so in April I commissioned someone to make me a pair of paws I payed her 70 dollars and waited for my paws... they never came she kept making excuses as to why she hadn't sent them yet she started to ignore my messages then completely ignored me for a few months i finally got a hold of her again and she said she would be sending me the paws and a refund... the paws never came and neither has the refund i don't care if she doesn't want to do both but I would like one or the other I mean it was 70 bucks! she never gave me a tracking number for the paws and its been about two months sense she says she sent them and she refuses to give me a refund I don't know what to do it was a lot of money for me and I don't want to just let it go.
