Aisling Singh goes by the following usernames:
OpalWater- DA
AislingForestCat- FA
By commissioning, buying or trading with Aisling(Myself) You agree by default to these terms and policies. These Policies and terms are subject to change without formal notice.
Payment:
Payment can and will range from a few platforms, the main one being Paypal. All payments will be made to aislings.art17 [@] gmail.com and must be made within 24 hours of interest.
I do not offer refunds unless I am unable to finish art.
50% non-refundable deposit must be made before commissions are started.
Point payments may be offered with the understanding that $1USD will be worth 100 DA points.
USD is the only currency I take payment in on paypal, conversions must be done by the commissioner through paypal. Any tips you give will NOT be included in the price of the character.
Resale:
Yes, you may resell any adopt or character. However, you may not sell it for more than the purchase or commission price unless it has additional art which was commissioned.
Credit for the art or edits must remain. (My logo)
Any Tips are NOT allowed to be included in the price for resale.
Crediting:
Crediting is a must. All base artist information will be given when purchasing or commissioning.
Must credit me for the edits or design.
Can edit all credits onto any piece for no additional cost to ensure credit’s remain.
Posting rights:
You may post any art by me on any platform so long as credit is clearly stated in or on the description.
Printing rights or Stock rights:
You do not have stock or printing rights of any work.
Trades:
Wip’s must be sent to show progress
Art must be completed by an agreed upon timeline
Communication must be solid and have no gaps
I may terminate any trade if expectations are not met by a reasonable time
If you do not finish your half of the trade, I will not give you my finished half.
I have the right to decline any commissions, requests or trades
