I want to go from convetion to convention but the biggest thing stopping me is the cost. My family and I love traveling! Just love it! But we can't aford it. SO! Here is what we want to do!
Get an RV!
Yep! an RV would cut down on the cost of travel by just under half. Hotels are expensive. So I want to try and raise money so we can get a motor home.
Now I'm not asking you to give me money for nothing. Over the next few days, post completion of my current school project, I will be posting up a bunch of price sheets and broadcasting my availability. Here is what I plan to offer.
Starting off with the basics.
Hand drawn art from my sketch book with the page shipped to you via postal service.
Digital artwork done through photo shop.
And badges!
Next come suits.
3 full or partial suit commission slots at a time. Once the three are completed, another three will open.
I will also be working on getting suit props up on the market.
Now here come something different.

A true story
General | Posted 7 years agoA story came back to my head and I wanted to share it.
A few years back I was working on the suit that would be named Dirt Cookie. He was just getting to the point of being furred and I had all the fur cut out. I like to sew the parts by hand as I feel its quicker than fighting the sewing machine with all the tinny parts.
So my grandmother was part of this long arm quilting association charity group. And there was this quilting show going on. Her group had a table there and were handing out information about the group. Here is why this is important to the story. The group couldn't get enough people to commit to manning the booth. So my grandmother requested my sister and I to aid her. I had nothing better to do so I agreed.
I knew there would be long hours of nothing to do but sit at a booth and answer anyone's questions so I brought Dirt Cookie's head with me to sew.
It was the second day of the event and I was progressing nicely. I didn't have the eyes in, or a nose teeth or tung. But the ears were sewn and placed over the foam and the muzzle was mostly sewn. One of my grandmother's friends came over to chat and noticed my work. She asked about it and as some of the others from the group had done. I hid my work in my lap when show goers came by so not to detract too much from the porous of the table.
I told the older woman of my work, assuming she was just making idle chatter and wasn't too interested in the project. But she kept asking questions. And I would answer them honestly. Finally as I was testing a peace I had just sewn to the head she asked if she could try it on. To say I was surprised that this mild mannered woman wanted to try on the head was an understatement.
I told her that once I had it so there were no pins holding it together then she could.
The next day rolls around and I am finishing up sewing the fur. Still no teeth or nose, or even eyes. But there were no pins. The woman came back and asked how it was going. I told her and she eagerly asked if she could put it on and show her friends at her booth. I agreed; helped her put on the partially finished head, straighten the fur out and she giddily walked over to her table and showed them my work. She was so excited about my suit head.
I think that's what I like about making suits. It's definitely not the long hours holding scissors. Or the hot glue burns. It can't be finding stray fur in my food at lunch. No.
It's seeing people happy and excited. It's knowing that I made them happy.
That's what I like.

General | Posted 7 years agoA lot of people claim one animal or hybrid to be for all time. Yet some people hop from animal to animal. Who is right?
A person who chooses one form and stays with that form is confident. They know who they are. They don’t change it. It’s a sign of self confidence and security in one’s own identity.
A person who changes their form may be fluid in their self identity. They may be self conscious or fickle in their choices. They might be seeking approval of those around them with their identity.
But definitions may not be all true.
A person who stays with one form may be seeking security and stability in their own self. Scared to change and grow so they stay the same.
A person who bounce from one to another may be free to change and grow.
So where do you sit? Why have you chosen your form? Why do you stay or change?

I'm running a panel...... activity?
ANY WHO! I'm doing a thing! Here is what you need to know!
AS OF RIGHT NOW this is here we will be hanging out at:
Make sure to check your con schedule in case of any changes.
I'm bringing my Jimbe. Bring your own instrument or come to clap or stomp along.
This will be done in a drum circle style, so any one is welcome.
It may get loud depending on how many people we have, and so long as we are at least trying ( ;P ) to play together, we should sound decent.
For any one who comes in late, we aren't shutting you out!
So here is how you join in.
1) First you need to find a seat that's not taken. Now you don't have to sit. Some people will stand. Heck, I may even be on the floor to use it as my instrument. So any where is fine. Just find a spot.
2) LISTEN
This is important. listen to what is being done. Find the rhythm, or beat and recognize it.
3) Start playing. Once you hear the rhythm and beat you can add you own instrument to it. If you don't think you can keep up, or don't think you can add anything, just wait till you hear us change the tempo to something you can.
Yes. Even a free for all jamming session will have rules.
1: Be Respectful.
This is a given. Like with any art, it's important to be nice and considerate of others in the room.
2: Don't be an attention hog.
I get that you may want to show off and do a solo or something. That's fine! But try not to FORCE your way into the spot light at the cost of some one else. ALSO Don't drag it out and keep the attention 100% on you. Let others have a turn.
3: Be a team player.
This is a lot like numbers 1 and 2. But it also is about how every one is playing. The goal isn't to each be playing a different song with it's own tempo and beat. It's about working together to play the same impromptu music. Only when we play in a way that compliments each other, then are we playing music instead of making a huge ruckus.
4: BE RESPECTFUL!!!!
I'm serious guys and gals. Don't be degrading and mean to each other. I will not tolerate it.
I HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!

Charity Marathon!

