.
I miss the Fandom and I miss participating and feeling able to. I really miss drawing and I think the feelings associated with seeing art and not being able to myself has caused a lot of distance and ill feelings.

I'm not crazy it seems, I've been diagnosed with quite a few things since I've last tried to be around.

The key player being I was very recently diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder.
It contextulizes and has validated 15 years of worsening chronic pain. It's come to a point I physically can't bring myself to draw because I can't operate my hands with that much pressure for long and unfortunately art is am extended process.

I'm trying Treatments and begging for them to help because I really truly miss art.

And I know I don't have to make art to contribute but it's the way I enjoy participating in the Fandom. I truly do want to feel well enough to come back.
Not a happy update, but maybe a hopeful one at least.

Hey everyone who's reading, just come across my mind I should say something over here.

I am definitely not dead, just still gonna be on hiatus from posting and I'm still not sure how long.

I've been going through a lot of life changes. I've recently started a new job, that I think I'm much happier in. I may have to move in the next few months, we shall see. I started taking medications for my various mental and physical ailments.

I feel like I'm working on getting into a better place in life, but I'm not there just yet.
Things are still very busy and turbulent for me. I need to get settled at my new work place, get comfortable, if I move thats going to take up a ton of my time and energy and of course having to get settled in that regard.
My car is still garbage so that could be a disaster at any moment LMAO

But I still want to hang on to the Fandom, I still want to do art, I still want to go to cons. I just... still kinda can't just yet.

But I am fairly optimistic that 2022 is going to be year of a lot of growth and success for myself, and I hope it translate to some ease on mind.

I don't even remember the last time I posted anyways but, yeah I feel like it would be considerate to formally let you guys know I think I'm gonna be less.... around for a little while.
I'm having a rather difficult time both mentally and physically and it's been massively preventing me from doing art, keeping up on things, socializing online and etc.

Irl has gotten too much to juggle so I think I need a bit of time to get my shit together. And I think I really got re-evaluate my relationship with the fandom anyways. Online is weird, idk.

I wanted to write a gentle reminder of the sheer invasive-ness of stealing and bastardizing someones character and/or designs. You don't know who that character is, or what they mean, you don't know who the owner is. You don't know the purpose of their creation or just what they mean to someone, or how much you'd be violating a person by doing so to their character, to them. You will never, ever, even after confrontation understand the extent with which you've harmed that person, harmed their views of the world, harmed their views of their own creative property and prospects. You will never understand where that persons mind may be at, or where they've been put because of that.

I also ask, please TELL people if you see their characters, their work, or anything of theirs being misused.
Please do everything you can to protect your own creations.
Even if it means putting out money, dealing with paperwork and lawyers.
Know what's yours and defend it relentlessly.

These are very loosely held numbers for 2021, they will likely stay as they are til I open, but I will probably learn a lot more about my prices through working with them and might adjust them up or down (or fix up inconsistencies) as needed throughout the year.

It's called "Panda Deity"
I'll need your address for this one cause there's the occasion where I may be sending you physical goods and works created for you!

The essence of this tier is that you'll be getting monthly semi-mystery commissions from me, of various mediums and styles and completions. More often than not they will be complete artworks, on occasion it will be physical/traditional/sculpture works I will be sending to you by mail c: On rare occasional I may even do full illustrations...!
This is a way to obtain guaranteed, monthly experimental works of your character(s) or otherwise from me!

Considering all this, it will be a fairly expensive tier at $70/mo, as well as it's going to remain super limited to only 3 slots total.
As my Patreon is an initial charge, you'll get contacted right away for your first piece, and then at the start of each month for the following piece(s).

My previous sketch reward tier (Bamboo Beast) has been grandfathered in at it's original price, and I've created a copy of it with an increased the price for that tier as well as limited it! That said there's only 15 of these slots available.
In that tier you get a monthly artwork from me of any character or thing you desire, no shipping address is required here c: This is in addition to all the previous tier perks!
This was done because I realized I was doing quite fuller sketches and pieces than I expected to for this tier, oops ^^'


I have also added to ALL tiers, as low as the $1 Bamboo Baby tier, patrons will get exclusive Patreon-Only Commission slot(s) for when I do finally open for commissions!
As well as First Day Dibs on adoptables!

The discord would be intended for more serious, professional furry artists and content creators (writers, musicians, dealers etc). For example people who have some level of a career creating for the furry fandom. (Even if it's like a paid part time hobby that your active in, or looking to become more career like!)

The purpose would be to have a sort of community for us, so we can bounce ideas off each other, get advice and feedback from other creators and whatnot!
