Shortly: I will probably be helped to get through my backlog in the next 2 months by a friend. it's not 100% sure yet. (part reason why i wont share her name)
With her help, Patreon, and a huge tip I just received I can finally jump into doing 100% only old commissions.

There are two YCH slots I will still open; both are multiple character images, where 1 or more characters are owned by someone already, so there is that.

after I'm done with my backlog, I will reopen, with proper completion times, no delays, proper prices! <3

The downside is that there will be no possible ways to get any sort of commission from me in the next 2-3 months, except that 2 ych-s, sorry. o.o

I had a commissioned drawing, and I recently learnt the ownership was sold with the character. I need to know who my paintings belong to.

It previously belonged to batastic , but they don't remember who they sold her to, and there is apparently no clues left either.
It was sold sometime the past few weeks.

If you know, please tell me their username/contact so I can keep track of my paintings, thank you.

Also, if you sell a character that has my paintings go with them, please tell me, this is important for me.
Now I can't contact anyone about this artwork if I want to use it for anything, like commercial purposes or third party projects.
And I just generally want to know who has my stuff.

- When you sell your character who had artwork attached made by me, you may make profit on them; unless original character creator prohibits that.
- You must always inform me about owner changes.



Just remembering who you sold it is not enough; they might sell it too, and I don't want to spend my day backtracking.

I'm going to open a YCH soon for living + Creative cloud subscription expenses
I'll open less YCHs and commissions later so I can focus more on my backlog. Sorry for the lack of openings, but II really only want to take on as much I absolutely need.

I'm thinking on a new system;
commission for normal price, that is done almost immediately,
and commission on waiting list; that is done when I can, but is considerably cheaper. (my waiting list is several months however)

such as ~15$/h and ~4$/h
That for example would make
a speed-paint 75$ or 20$
an illustration 300$ or 80$
This would not be available for complex illustrations as they take me several months anyway, and I'm not taking any of them until my backlog is over; they are usually over a 100 hours of work-time.

I hope that is reasonable.
This is not active yet, I'm just thinking about it, some feedback would be appreciated.

Sorry I'm being inactive. I work 100% on commissions; I'm about to finish this huge YCH I started long ago.
But every time I'm reminded how much more work I have, how much of a failure I am, I just keep messing up things and I can't progress. I know this is also my fault, but to be able to finish things finally I need these 2 days.
And nowadays I get a LOT of notes daily, hence I'm disabling them for a bit.
I hope you guys can understand.

Paypal doesn't like furry paintings, because most furry paintings are porn, and those get you BANNED.

Therefore whenever you send someone a payment mentioning they are furry and you buy from them, their accounts get flagged; after that their account will be prone to be checked;
YOU ARE ENDANGERING THE ARTIST'S PAYPAL TO BE BLOCKED, EVEN IF THEY ARE A CLEAN ARTIST.

I keep teeling people VERY CLEARLY to not attach ANYTHING in their paypal message but their username, yet I keep getting, "PAYMENT FOR THE FURAFFINITY AUCTION YCH" messages. that equals to "HEY PAYPAL THIS ARTIST SELLS PORN, BAN THEM". Even if that is not the case, it will be treated that way.

Please be more careful guys, and always follow the artists instruction when they are not using invoices!

"Payment" and "auction" and such words SHOULD be fine, but if someone else before has flagged their account for being furry, it makes things worse.

Furry art is my sole and only income at the moment. I do not have mommy, or daddy, or any available jobs due to my health, or any help; even the most minuscule of threats is serious issue for me, and thus I will close it out as much as possible. If that is as little as a Paypel memo, I ask you respect my request about not putting unnecessary stuff in there.

It saddens me every time when an artist around me gives up, disappears, and worst of all, scams their commissioner. Especially when it's one of those artists I really like their art.

I want you all to know that while I in a way understand why they do it, I could never imagine abandoning you guys.
I have a gigantic backlog, and it obviously stresses me and drives me insane.
but I don't forget that you guys were the ones who gave me another chance at life when I lost everything, and some frustration is a small price for everything you gave me.

And I'm pushing through, and not giving up. I might be forced to do some refunds, but that's the very last resort for me.
I do have nightmares about seeing my name on AB... I don't think I could take it, honestly. I'm not the type who's brave enough to kill themselves, I think I would just mentally break down completely... don't even want to think about it.

And after all, I have started to turn my backlog around, and it started to reduce in size the last months. I have high hopes on actually winning over it in a few months!
I want to start afresh more than anything, I suppose that's the reason why others just abandon their name, but I'm gonna do it in the proper, hard way!

I'm sorry if I'm very slow with my commissions, and seem to lag a lot (although I kinda keep my prices low as compensation). Currently furry commissions are my life, I work on them all the time. I don't take long breaks, I don't travel anywhere, I'm not even caring about my own career or life at the moment... honestly it's kind of taking a toll on me; my appearance, my health, my lifestyle have degraded heavily in the last few years. BUT I understand that it is my fault only, and I'm the one responsible for fixing it.

