My absence and no im not ded
Posted 11 months agoWhere to start, well Iv been out of the community for nearly a decade, Life is strange and you travel down paths that join together and separate down the road, and sometime its full of circles and you find yourself back at a junction you vaguely remember, Iv been essentially out of communication this entire time, and what was suppose to be a hiatus from all social media lasted longer then expected, Iv mainly been traveling, adventuring, and living life. I'm now in a another chapter and find myself nostalgic for something I once found enjoyment.
To the friends that left messages thinking I was actually ded, I'm sorry its understandable.
"He went feral and crawled back into the woods to never be seen again."
My goal is for this account to be familiar ground and act as a holding pattern for me to possibly reconnect with old friends, and for me to test the waters in a new social media landscape, I plan to get back into art and building again. Hopefully Ill pick up a few new faces along the way.

commission info!!! (+ToS)
Posted 10 years agoCOMMISSION INFO (CLOSED)
I will be accepting ONLY 3 fursuit head commissions, possibly partials depending on complexity, for the months of June and July.
GENERAL PRICING
This is base pricing, all quotes and price estimates may change depending on complexity or fluctuation in cost of material.
Head $600~
Partail $1100~
Full suit plantigrade $1600~(not open)
Full suit digitigrade $2200~ (not open)
RULES AND LIMITATIONS
For this run I will only be doing common specie types. this is like but not limited to canines, felines, vulpines, ect and species of similar structure.
I will not be making any exotics, or OC species unless I have approved it first and am willing to do so.
HOW TO ORDER
To get a quote from me PLEASE SEND ME A NOTE with a list of details, a ref sheet, and any other forms of reference you wish to provide. I will need to know exactly what you are looking for the more specific the better. Once approved then you will be able to reserve a commission slot.
PAYMENT PROCESS
I will require a 30% non refundable down payment to claim your commission slot. This will allow me to purchase materials required and start working on the building process.
The remaining 70% will need to be completely paid off by the end of the commissioned month thats 31 days form your down payment before I begin suit construction.
If you do not complete payments on time, your commission schedule gets pushed back that much further. The sooner you pay it off, the sooner I can start. Paying it off early is highly recommended and keeps things running smoothly. Late enough payments or failure to pay on time repeatedly can result in a cancellation of your commission slot.
In the case of a cancellation and refund once the building process has begun the refund will vary depending on how much time and materials I have invested. I reserve the right to refuse a total refund to anyone at my discretion.
PAYMENT METHODS
The preferred and safest method of payment is through PayPal, note the total cost of any commission will also include the paypal service fees required.
The second is I do accept cash, but it is not entirely recommended, either in mail or in person always remember to put cash in a non transparent or translucent envelop, and be sure to choose wisely the shipping service you choose, I am not liable for any lost or missing shipments.
>>> I WILL NOT ACCEPT CHECKS <<<
BUILDING PROSESS AND TIMEFRAME
All commissions are complicate custom pieced of art work, that have a due process that take time with varying levels of complexity and difficulty. Please let me know if you have any times sensitive requirement and I will try to accommodate those needs as best I can. However I do not grantee any deadlines, only estimates on completion, Updates on your work will be posted on request, or at the completion of key steps.
(I'm new at commissions, but feel free to ask me any questions or comments you make have, or any details i may have missed, and i will try to respond to them as best I can.)

New Job New Direction
Posted 11 years agoI have finally decided to strike it out on my own once again, with the income of my last job, I have saved enough to finish my degree and start construction of my personal studio, this is a much needed improvement to the inadequate debauchery that i currently call a workshop now, However once I finish construction I will be getting back into my intended trade of leather-craft and blacksmithing. this change will decrease the number of projects and commissions i would take of other verities but not completely, I will still stick with making the occasional cosplay and fursuit just not as often. Until then I will be looking forward to catching some fire, and striking some red iron in my new forge and get back on track of my intended goals.

Abuse of donations
Posted 11 years agoTo all those that "donate" money to "patrons" "gofundme" ect, for art related content, on subject matters, pertaining to ones interest, in the hopes for, some means for a goal, art, or gratitude form the artist in question, because they ask for such "sponsor me" "help needed" "be a patron" so on and so on. Be mindful of this situation, and know that the fact is, this is really nothing more then a cash grab gimmick, It may be clever and well though out, but it the end it is nothing more then begging for money, it is not accountable for we do not know were the donations go where the funding is truly being used, and less so abuse to the idea of free flowing creativity and motivation through true inspiration and not monetary goals, and more so to the patrons being scamped out of there money,
Second to all the"artists" out there that have and or need patrons to continue to do your work, if you need monetary donations to continue drawing/art , to make up for or to offset your personal financial issues, because of your own incompetence to budget and or greedy you're pathetic, I would tell the community to be weary of such shameful activity and people. I would also suggest monetization of this activity and to ween out this behavior. with the exception of notarized individuals that have provable accountability, and are locked in for proper compensation to the patrons and promised goals.

Alaska
Posted 11 years agoAnd Im off to the glorious highlands of the Alaskan wilderness for a month of adventure...be back in July.
Off to norther territories!
Posted 11 years agoForgot to mention I will be leaving next Thursday, for a month and a half to Alaska for survival training, then a potential prospecting tour there after, Im going to be out of contact for a while, Its going to be a strenuous and potentially dangerous trip, but its something that I have been looking forward to for quite some time. I will be sure to document my travels along they way, but wish me luck, see you guys later when I return.
Coffee addict issues
Posted 11 years agoOnce again I return home to my estate, after a long work week only to discover my beloved caffeinated beverage is gone. The sweet nectar of the gods, the holy water of divine aroma, the liquid pleasure of my life. Completely exhausted of all resources, The half awake panic that ensued there after was something that could be best describe as, a frustrated zombie shuffle through the kitchen pantries and doors. In my frantic panic was the experience not only sobering, but like a high voltage shock to my frontal lobe, I found myself in a awe inspiring sense of clarity, as the last drop of adrenal secretions kicked in, and somewhere deep down in the cockles of my brain matter, kicked up a vivid memory of a long forgotten stash, I crawled desperately up the stairs with the determination of a crazed weasel on all fours. Up I went stopping just short of the ottoman positioned just front of the piano, upturning the damn thing on it side, to reveal a mason jar with a cup worth of the glorious brown beans. Like an egg robber I snatched the jar, clutching it to my chest and posthaste proceeded down the stairs with gallant strides like a majestic velociraptor with a prized kill. My joy was only matched by my excitement as I ground the little brown bastards into a satisfying granulated consistency, and slapped then into the the overly flashy chromed contraption, what seemed like an eternity soon gave way to the heavenly dew as it steamed and vented into my cup, Grabbing it with both hands and savoring the smell, I turned to relish in the moment only to have my sure footed path meet something of a soft fluffy texture, and like a slow motion train wreck the inevitable forces of gravity and inertia, along with the shrill screeching of the feline ninja beneath my feet. the cup of the delectable wonder, slipped from its entrapment, sailing into the air splintering off into droplets of liquid gold, and crashing to the moisture deprived wooden floor below, The silence that processed was almost deafening as I could heard the ever quickening pace of my heart beat, only for the stillness cut short by the soft mew and purr of an affectionate feline, as she brushed softly agent my leg for assurance in a clear display of apology.
...In the end I bought more coffee, and many more cuddles form my adorable feline companion.
