I'm thinking Tee but let's get your opinions!

I want to do character studies, of my own characters. These will consist of lots of gesture sketches, little facts and points of interest, etc. Basically a lot of sketches and stuff that will explain who my characters are, what they like, etc. To give them more depth and personality. Mostly really tiny details like posture, how they eat. Stupid things, that are important to me and I think will help me draw them better. It'll also give me a chance to focus on each of their body types, one at a time.

All of my characters have at least some sort of background and they all have personalities and flaws. This could be incredibly boring for those who don't care about my characters and just want to see art, but I must have some watchers similar to myself. I personally would be thrilled to see some of my favorite artists do character studies. I love to get to know characters and learn who they are. It makes a character an actual character, and not just a pretty face.

I need to practice, very badly. I don't use references, I don't study anatomy, form, or anything. What you see in my art is just what comes out of my hand as I draw. Sometimes I use pose refs, but I don't use refs nearly as much as I should. It upsets me how slowly I'm progressing. My art now is different than it was 5 months ago, but it's not enough for me.

So, post a ref. I will pick people who I think have characters that fit what I'm trying to improve on. I'm looking for anything from red foxes to bumblebees, thin childlike characters to beefy man meat, slender girly boys and voluptuous women, antelopes and elephants, herms and ferals, fish and birds. Anything. I want to draw a huge variety of things and I will spend as much time as necessary to make each and every one appealing(to myself. If others don't like it, oh well). I also focus a lot on cute, sweet stuff. So, throw something angry, grotesque or down right slutty at me.

If you could please help me out by including with your ref what you think you'd be pushing me to practice, it'd be greatly appreciated. For example:

Points of interest: Character is a very toned, fit alligator. His demeanor is very dominant and aggressive"

In this case I'd be focusing on the characters musculature, species and a pose/expression that expresses his personality.

In this case I'd need to resist the urge of drawing curvy thick hips and thighs, instead focusing on a thin, delicate frame. She'd probably have the leg structure of a deer, which I need much practice with, as I do many other aspects of a deers anatomy.

NOTE: This is going to be completely in my artistic vision. You can suggest a pose or situation, but I will ultimately draw whatever I want. I will NOT draw animal genitals. I will experiment with adult art, if you allow me to, and sheaths are okay but horse/dog dongs? Nope, sorry. I WILL respect your limits of course, so if you don't want something drawn, tell me! Otherwise I will roll with it.

EDIT 2: I'm only looking for characters with drawn references. Also, I specifically want to focus on characters. Obviously everyone can always improve everything that they draw but I am not ready to focus on every single thing ever. Characters only.

Everyone keeps asking about commissions and pricing and such, even though I'm closed. I don't have a price sheet because I don't like pricing things unless I know what I'm drawing. I want to torture reward myself. My main job at home is customer service. I have to answer our customers emails and make them happy so that they continue to give us money. The holidays were RIDICULOUS and I was overwhelmed. Too many emails and angry customers for one person.

I'm still way behind by at least .. *peeks* .. 200 emails. :C I've had such a hard time dealing with these people because of just how many there are. Idiot customer, pissed off customer, one after the other. I can't stand telling someone who is wrong that they are right but I have to.

SO ANYWAY, I'm thinking maybe I can set up an incentive. Personal art! C: That YOU get to request. I want to draw something that I'm very proud of. The catch is that I have to wait until ALL emails are answered, and ALL owed art is completed.

Where do you and the requests come in? You get to suggest what I should draw. Not anyone's personal characters. This is not free art for you. Those will be hidden.

Suggest absolutely anything else. An epic battle between some Elfane? A cute group picture of all my girls? Just a random Ocelot girl lounging? Tee and Jay? You may be as specific or vague as you'd like. I will pick what appeals to me most and if I complete my goals, I'll draw it. I want it to be my best work to date, so I will put a lot of time and effort into it.

Restrictions:
This is not art for you or your friends. No personal characters unless they belong to me.

You may suggest species that I don't draw like gryphons, turtles, horses, whatever, but do note that I am 99% likely to NOT do it because I have no interest in those things.
Mens probably wont be drawn unless they're one of my personal characters.

I want to work on a series. I have a comic and a few folios planned but I'm hoping I can be inspired by a picture series. I want to do something for free. xP

It's December which is like, Pokemon month or something. I wanna try something similar but a different theme.

So, challenge me to something! What would you like to see ~30 pictures of? I'll pick my favorite and try to get it all done in a month. :3

I'm in the mood to illustrate a mature/adult short comic but I'm an awful writer.

I know I promised someone a comic in the past, but I no longer have the character I was going to use, so I'll have to think about what I want to do with that, plus, I want something with stricter guidelines.

So, pitch an idea, a small paragraph here in this journal. As soon as I find an idea I like, we'll discuss it more, and you'll then give me the exacts of what goes on. Basically like you're writing a book. I don't need to know exact camera angles and super detailed stuff like that, but I'll need actions and text.

Rules:
Can be anywhere from general to adult, but I'd really rather do something sexy, elegant and sensual, rather than smutty, dirty and gross.
Female x female, or male x female. No more than 2 characters, and NO male x male. Sorry... Just not my thing.
No fetishes, to an extent. Biting, a little bit of blood, bit of bondage, stuff like that is fine, as long as the main focus isn't on the fetish itself.
If you want me to use specific characters, please include references, though, I'm picky and the character design might affect my decision.
NONE of my characters will be available unless you're a close friend. Tee and Jay are absolutely off limits, regardless.
