For some reason I have been getting a number of requests about the sheath shorts I have made in the past. I'm not sure why the spike in popularity, but to keep from having to repeat myself, I am going to lay it out here.

The short answer is, No, I cannot make them at this time.

The longer answer is that I move a great deal for my day job. I am a seasonal park ranger and so I move around the country about 4 times a year and don't have room for my sewing machines and totes of fur and other sundry supplies. I live on what I can fit in my car and that's about it. Everything else stays at my parents house. (Much to my mother's irritation at taking up all her closet space) Because I don't have my equipment, supplies, or often even the house space to make shorts, I can't do custom orders for the vast majority of the year. I have maybe a month in spring and fall that I can make them during, and that time is often taken up very quickly with any number of other things.

That said, I will try to make them when I can and post them here for anyone that would like to buy a pair. Any questions, feel free to ask me here, or on telegram iarann

Pretty soon here I'll be moving out to southern Utah to work at Bryce Canyon National Park and was wondering are there were any furs in the immediate area? I'm sure there are a fair number down in Las Vegas and probably a few up in Salt Lake, but what about the middle of Utah? Also, does anyone know of any cons down that way in the summer?

I don't usually post personal things here, but I need to vent and talk to someone. I just found out that my father was hit on his motorcycle by an SUV. He and my mother were riding on the freeway in Iowa and the SUV hydroplaned across three lanes of traffic, hit a concrete barrier on the right of the road and flipped upside down before hitting my father and sending them both back across traffic to the opposite side of the road. Thankfully my father (and subsequently myself from learning from him) wears full protective gear, full face helmet, leather chaps and jacket, and heavy riding boots and gloves. This is 100% the reason he's still alive. He's in the hospital with 5 broken ribs, a broken right arm and two dislocated elbows, but the doctors say everything else is just fine. My mother watched the whole thing happen from her own motorcycle following behind.

The reason I'm posting here is that my mother has asked myself and my siblings not to post to social media until she can tell the rest of the family, so I haven't been able to talk to any of my in-person friends yet about anything. Thanks so much for listening to me vent guys, I just had to tell someone.

Well now that FA FINALLY has folders this brings up a bit of a quandary for me and my accounts. Most of you know that  Akvavit is NOT my "main" account. It never was, nor was it meant to be.  iarann is home for me. Akvavit was originally created to be a character and place where I could get really kinky, strange, or off the wall commissions and not be quite so lewd with my coyote character. Since Akvavit's creation, he and Iarann have become much more similar in personalities and I'm much less of a prude about saying "Fuck you I like weird shit". So that brings up a bit of a question of what to do with two accounts now. Should I keep both accounts, make folders for my different characters on them and stay with the relatively clean vs. kinky porn set up I've been using; or should I consolidate all my art onto one account and abandon one? Like I said, Iarann is my main home space. It's the account I do all my faves and watching from and it's certainly my older account. However, I have something like double the watchers on Akvavit, and as an artist that's kind of important. Of course, that also begs the question I've asked before of how many of you actually give a damn about my work or just watch me for the gratuitous porn I spend to much money on. I'd really like all of your opinions on this matter, and the more the better.

Seriously starting to look more and more at Weasyl. I'll certainly be sure to let you guys know if I make any real moves, but for now it's looking more and more appealing.

Well, it's that time of year again, the wolverine is getting a year older. 28 this time around, and while I know that's not that horribly old, I feel it sometimes both here and at work. I've actually been around the fandom longer than FA has and that really makes me feel old at times. Anyways, come July 1st it'll be official and I'll start another celestial lap around the sun. This is something I've been mulling for quite some time and I figured I'd get some input from all you lovely people. I'll eventually be looking for a maker and it has to be someone who's good with padding. I'm a decent sized guy, but Akvavit has me considerably in the girth department and I'd want any suit of him to be especially thick and cuddlable. Who do you guys know that would be a good maker for such a suit? This would NOT be an adult suit in any way, not even a furry bulge, so that is not something that would need consideration. I just want a big snuggly wolverine suit.

I'm not sure what to think. I'm still at work.so I've been reading on my phone, and so far I'm not terribly happy. I've never really been a fan of Dragoneer, and this just doesn't sit any better with me. Of course I don't know all the details and likely never will. I'm (IMO) not that great of an artist that I think they may use my work for whatever, but it still concerns me somewhat. I do have accounts on so furry, weasyl and ink bunny under the same name, so maybe I'll try to post more to those as I've been neglectful. Sadly this is where I get what few views and comments I do get, those other sites are rather quiet. I would really love to go back to MCFC this year but it's a damn long drive. About 650 miles for me one way. I haven't made any plans for it because of my questionable job situation, but after my success at Fursquared in the artists alley, I'd love to give another con a go as an artist. I never thought of myself as that good of an artist so Fursquared was an absolutely huge confidence booster.
