If you're wondering why I haven't started on your design or the communication has been silent please check it out, though you're always free to shoot me a message. Just remember that I'm a little hobby artist trying my best every day. ;w;

Commission TOS

OVERVIEW

- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if I do not agree with it
- The payment must be in Euro, I only take PayPal
- Therefore, I need your PayPal E-Mail to send you an invoice
- I don't do holds, the payment has to be sent and come through within the next 24 hours
- I have the right to display your commission on my Social Media (DeviantArt, Instagram etc.)
- If you do not wish that please notify me in the beginning
- I might use your commission as an example for future reference/in my portfolio
- If you do not wish that please notify me in the beginning
- Rude and/or disrespectful behaviour will automatically result in cancellation
- You can DM me on DeviantArt, FA or Instagram
- Do not rush me.

PROCESS

- I only work with clear and coloured references, I cannot work with solely a wall of text
- Any reference is welcome. This might be your own (be it a character sheet, a scribble or doodle of what you imagine the pose or composition should be), a picrew, real people, a stock image, etc.. Just provide me with CLEAR visual references
- The payment must be done before I start with the commission
- I will provide you with a (rough) sketch and you can tell me your opinions and if you want any changes
- After that you can decide if you want to be updated on the next step WIPs or not (clear sketch, lineart, flat colouring, etc.) - you can ask any time for the progress tho
- After the piece is finished, I will NOT make huge changes anymore (pose adjustment, different clothes/expression/character or anything which means I'd have to redraw it completely) otherwise I will charge extra
- This includes mistakes due to unclear references, lack of communication or no correction when given the WIPs
- Small changes, which in my opinion are easily corrected (colour HSB, a lineart mistake, etc.) are to an extent doable
- You will receive the commission as a full resolution piece however you prefer (stash, E-Mail etc.)

YOUR COPYRIGHT

- You can display the commission on your website or wherever only if you give me proper credit
- You can use it for personal purposes
- You can print it, frame it, idk burn it or whatever and claim the right of your character but not the drawing itself, that's for the artist
- You cannot use it for commercial use, claim it as yours fully, trace/edit/copy it, etc.

MY COPYRIGHT

- The artist holds every right to the produced commission, the drawing, not the commissioner
- As mentioned in the Overview, that means I can use it for self-promotion on different sites, in my portfolio, general display and however I like

DO NOT

- Do not reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially in ANY way
- That means making money of it in any way, shape or form
- Don't take credit for the creation
- Do not remove the artist tag/watermark whatever the artist uses to identify

UNDERAGED COSTUMER

If someone underage commissioned/ordered something from me, I do not take the responsibility. I will assume that the commissioner has the parental concern and authorisation to do so.
I will not accept refunds.

Adoptable TOS

OVERVIEW

- The payment must be sent within the next 24 hours of claiming the adopt
- I don't do holds, if the payment is not received within the given time, it will be open again
- Payment in Euro (€)
- No refunds
- If needed, I can end the auction ahead of time
- Can do customs, please DM me for that

WHEN YOU BOUGHT ONE

- A separate reference file of your adopted character will be sent to you
- I can transfer the adopt also on toyhouse if you want
- Do not claim the design as yours/your creation
- You can change the design/information of the adoptable however you desire - but keep it somewhat recognisable!
- You can resell the adopt for the same price or lower
- Please notify me who you resold it to so I can keep track of the ownership
- You are not allowed to profit/make money in any shape or form off a design

CREDIT

- Do not remove the artist's art tag/watermark/identification on the original design piece
- ALWAYS credit the artist if you post the original design piece somewhere:
- FurAffinity: Akamon
- DeviantArt: (the main art account) @/akamonetti, (the adopt account) @/Akadoptamon - you can pick
- Toyhouse: Akamon
- Credit the artist AT LEAST once if you use it or post anything about it

REMEMBER, ALL OTHER TOS ALSO APPLY TO THIS ONE EXCEPT STATED OTHERWISE! SO CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THEM AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, MESSAGE ME!