Thank you for being so patient and understanding with me guys! I don't think I could do this without you! It is your kindness and awesomeness that keeps me going, and not quitting everything. I know I'm extremely lucky to have the best commissioners in the world! <3

I have contacted the person behind this, Warner Bros has never agreed to this, and it uses copyrighted material completely unauthorized! The project, if ever came to life, will likely be sued the hell out of!

Saddest part is that the creator knows this very well, yet his/her answer was that they believe there won't be a problem - even though they did not get any response from WB, and this is clearly a copyright infringement, which they are aware of.
We are talking about a mass produced book here, not simple fanart.

Haven't followed her for a while, shamefully.
I really love her art and I will be really sad if she doesn't come back! :/

I can't believe it myself, but good things happened!
My roomie received a bigger-than ussually payment, that let's us live out live peacefully for a little bit!
It means I will work 100% on my backlog, and don't have to take on new anything for a few weeks!
Of course only if nothing comes up in the meanwhile. I really really hope nothing will break, no extra expenses come up, just for one month, just one please.

My backlog is currently ~610 hours remaining work (estimated), with 67 commissions on list.
That is about 3 months of hard work if I do nothing else. :|
Hopefully I can work 100% on this in the next month!


(For those who doesn't know/didn't follow my journals: I stacked commission over commission stupidly just so I could make do somehow in the past. I still don't know what better solution could I have chosen, but this wasn't the best for sure.)

I have had cold hands before,but it has never been so bad.

It's hard to even type or hold the mouse, and I cannot use it to draw at all. :( I have been trying all day.

I have a very heated room, keep drinking hot drinks, holding the hot cup, washing hands with hot water, hot showers, vitamins, double dose of iron (for days now), exercising, and nothing helps, it keeps getting worse. :(

I'm fine otherwise.

Hey guys

so I went on a forced-holiday after all my friends told me to.
Honestly it did good to me, my thoughts were very clouded before, that's gone. I was very overworked and tired, I didn't even realize how much.

I'll be reworking my schedule to give myself at least weekends off again.

I hope I didn't make anyone worry.
I'll try making up for the delays I just caused.

Weird that I used to be able to work even more for months back in my teens, sometimes doing 22 hours multiple days in a row. And now even 14 seems to much. I feel really weak and useless. I feel like I'm 50 years old or something, even though I'm not even half of that.

So, I'll try streaming a bit later today, I have an awesome collab going on with marbledaydreams , and then rolling back to the order of the previous schedule, but with 8 hours a day, 5 days a week for a while, and then back to 6 days/10 hours, and then I'll see how well I can take it. I want to bring out my maximum but without melting down again.

Furry art is technically my full time job at this moment, which is kind of cool if you think about it. Well of course my backlog is a huge stress, but that will eventually disappear ^^

For days I have been sitting on the same painting, unable to progress. I can't come up with an idea for a new YCH, even though I'm in huge need of some sort of income. And I just generally feel about art as if someone told me to build a house... it's impossible, I just can't do it. Even if I did countless paintings before I can't shake the feeling off that I can't do it anymore.
I never felt like this before, and I'm honestly clueless on what now.
Every single one of my days have been the same for almost 2 years now, and time is seemingly slipping away faster and faster. Months go by what I feel as a week and I can't grab control over it.
And i think i ran into a wall now.

And I try drawing, and i just draw and draw and hours pass and I somehow didn't progress at all.
My hands being super cold and numb for a week now doesn't help either.

Maybe I need some change in my life? I've never been in a time period before where everything was so monotone and every day was the same. Or maybe I just reached the limit of how much I can endure.

I earn more than before for sure (I have some expenses that zeroed me now, but speaking just generally, I do earn more). I progressed nicely with my arts, i was getting better with my skills, i have been freed from many stress. And yet i have the same dumping feeling as if this isn't going anywhere, I' m stuck and I can't do anything about it.

I was thinking on going to a psychologist, but I don't have that kind of money right now, not without halting my backlog to earn up for it, which i won't do.


It was also the first time for a long time i looked into a mirror... I purposefully avoided it since I completely neglected myself to progress with my work... and I honestly say I didn't recognize myself, and almost cried. I was in a degraded state before already, but now I just want to vomit. This is not me. And I'm just sick of all this.

I open a weekly YCH on every saturday, however I'm in a slight delay with my schedule, so I will focus on making that up instead!
However, from next week I'll have Halloween and/or fall themed original YCHs during October!! :3

I can only work about 8-9 hours a day, I just can't keep it together for longer for a few days now. I will have to take a day off to sleep properly, so I will edit my schedule.