Tomorrow at noon eastern standard time I will be doing two back to back 12 hour marathons.
The first will be minecraft with a guest Kiyo( V ). We will be running some vanilla minecraft survival, some adventure maps, and later in the evening we will be doing some Server mini games. You can join us in the evening on the servers (they will be announced at the time of the stream, based on lag and server popularity.)
At midnight we will have a short five minute break before switching to Fallout 4!! I'm going to die!!! :D
Our goal is to raise 300$ for the local children's hospital.
If we reach my goal of 300.00$, then I will give away 3 Good Dolls t-shirts!! ( Generously donated by Dissident Distractions CEO Cyndi McKnight http://gooddollsdostrangethings.com/)
For every time we get another 200$ after that we will add another shirt!!
Now just so you know. This are from the first run and come in limited colors. I would have some colors to show off other than grey, white and black but I forgot to buy the shirts before hand. So I'll press them in house post marathon.

furry madness

First is dreaming of furries. Yep. Those dreams have gotten to be a real consistence.
and second..... Well you know the furry terms for every day things that you only say around furrs? Like pelt instead of cl oaths or hair?
I have let them slip many times now when speaking to non furries. Paws instead of feet when at work. Vet instead of doctor when talking to my family. XD
oh boy....
Please forgive my grammar and lack of capitals. I'm too tired and sick to care about them.
OH! as a side note! I got some cool stuff and I will post some pics on here later! Etsu got her first con badge. And a suprise art peace and bandannas! I'll show you guys later!

I am going to stream on June 9th 2017 starting at 12:00 Eastern standard time!
I'm going to split my stream between two games to keep you guys interested. It's quiet on my journals. But I need to know what you guys want to see. As of right now, the games are limited to those I have on my PC. The list is as below:
Some of these games have bugs either from being so old or being in early development. But that's part of the fun right? Who knows what craziness will show up! If you guys have any suggestions or games you would like to see, please let me know in the comment section below!
If I don't hear from you guys then the games that I will be playing will be Minecraft survival mode, and Fallout 4! At the 12 hour mark I will be switching games.

If you could do me the favor of taking a look, just to give me some traffic on my page, that would be great.
You see, one of my family members is going to California in a few months. You must be thinking something like "So? This effects me how?"
Simple dear reader! I need money to send with her so she can get fur from the fabric district while she is there. I also need to get rid of the fur I have in stock (it's not the color or length that I want for my suits) because I have limited storage space and that is already over flowing. XD
You should see it. I have boxes and boxes of fur that was either bought with no purpose, or was on sale, or was given to me. Mostly it's browns. I will use it one day. Hopefully you guys and gals will be seeing a dog or deer suit in the future.
While I'm on the topic of suits.... If I made a tan long haired dog partial, would any one want it? I'm thinking 500$ to cover materials and my time.
I also have in the workings a twin dog set. I'm not sure if I will sell them yet or just keep them for if my sister ever gets into fur suiting with me. How fun! Twin puppies running around at cons!
And of course Etsu is in the process of a makeover. I re did her ears and eyes and soon her mouth. She'll be getting airbrushed sometime soon.
Well look at that tangent!

So I'm at ECGC, or East Coast Game Conference for those not in the know, and I found a booth for local charity!
This booth gave me a way of doing gaming stream marathons while trying to get raise money for my local children's hospital, Duke children's hospital.
I signed up and once I have the page set up I am going to do some marathons!!! I'll leave links to where you need to be when I decide what I'm doing. Lol

Life update

My little pony has consumed my soul...... not really.
What has been happening is more eventful, but not nearly as funny.
First off, I'm working on finishing my semester in collage. The final project, not including the practical test, for my modeling class is a very annoying project. I'll post it up here when it's done. That leads me to my next note.
I have become the texture artist in a game project with DRH1986 and blackxeno. I will link their accounts at the bottom.
So that's amazingly fun!
Unfortunately, it will take me a little while before I will have the ability to work on the textures. That goes to the next point in my life.
I have tickets to both my local new con Tar Paw, and to FurAffinity United. I'm so excited. Just.... for FAU, I'm also hopping to get a booth to sell at. This means I needs to have stock. That's 70 tails..... tuns of ears......accessories for suits... and anything else I can think of. Fursuit sent sprays! I'm making those to.
So my to-do list includes things like:
Remake my suit Etsu
Make my stock
texture game models
pass my classes. ;P
And finally do some art and start some YCH's.

HW streams
General | Posted 9 years agoSo yeah, I had a windows update and haven't been able to do my streams as of late. But over fall break I will be doing a lot of art. Home work art that is. One of my teachers knows that having a time limit on the assignments isn't very conductive to having good art. She's more concerned with us having stuff for our portfolios than the actual assignment. This being said, she still is required to take up an assignment for a grade. So she is allowing us to go back and redo, or complete our assignments for a better grade when we have the elusive thing called free time. I will have some of that come fall break and a lot of this stuff is digital so I can work on it, and any one who wants to watch the art process is welcome.
also, soon I will be opening up a sale of some YCH's to help fund me going to Disney World in November. (last minute I know. But I just got word of the trip like 2 days ago.)
Keep an eye out.

This will not be a tutorial stream! This will be you laughing at my frustration with my programs as I learn. lol.
Maybe you will pick up some cool tricks along the way!
