Hey everyone! We have made some changes to the Akinna TOS and I would really appreciate if everyone could check it out to stay informed on the species and make sure that guidelines are followed! If you have any questions, please let me know.

The biggest change to the TOS is the following:
When your Akinna is created for you, you will receive the character via toyhouse transfer from Magic, Aimi or the Akinna Toyhouse. If you do not have a toyhouse account, a referral code can be provided to you in order to complete the transfer.
Your Akinna must be viewable by Aimi or Magic on toyhouse at all times, this is so that we may keep track of the species and where it’s going, as well as certify that the Akinna is obtained via the correct avenues and hasn’t just been uploaded by someone who is trying to claim they own a character that they do not.
If you currently have an Akinna uploaded to toyhouse, please be sure that it is visible to Magic, Aimi or the Akinna Toyhouse. If it is not visible, please change the visibility so that we may keep track of everything.

Currently Akinnas may only be purchased through adoption or custom creation of the owner Aimi OR you can purchase a $55 Make your Own Ticket and use it towards one of the approved artists listed below:

◻ You must have your Akinna designed by an Artist on the approved artist list.
◻ MYO does not mean you or anyone outside of Aimi and the MYO artists listed above can design your Akinna
◻ An Akinna initial creation reference sheet must include at minimum a full body front view, text which should include the character’s species, a color swatch, and a colored background.
◻ Akinna reference sheets may not be done on a base, and the character design must be approved by Aimi and posted to toyhouse by or before being transferred to you.
◻ The character design may not closely resemble an already existing Akinnas, you may not have a character created to copy someone else’s design.
◻ If you would like to edit your Akinna you are more than welcomed to, please be sure to get these changes approved however, by the species owner, Aimi.
◻ If you change your Akinna, you may not sell the old design, all versions of an Akinna character must be kept and sold together as a singluar character. This means that if one version of an Akinna is sold, all versions of that Akinna must come with it.
◻ If for some reason you end up coming to Aimi to complete your MYO, the price of the MYO will be subtracted from the cost that it takes to purchase a custom from her.
◻ You must credit Aimi for the species upon initial gallery upload as well as the artist who created your Akinna for you.

However there is an exception to this rule; If your Akinna is already been created and you are just wanting to update your Akinna to be cursed or blessed then you can have any artist remake your reference sheet with a blessed or cursed trait, provided that you have paid the specialized trait fees to Aimi, which are: Cursed (Horns): $30 & Blessed (wings) $30, both would be $60.

The Akinna
Posted 10 years agoAkinna's are an alien species that migrated to earth thousands of years ago. There are 5 different subspecies of Akinna:
Arctic Akinna
Cave Akinna.
Volcanic Akinna
Sand Akinna
and finally,
Galactic Akinna.
All sub-species of Akinna have one similar trait. Ear Tails. These are tails that grow out the base of their ears and vary in length. They wag and move independently. There purpose is to protect their very sensitive eyes from various hazards from their extreme living conditions. They live in extremely seemingly inhabitable conditions. Cold tundras, wet underground caves, volcano's, the hottest deserts and space. They tend to be very small in size and stature and in feral form they are about the size of a fox.
The Akinna is a canine based species. They have canine muzzles that can vary in size between short/stout to long and slender and sometimes even wolf-like. The Akinna's usually travel in groups of 3 - 6 or are a lone creatures,
The Arctic Akinna: The Arctic Akinna's live in cold desolated tundra's and tend to have lighter cold pelts. Light blues, whites, greys. Their fur is very thick and fluffy to keep them warm. They have 1 very large tail that is used to wrap around them during the night to protect them from snow storms and keep them warm. They have large paws to tread easier in the snow and mountains.
The Cave Akinna: The Cave Akinna's live in the deepest, darkest underground caves. There pelts normally consist of dark colours contrasted by bright glowing markings that attract prey in the dark atmosphere. Example: Dark unsaturated purple fur with neon purple markings. They tend to have very large ears and excellent hearing, because the majority of Cave Akinna's are born completely blind. No need for sight when you live in complete darkness. They tend to be agressive and socially awkward due to the complete isolation.
The Volcanic Akinna: The Volcanic Akinna's live in, well, volcanoes. There pelt colours can vary between, blacks, greys, blues, reds, yellows, oranges, etc. They have very thick charcoaled skin and an extreme tolerance to heat which allows them to bathe in lava without any effect. They normally have tribal like markings.
The Sand Akinna: The Sand Akinna's live in the hottest deserts. With short pelts that vary between browns, tans, light pinks and warm colours. They normally have two sets of tails. One larger one and one smaller one to help them stayed balanced in the sand. They have smaller slender bodies and tend to be thinner then the average Akinna. Larger ear tails to protect their eyes from sand storms.
The Galactic Akinna: The Galactic Akinna's live in galaxies. They feed on stars and tend to have very vibrant, crystal like pelts. Galactic Akinna's are extremely rare and have a transparent type look to them. As if they are a galaxy themselves. There eyes tend to glow and their tails and ear tails can grow extremely long. Galactic Akinna's feed on stars, sucking the life out of them until they are nothing but cold rocks.
