Hello! Thank you for considering working directly with me on your commission. How exciting! That said, before contacting me, please take the time to review my Terms of Services below. This will make the process of working together go smoother and at a quicker pace. It’s also here to protect me, the artist and you, the client/commissioner.
By paying the invoice, you, the client/commissioner, hereby agree to Terms of Services: Contact Information:
The best way to contact me is either by email [ helloalexwulf (at) gmail (dot) com ] or with a direct message on Discord (AlexBeau#1663). I will get back to you as soon as I can.
• Contact me about your commission enquiries and/or questions by email or with a Discord DM.
• When contacting me please keep the discussion about business.
• Haggling and/or harassment will not be tolerated.
• I retain the right to terminate the commission if the client/commissioner violates any of the Terms of Services.
Submitting Your Idea:
• Submit your ideas via email [ helloalexwulf (at) gmail (dot) com ] or with a Discord DM (AlexBeau#1663).
• Be clear with your written description (English or German) when you submit your idea or ideas. Include all applicable information: character information, desired pose and or camera angle, environment/background, outfit ideas, effects, etc. Visual references are incredibly helpful (I’m going to drop a PureRef recommendation here) but if they cannot be provided then a description will suffice.
• The use of bullet points is preferred, as information tends to get lost in a wall or walls of text.
• If possible, provide an up-to-date, preferably SFW, full-color character sheet of reasonable size and quality. Let me know ahead of time if you submit a NSFW character sheet.
• Before I accept and approve your commission, I will provide you with a quote for the expected work. Upon agreement of the price and terms, I will send you a Paypal invoice to your valid email address.
• If you would like to keep your commission private, just let me know when you submit your written description.
Payments and Refunds:
• Paypal payment with a Paypal invoice only.
• Invoice will be in Euros.
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours after they have been sent (longer payment terms are normal, like 15 days, but work will only start once the payment is made).
• Commissions under 200 Euros are required to be paid in full.
• Commissions over 200 Euros are eligible for a payment plan with 200 Euros being the initial down payment. Payment plans will be agreed upon on an individual basis between the artist and the client/commissioner.
• If the commission is canceled for any reason, I will refund the money minus the amount of work that has completed on it. Refunds are to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
o Rough sketch – design (layout) phase: 75% refund
o Clean up – drawing phase: 50% refund
o Inking phase: 25% refund
o Block in and or Painting - rendering phase: the refund will be discussed between the artists and the client
• The payment is not refundable when the commission is finished.
Process and Delivery:
• Turnaround time: 30 – 90 days. If more time is needed to complete your commission due to complexity, size, or life events, I will contact you via email or with a Discord DM.
• Please know that I am not open to rushed jobs or working under deadlines.
• Once the payment is received your commission will be moved to the queue, which can be found on Trello. Check the Trello queue first for the most up-to-date status on your commission.

• I require the client/commissioner to contact and communicate with me during the creation process. This includes, but is not limited to, the approval for the rough sketch-design (layout), clean up-drawing, ink-line work, block in, painting-rendering, and the final pass stages.
• During the rough sketch-design phase I will provide you with a thumbnail or thumbnails for approval. At this stage edits are free of charge.
• After the rough sketch-design phase is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes – for example, if I miss something from the character sheet or from the description provided.
• If the sketches are rejected for any reason or the commission is cancelled, I reserve the right to keep the rejected poses and sketches and reuse and or modify them for future projects.
• When finished, I will send you a signed, high resolution PNG file (300dpi) for yourself and a low-resolution PNG file (150dpi) for web use.
Commercial Use and Rights
• The client/commissioner may upload the low-resolution version on the web.
• Non-commercial use of the artwork is okay.
• The client/commissioner may use the art for icons, banners, etc. It’s not necessary but credit or linking to my gallery is very much appreciated!
• Commercial use of the artwork is NOT okay (for example: selling stickers, mugs, shirts, patches, bags, etc.)
• I reserve the right to use the artwork in online galleries, for posting and advertising on social media, for streaming, for print, and so on. In the case I use it for these purposes, I will credit your character/characters.
Disclaimers:
• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission request.
• SFW only commissions right now. NSFW will open in the future.
• I need to make this clear, so…***I will not do any of the following themes:
o gore, guts, violence, self-harm, kink, underage-pedophilia, diapers, watersports, scat, zoophilia, birthing, hyper body parts, extremely unnatural-busy color schemes and/or patterns (feel free to ask if you are unsure), and so on. If I feel uncomfortable executing your idea-request, I will let you know, and we can find an alternative.
